This was my second visit to this location and I had another great experience! The first time I went in looking for a new juice flavor and ended up loving the flavor that was recommended to me. I also ended up with a new mod as well. The atmosphere was very chill and both people I spoke to were attentive and super helpful. The only downside was the price. Everything seemed a little pricey. Worth it, especially the vape flavor I got but pricey. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The red haired lady that helped me choose my new mod was super informative and helpful!! She even helped me find out if the coils I had for my previous tank would be compatible and they totally are!!! I live in Saint Paul but I will travel to shop here again!

The guys at E-Cig Pod are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The store is clean with a relaxed atmosphere. They dont try to upsell you or give you stuff you really dont want.They went above and beyond for me today by replacing a whole setup for me as I kept having issues with one I had purchased from them prior. Definitely go here if you enjoy supporting a small business with great staff!

Normally good. Went in the other day to get that one strawberry juice in 3 nice but they were out so we went with 6 nice and it taste and hits like its a lot stronger than 6 nic.

The only reason I decided to give this place a good review is because you got a free bottle of juice for leaving 3 separate reviews. My girlfriend and I like to visit a new vape shop every weekend and the E-Cig Pod was last weekends stop. We went there because of all the good reviews. It turned out to be a wasted trip. They encourage people to leave really good reviews. They basically buy your opinion with a free bottle of juice. People probably almost feel obligated to leave a good review because of the free bottle of juice. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy shop here. Save money and check out another place.

Went in for the first time to figure out what was going to be a good fit for me. I have been smoking for 26 years and just knew it was time to quit. Kurt was fantastic and very patient with me and was very thorough with explaining how everything worked. I spent more than I initially planned but left feeling confident that I had the right device for what I need.

I would love to spend more time but it caters to a get in get out environment. They have excellent devices and liquid. If they had more comfortable seating like a couch and a TV it would be more welcoming and I would end up spending more money and time.

Due to the customer service and line of products, I’ll gladly drive from Chaska or Anoka to this store any day of the week.They’re not here to swindle you into buying their most expensive products, they’re here to help you get whatever feels best. The selection of flavors is top notch, and all of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy with the product you choose.If you need help with your device or any part of the vape, they are happy to teach you what to do to fix it next time. I’ve watched them do this free of charge every time a customer has come in with questions. They’ll usually tell you if you need a new coil or pod, but if it’s something they can solve right then and there without a purchase they’re happy to.Overall, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
