Great office and staff. Everyone was very friendly, from the front office staff to the physician. The service was excellent, my eye exam was very thorough. Was able to pick out the glasses I wanted without feeling any pressure of buying. The prices were very good and reasonable compared to other places I have gone to in the past. Hands down one of the best eye centers I have visited. I plan to be a patient for life!

HD Vision Center is a great optic for anyone to go. They are really professional and take really good care of their patients. Came in to get an eye exam and glassesI got there a little early, and was taken in right away.Everything was explained as it was happening, the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick a few different frames.Carmen and Dr. Luisa are awesome.I rather come here than go to several of the big box locations in the area. Loved my experience here! Pretty space, very clean. In light of the pandemic, all the glasses are cleaned after being tried on. Lots of beautiful frames to choose from. Professional and friendly staff. The optometrist, Dr. Del Toro, conducted a thorough eye exam and was patient with me, answering all of my questions and concerns. On top of that, it was all very reasonably priced. I cant recommend HD vision enough. I definitely found my new eye place!

I’ve been looking around for trusting vision offices for my family and this one popped up and the reviews attracted me to call the office and I am already extremely pleased with the service CARMEN has given me. She is extremely helpful and took her time setting up my appointments and explained my insurance benefits very clearly better than my health insurance did. This woman deserves a promotion!! Great experience, the staff was really nice and approachable and even helped me pick out frames. The doctor took his time, did a very thorough exam and explained everything in detail. The price was reasonable and they have a good selection of frames.

My father and brother both recommended I give them a try for my eye care needs and was not disappointed. Friendly faces and quality service I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor on site took his time to explain the process and the reason behind some of the eye exams which made me feel at ease. I can definitely recommend their services!

I have been going to vision centers most of my life. I have NEVER been happier thsn with Hd vision. Personal/warm and knowledgeable service, no waiting, sparkling clean and a professional thorough exam from Dr. Scott. Fair pricing and a nice but not overwhelming selection. Dont go anywhere else!

Love Dr. Scott! Does a complete eye and contact lens exam while explaining everything he was doing. Im very happy with the exam and how quickly my contacts were delivered to me.

I didnt end up finding a pair of frames I was in love with here but the service was outstanding so I feel compelled to write a review.The selection is good, I just have a wonky head and tend to be very picky. I didnt fall in love with any frames at first wear but that didnt stop me from receiving excellent customer service.The prices were excellent, low cost exam and they take insurance (which I dont have but they were sure to ask).I wouldnt hesitate to go back for a pair of sports glasses (which I for sure will before summer), they just didnt have the reading glasses I was looking for, again my fault for being super picky, not theirs.Carmen and her team are outstanding, very friendly and the store is immaculately clean. From the minuet I walked in until I walked out it was an extremely positive experience.If youre looking for some glasses and an eye exam make this your first stop, if you arent super picky and strange like me it will probably be the only place you have to stop for an excellent pair of glasses and excellent service.

Resolved all issues and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my glasses. Glasses were backorderd a few days so they offered me a complimentary contact exam which is great. Will be back again

I never write reviews but my experience here was so great that I had to say something. They are a local, family-run business which you can tell from their service: friendly, personable, and always welcoming. You dont feel like you are at some big chain retailer dealing with people who hate their job. Instead, everyone here from the doctor to the secretary treated me with high definition professionalism and courtesy, and I will definitely be coming here for all my eyewear needs! Came to get my first contact lenses but looked like they had some snazzy frames as well. Also, the lady who I think is the owner is very funny!! Lol
