Dr.Valle is very nice and patient.He takes all his time to examine you without rush. He strive to provide the best every time. Office is clean and they have a wide variety of frames for you to choose from.My husband and I have been patients since 2018 and are really happy with dr. Valle 100% recomendable!!!

This is the only office I visit for my eye care. Dr. Popper and his team treat the patients with the utmost care. The entire staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. I’ve been treated there since the year 2000 and I’m 27 now! I went in for a my most recent visit yesterday because of an eye emergency and was able to be seen and treated immediately! Can’t thank them enough for all they do!

I have been coming here since I was 5 years old. I am now 23. I’ve had issues with the office in the past and the doctor who is primarily over the office with my prescription. Now the newer doctor named Dr. Valle is everything! He makes sure everything is correct and maintain a personal yet professional charm with his patients. I love it here now! Gets busy on Saturdays but the doctor is very thorough and they have an effective system for getting checkup/glasses.

Called in to have an appointment scheduled and was told that there is a $35 deposit just to Schedule an appointment. I don’t know what world they are living in where people have extra money just to schedule an appointment. Then to make matters worst I wanted to schedule for my daughter and I, which she said there’s an additional charge per appointment. So that’s $65 before even being seen! This is post Covid where most people don’t have additional money to spend. The receptionist was so matter of fact. I had to ask why? All in all Im glad I dodged the bullet after seeing the bad comments which i didn’t look at based on their overall rating. Most likely they would’ve found some way to keep my deposit and still charge more. Don’t judge a book by its cover. I’ll be following up with my insurance provider to let them know about this as well. All of my services should be covered but there asking money out of pocket upfront. What is this world coming too? Oh! Also it’s $35 per appointments not just the initial one. I’ll pass!

First time visiting this location. It must say it was a wonderful experience. All of the associations were kind & patient with me. The Doctor explained in detail everything I needed to know about my exam results. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone.

I saw great reviews so I went ahead and booked an appointment. They require a security deposit of $35.00 for appointment (they assured me that I would *most likely* get that $$ back (depending on my co-pay). I didnt hesitate and went ahead. On the day of my appointment, I filled out any necessary forms and was immediately called in. I did my pre-testing with one of the assistants. He asked me Are you here to get contacts? - I said I am here for a full check-up. Later on, he told me about getting 2 extra tests done (which require a $45 fee for both, or $25 fee for one). He recommended I do one of them. I asked him is it necessary? but he persuaded me and I went ahead and took the test for an additional $25 (keep in mind, my co-pay was $10 so that totals to my entire $35 security deposit I initially gave in). I didnt hesitate because my health matters to me. I was then taken to another exam room and he did further testing. I then waited 15-20 min for the doctor. The doctor FINALLY came and began my check-up. He asked me if I were here to get contacts, and I responded I would like them but I am here for a checkup. He eventually got my prescription ready and got a trial pair of contacts done for me. I am not sure where they got the idea that I am strictly here for contacts. I mentioned when calling in that I need a check-up done. On my forms, I mentioned about getting a checkup done. After testing, he wanted to do further testing so he asked an assistant to dialate my pupils and also discuss my insurance and payments options for ordering frames/lenses/contacts. After she explained everything, she gave me a total and assumed I was going to purchase from their store. I told her I wasnt and just wanted to inquire about pricing - she seemed fine with it. I also asked her about contact lenses and she asked me what colour I wanted so I told her hazel. Keep in mind, I am inquiring - NOT purchasing. She *still* took me to try out contact lenses. I DID NOT REALIZE THAT TRYING ON 4-5 COLORED LENSES WOULD COST ME $65.00. She was only supposed to dialate my pupils. I assumed trying on the colors was just for me to see, but if she (prior to) clearly told me that there was a charge then I would have NEVER done so. After trying on the contacts, she dialated my pupils. I was then taken to the check-out for payments, In my mind I calculated $35.00 ($25.00 for machine usage and $10.00 co-pay) so The lady gave me a total of $100 and subtracted the $35.00 so I had to pay $65.00. I asked her what is the remaining amount? Her response: what do you mean? and I responded $10 copay, $25 for machine usage, so what is the remaining? and she said you had a contact lenses try-on.... and Im like I didnt realize that you guys would charge me for that...I was not informed and she said yeah, you had it done so you have been charged (with attitude) - I didnt want to create a fuss and paid. I was super annoyed. I had to wait another 15 min to get my eyes checked again. I was then called in the exam room, and waited another 5-7 minutes for the doctor. He came and it took him 5 min to check my eyes then let me go. Before I left, I asked for my prescription because I was NOT going to purchase from this shop. I paid a total of $100 and it took me 2 hours to get a *basic* checkup done. I would have preferred if they advised me on services based off of my budget. They did not ask for my budget. They only assumed that I am here to spend over $300 on glasses. They emptied my pockets (metaphorically speaking). Please be aware that they will persuade you to spend money, but don’t make the mistake I did and *ASK* questions before they make you do anything. I was upset the entire day. They will take advantage of your money and naive-ness. So disappointed.Side note: I immediately went to another store - and was able to get frames, lenses, blue light and anti-reflectives all for $108. The service at the other shop was amazing. I was given affordable recommendations.

My family has been seeing Dr. Popper at this location for 26 years! He is professional yet personable and his staff is great too. He is very good at explaining the test results (from the latest high-tech machines) as he goes over them with you. Dr. Poppers Eye Looks has taken extra steps to make sure the office is sanitized properly. Machines are wiped down immediately before/after each patient. Theyve extended their working hours to accommodate more people as new spacing requirements have been implemented, they have a U/V sanitizing system to sanitize glasses that have been tried on and they even have special UV sanitization in the A/C system. Dr. Popper takes really good care of his patients! Over the past 26 years we might have had two problems with somebodys work and they quickly made it right. We highly recommend this place!

Im so glad everyone had such an amazing experience to bad I cant say the same. My son appointment was at noon I arrived at 11:38 am and went to the front desk twice to see what was the problem why havent my son been seen at 12:38. I notice people coming and going to be seen and we are still still sitting so I told my son and Bella it was time for us to leave. Poor customer appreciation on behalf of the doctor....

This place is a diamond in the rough, I went somewhere else to get my kids eyes checked before I knew about Eye looks, silly me. The whole staff as very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to serving my family needs. The turn around for my glasses were amazing and my kids were supper happy about being able to get nice looking designer glasses within mommies budget😁 Ive been converted, Eye Looks has won me over and hooked me as long as they are still going. Great staff and Doctors!! Everyone I worked with was super attentive. I was able to get my exam done and receive my glasses (with my prescription) within about a 3-hour time span. Normally my glasses have to be sent out and it take a few days. I wish I remembered names of everyone who helped.
