Dr. Chesen is the best optometrist I have seen. I made a last minute appointment as I noticed my vision has changed slightly. Dr. Chesen’s bedside manner is excellent, he is very knowledgeable and provides great detail to his patients. It looks like he loves his profession and is truly a gem of a optometrist.

Optometrist is very good. However, the person who is supposed to fix your glasses is useless. I brought in a pair of glasses just asking him to put the frame back on and he didnt even know how to do it. Meanwhile, I went to another optometrist office (where I will now be going) and the SECRETARY was even able to fix the glasses! You would think someone in that kind of position would know how to fix the glasses...

Horrible!!! I had an appointment at ten. I was there at ten sharp. I had to wait half an hour before the assistant began my examination. Then dr chessen examined me and said he couldn’t pinpoint my prescription. I was then dilated and had to wait another 40 minutes. Then the assistant tells me the doctor was going to re-do my entire examination. I had now been there for 1 hour 45 minutes. I had made a dentist appointment for noon anticipating that my my eye exam would NOT have taken 3 hours. I walked out. See ya!

I was at Mir Vision recently for an eye exam and as always a very knowledgeable,friendly and caring staff. The place was very clean and disinfected in every examination room. This is the second time I had seen Dr. Chesen and he has helped me understand better about my eyes. I recommend anyone that is looking for a great Optometrist go to Mir Vision.

I made an appointment for a Saturday since he had office hours available. Some of his equipment wasnt working properly, which can happen, but then he told me I should have made an appointment on a week day. Nothing was accomplished during my visit, and I wondered why his office was open on a Saturday if he preferred to see people during the week

The staff was very nice and so was the doctor. He performed a very thorough examination, taking his time to explain everything to me and to listen to and answer my questions and concerns. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this vision center!

Dr. Chesen is the most meticulous optometrist. He takes his time with each patient to not only discuss the current visit but to also review any patterns he may notice. My husband had visited three optometrists before we found Dr. Chesen: he alone found an unusual abnormality in my husbands retina, a birthmark. It hasnt affected my husbands vision, but I appreciated his thoroughness. My husband has astigmatism as well as other issues, which I know Dr. Chesen will monitor in the future. He is personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. Its such a comfort knowing that our family found the BEST optometrist in Broward County. We live across town but dont mind taking the drive to visit Dr. Chesen and his team of professional assistants. I have referred other customers to Dr. Chesen because I know hell provide the same care and attention to them with which he has taken care of our entire family.

Great service but a little pricey

Friendly staff over the phone and it was not different when we walked in. I had an appointment to get glasses for my daughter. The lady (sorry I am super bad with names) was super patient with my first time glasses teenager and in 30 minutes was out with a happy daughter!!!!

Extremely horrible treatment front the doctor. He coughed into his hand and touched me seconds afterwards which was shocking to see during these times. I then asked him about receiving some measurements I needed and he completely turned into a bully. I don’t know why he just kept on bringing up other companies taking their clients. He refused to give me any information unless I bought glasses from them. Never coming back. Disgusted at his treatment towards me.

Dr. Chesen is the best optometrist Ive experienced. His examinations are thorough and detailed. He takes the time to explain to you what is happening with your eyes and your vision. It is very important to understand the state of your eye health, especially as you get older. He also gives excellent recommendations for protecting your eyes and preserving your vision.The facility is clean and comfortable. The attending staff are welcoming and friendly. Overall it is a very positive experience and they get my highest recommendation.

Dr Chesen has his own practice now! Im happy for him. Same great place, same wonderful staff! I actually prefer a non-branded practice because the care is more personalized. Ive been coming to Dr. Chesen for 6 years now and I trust him for my eyes and recommend him to all my family and friends. He is very patient and he listens to his customers needs yet make recommendations that would work for our daily needs. I use the computer for my work for the entire day, lots of reading, and focusing so my eyes feel very tired and dry at the end of the day. He always keep this in mind when assessing my eyes making sure my eyes wont have to work harder than needed yet be able to seek well both far and near. I never feel rushed when I am here or unimportant. His staff are great too! Ive had my share of asking a lot of questions and they are are always very helpful and courteous. Its Always a pleasurable visit to come here.

Dr Chesen is the bomb. Dr Chesen opened his office Sunday morning just so he can make sure that my eye ulcer treatment was progressing as planned. I typically detest the eye doctor. I get anxiety and panic with all those sci-fi, torturous looking machines near my eyeballs...watched Clockwork Orange one too many times. :) I digress, though. Dr. Chesen and his staff are amazing! They take their time with you and make you feel so comfortable. So much so that I am moving to Seattle but want to keep them as my eye care providers. I will see them while visiting family here in Florida. What a great visit! Very happy with the thourough exam and the new glasses that they helped me pick out.

My vision is pretty bad (myopic) and it was always a challenge to get my prescription for not only my glasses but for my contact lenses just right.
