I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for new tires, repairs, tire rotations and balances for nearly 30 years.I’ve always gotten really great service here at this location.Though they take appointments, I always plan on arriving before they open because they do tend to operate on a “first come, first served” basis.I’d like to thank Brad for today’s service. I have been having to fill up one of my tires every few weeks for the past few months. Brad took the time and it took three attempts, but he located a screw in the tire. He informed me and had it plugged up and I was on my way.

I had to come in when I got a flat tire today and, due to staffing issues, they only were accepting appointments, but Steve got me in and taken care of. I had to wait for them to have an opening between appointments, so I had to wait awhile, but I am so grateful and appreciative for squeezing me in and getting it fixed. Thank you so much!!

I desperately needed new wheels for my sons car who was scheduled to leave town on Sunday. No one was able to take me in on Saturday and understandably so due to short notice and ongoing labor shortage. I contacted Discount Tire Mishawaka Friday for the appointment, instead of saying no (due to short notice) they asked me to drop my car in case they can fit into their busy schedule, no promises. However, to my pleasant surprise they were able find time slot to replace the wheels that were in stock. Truly impressed with the professionalism and the five star customer care.

Excellent customer service and helped me find exactly what I needed so I was in and out today!I also love this store in general because they always give me exactly what I want and don’t try to push or up sell anything ever which is so nice compared to other places!

Had a gash and complete flat tire occur just before they closed. I was from out of town so coming in the next day was going to be difficult. They were able to get me in, even though they were very busy, and replace my tires within 2 hours and got me back on the road, staying after their closing time to take care of my problem. Professional and dependable. Highly recommend!

I usually have good experiences here, but I did not appreciate them wasting my time today. I called ahead to see about availability and whether I would need an appointment. I was told no, I can get you in! This was technically true. But I arrived 20mins later to a 2hr wait! I asked why he didnt tell me that over the phone, to which he shrugged. I needed a rotation and am close to needing new tires, but I wont be coming back here. Id complain to management, but something tells me this in encouraged.Their bait strategy lost a longtime customer.

Love these guys! Always professional and pleasant. Zero percent financing on new tires, and they air them up when we tow the camper, and let the air back down when we get home for free.

I have bought 3 sets of tires there in recent yrs on two of the sets which were different brands they wore out in less then 15000 miles and I had to go back and get new sets, then when you try to schedule something as simple as a tire rotation or rebalancing even with the appt. You can plan on a 2 hr or more wait

They got me in and out in like one hour I really appreciate their hard work and your work ethic I’ll never go anywhere else.

They made us wait so long to change out one tire, and they forgot to put the center back on, but...... after visiting 4 different tire shops in the area, they were the only ones who would help fix a tire of a stranded family that was traveling, hence 5 stars for not leaving us stranded.

Worst experience ever! I brought two loose tires in to put on my rims(which I also brought in), and was told they can’t mount the tire because of the speed index is 87 w and not 93. That doesn’t make any sense. I felt racially profiled. He said they can unmount them but they can’t mount them. I just heard a whole lot of excuses from a tire shop whose business is all about tires. Last week I took my car in to have a flat looked at. The staff was courteous and professional. They worked on the bad wheel for about an hour and tested the tire to make sure their fix held. Afterward, they (I felt) seriously undercharged me for the amount and quality of labor their staff had put in.I would recommend this store location to anyone needing work on their tires. Due to their high customer volume, I would recommend calling advance to set up an appointment, but other than that the service is quick and high quality.

Just bought new tires. It pays to buy on line because there are discounts that are not offered in the store, but are on line. I got $110 off 4 Michelin tires by buying on line. Friendly staff. With having an appt, I was done in less than an hour.

So I called discount back anf asked if they could cancel the transaction because I found a better deal. Discount tire matched the price of the deal I found with the better tires. What a joke!! you have to check in at a spot outside and it takes forever for someone to come out!! Everytime I show up same story... Just piss poor service, then if you get the tire check station again your waiting for a long time, you almost have to get out and fill your own tires. My future business is going elsewhere like Belle!

The men here are great. Have bought all my tires for multiple cars from Discount Tire over the past 15+ years. Felt comfortable sending my daughter their way when she had tire issues and was sure they would take good care of her. They did. No pressure, always looking out for the customer.

Great tire price, they honor the road hazard warranty admirably, only downside i see at the moment is that they have a lot of business; it took severally hours for them to get to my car to replace a flat tire; over all a good place and I decided not to throw my tire and run through the front display window, besides, that kind of $h1t is for old ladies

Had a screw in my tire and all he was willing to do was sell me a new tire. The screw was a small one in the middle of the tread.

Got my tires for a great price. Went 20 miles out of my way because of your reputation for service. Cold weather hits and my tires start losing air. Wife takes it in and gets two options, make an appointment for three weeks in the future or you can drop it off in the morning and pick it up that night. I make my living with my truck. I cant go without it and I cant keep airing up my tires for 3 weeks. I understand your busy with new customers but maybe take care of the ones you have.

I don’t know why you would book an appointment online. I had an appointment for 11:30 today. I arrived at 11:20 and got in line. I wasn’t up at the counter until 11:40 (after phone calls that came in after I did received a fair amount of attention). It’s now 12:30 and my car has still not been seen. So why bother with the pretense of an online appointment?

Always got great service here. Free tie repair for nails and screws. Free rotations on the tires too. When needing new tires, they also had a good price.

Great work and always trying to please the guest the best way they can! The company I work for also keeps the interior/exterior of the shop looking sharp.

The service here really isnt that bad. It helps a lot more though, if you know somebody that works here and you can hopefully get some kind of an employee discount to chop down that msrp price a little bit. Not that this place is super expensive, but a little more then I would like to pay if I am forced to pay retail.

Completely overpriced!!! Told me 32.00$ to mount and balance a tire that I had bought somewhere else and I was even taking the old tire with me. Thats crazy.

I love this place. Prices are good, financing option is good. My only complaint is how long we have to wait. If I was alone, I would be fine but with little kids 20 minutes can feel like a lifetime. If the place was a little more family-friendly I would give it 5 stars.

Gave me an amazing deal on a set of new tires that I actually needed. They pointed out to me exactly why I needed them and explained to me clearly what my options were for new ones. Very courteous employees and free coffee or water while you wait. Ill go back again for sure if/when I have any further tire needs.

Called ahead and made sure they had the tires I needed and was greeted with warmth at the store. They got my car done ahead of schedule and the vibrations are gone. Awesome!

Mediocre at best

When I pulled into their lot, a pleasant young man (Bradley Vincent) promptly came out to greet me. The day before, I had gotten a nail in one of my tires. My temporary spare was on. I asked him to check all the tires as well as replace or repair the one with the nail. He took a look and determined that the nail had not punctured the tire and pulled it out, no problem. We left the car there and went to lunch. In about 30 minutes, I got a call that the work was completed. They put my unharmed tire back on and checked all the other tires. What was the charge? Nothing! There I was, with Illinois plates- not even local- and they did not charge me one red cent for their time and labor. As it happens, my daughter does live there, and she will be referring anyone she can to go see Bradley at Discount Tire! And so will I! These people are the best.

Had a tire replaced. 3 months later, with less than 1000 miles on the tire, I notice a bubble starting to form. Upon arriving and speaking with a gentle I noticed the computer displaying a 50,000 mile warranty. When I asked about the warranty, which was never pointed it by the sales staff, I was informed that whoever changed my tire last didnt input the mileage so therefore the warranty was now invalid. When it was all said and done I had to pay 150$ for 1 tire to be replaced because non trust worthy and lazy workers fill this particular shop. They are snakes.... GO ELSEWHERE!

Interesting went in to replace two tires and guarantee, fees/install and handling of old tires was jist as costly as the tires??? Is that everywhere now???

This is the most friendly group Ive ever come into contact with. They were professional and attentive. The service was a little slow but they helped me and didnt try to push me to buy new tires, worked to fix the old one. I would definitely go back!

I cannot recommend Discount Tire enough, on a whim I decided to add on their Tire Warranty when I bought an all new set of 4 almost two years ago. It cost me about $80 extra. Since then I have had to replace all 4 once due to potholes, nails etc. They replaced them all for free! Just had to renew the cheap warranty for each tire (which I would do anyway).Fast and polite service too, locations all around the country(I travel alot), they have always turned a bad day for me around into a good one. Like it never even happened, Ill never use anyone else.

I have purchased my tires from Discount Tire for a number of years. The prices are fair and the service is great.i would suggest you call them to find out how busy they are . They can be quite busy certain times of the day. Would recommend them.

I just needed air in my tires topped off it was -3 with out the wind chill. They took care of me no questions asked. Thanks again guys!

Awesome place. Not going to lie I spent over 5 hours waiting but it was well worth it. They fixed my rim and replaced my tire for $60. I was told by other places that my rim couldnt be fixed. Good job Discount Tire and thanks for having a positive and friendly staff!
