The owners are wonderful people who clearly care about serving their customers. They are not just about making a buck, but rather do much to create value and last impressions. I highly recommend them.

The lady owner was super nice and very helpful in my selection of empty cigar boxes. The price’s very excellent, compared to of cigar shops. I’m will get all of my boxes there.

Terrible! the owner is an angry little man who takes his anger out on his customers. If hes not making you feel bad about using a debit/credit card due to the added charges for him, hell call you a strange customer if you ask for a detailed receipt. He went as far as to tell me that he was offended by me asking, as the only possible reason for me asking was because I expect fraud?! Please! I keep a personal budget, thats all I need the detail for! I have been a customer there for several years, but the owner clearly doesnt appreciate steady business. Nor does he have any sense on how to treat his customers! I will not let myself be treated this way! I just feel bad for his wife, as she has to deal with him everyday. She was always lovely in store!
