I have been a customer of 4 eyes Weston for many years with never one problem until now. After spending $$$ in the last 12 months on 2 sets of glasses I find myself 2 months in starting having problems with one set after consistent adjustments and even changing the frame find myself dealing with a manager telling me that I need to learn how to were my glasses WOW, and my regional manager will contact you. Now after 3 weeks leaving messages for management with NO !! return call. that tells me that even next level management doesnt respect the customer either.

I need someone to call me! The For Eyes in Coral Springs on the corner of university dr and wiles rd has my info! Would never go to this location again! Staff did not want to give me your corporate number! So unprofessional! Will never recommend this company to anyone!!! Actions speak louder then words! The doctor and I had a confrontation in front of everyone and I ended up leaving in tears in my car and my autistic kids not seen! Shame on you!!! One start is too much at this point!
