So they fixed my door and it took them a while but overall great quality work.But what’s most impressive is, when I reported battery problems after they had fixed it. Michael their General Manager drove all the way from Mishawaka to st. joseph to replace and install my batteries!!!! Talk about a man of his word. They handled the whole thing well and were very kind and professional. If you were looking for a sign to do Busi with them, this is it.

Ive taken my car to Calibers collision a couple times due to accidents. They did a great job on bringing my car back to perfect like it rolled off the show room floor.

Caliber did a great job of getting my truck back up and running. In my opinion they went above and beyond what was required of them. My truck was completely clean, inside and out, when I picked it up. Definitely did not expect such service. The services performed were all explained very clearly and I wasn’t left with any questions whatsoever. I hope I don’t need their services in the near future, but would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

I was satisfied with what they did and quality of work that was done. I read the reviews before I took it to them. The ones that was average or below. Its hard to believe. Ill take my car back to them if I need work done again and recommended it to friends and family.

They are wonderful!!! Was treated respectfully from the first point of contact! Car was dropped off, rental was delivered! And car was ready before time! Was sent to Caliber Collision by an insurance company, so I had no prior referrals or expectations. Pleased in every way with the experience...I noticed at first glance it had been washed, which was nice, but it took a day or so before I realized theyd also vacuumed the entire car! They were only working on the outside! Wow. I dont want to need a body shop again, but if I do Im definitely going here again.

I was able to get an estimate the same day I called and was able to get work started within 4 days . Kept me informed on the process daily .When I picked up my vehicle within 6 days. They were very friendly and answered any of my questions. They are calling the rental company for me to pick up my rental .When I got home I realized I forgot my garage remote in the rental I called and ask them to get it out and I would pick it up in the morning Mike called and said he was coming in my direction and dropped of the remote to me so I would not have to make the extra trip to pick it up. Talk about going above and beyond.My SUV looks great.

Work took an extra long time and car still had some hiccups after pickup that should have been noticed and addressed if someone did a proper test drive and inspection of the work after the fact.

Surpassed all expectations. My car looks beautiful! Matched perfectly the rest of the vehicle. Yana helped me at the beginning and the end. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all easily and wonderfully, always smiling and with an upbeat and helpful attitude. Repairs were also WAY faster than I had expected! My rear quarter panel on my 2019 Nissan Sentra was damaged they did a wonderful job repairing it the service was excellent I had told them I needed car by a certain date They did everything in their power to have it ready and I was able to take it on the trip

Just had my vehicle fixed here after a small fender bender and I was blown away with the WONDERFUL customer service experience I had here! They were fast and went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully satisfied with my vehicle before I left. Their workmanship was flawless and my vehicle is running perfectly, they even washed and detailed the inside prior to pick up!In addition to the original damage I requested a quote on a rear light and the gentleman quickly got me a quote on both the full price part with labor as well as a WAAAYYYY CHEAPER aftermarket part!!! Could not recommend a more friendly or professional staff than the fine folks at Abra, recently got my car back after getting rear ended and I cant even tell that my car was ever hit. Not only did they call me every 2 business days to give me updates along the way the also sent photos of the work being done. I am beyond impressed and pleased with the work that they did. I will be using Abra for any kind of body work that I may need in the future.

Very dissatisfied with the repair of my car. My car is an all-aluminum bodied Jaguar and requires a specific procedure to repair. The front fender and passenger door were mostly side-swiped. I called to ensure Abra had the experience and knowledge to repair aluminum bodywork. They assured me the did. The car was scheduled to go into the shop almost immediately, however due to a back order of parts the repair was delayed. The car went into the shop just a week prior to me leaving for a 3-week trip. I was caught...have it repaired while away or wait over a month to have it rescheduled. I chose to have it done sooner. By doing so, I was unable to pick up the car upon completion and relied upon a relative to pick up the car for me. Upon my return home from my trip, I was able to inspect the repair in daylight. It was horrible. Abra didnt replace the door skin, instead, they filled it with bondo and did a terrible job with finishing it. The repaired area had unfinished sanding throughout the finish...as if they stopped at a medium grit sanding and just merely painted it. The paint blending was very evident. You will rarely see a door-ding on an aluminum bodied car because the panel has high flexibility. When a car door next to you hits the panel, it merely flexes and rarely causes damage. The repaired area was hard as a rock due to the thickness of the bondo they filled the door with. It was absolutely horrible and evident that panel was repaired incorrectly. I called to complain and was told that they wouldnt do anything since the car was already picked up and the job was closed. Abra...never again.

Great customer service. They always keep me up to date on the progress by calls or texts. Been there for two incidents and starting a third ! Will continue to use them. They made my truck and van look brand new again !

Beware if Abra gives you a high estimate, and the insurance company says it is totaled. Abra has deals with many auto insurance companies. I was told to use them by my insurance company. However, I got an independent quote from a local shop that I trust (with a higher Google rating), and it was 1/3 the cost of Abras quote. Managed to save my car from being totaled and now have a brand rear end for 1/3 the cost of Abras quote. Totally dishonest business.

A great body shop that cares about its customers. I had to reschedule and they didnt seem to mind. Right across the street is a deli and gas station that has some great food!

I recently took my Dodge Ram truck here to have the front end fixed. They did an awesome job on my truck. The paint looks great. The body guy, Michael, did really great work. My truck came out amazing. They also cleaned my truck inside and outside. I would highly recommend this shop. I am very happy with the results; and thats a lot coming from me, because I am a stickler about my vehicles. I also cannot forget about devin the adjuster was great also he made sure that everything went smoothly and that I was happy with the way everything came out very friendly and made sure I was updated on how my truck was coming along thank you everyone at abra autobody for the fantastic job you all did.

Speedy work

We went to Abra to get an estimate and to get our rear bumper replaced. Everyone was really nice. They called us every 2 days to give us an update on our car, which we appreciated.

Staff seems to be helpful and honest. But this is my first time dealing with them. So Ill give the real info after my car is repaired.

Passenger rear was hit in parking lot while parked, no one in it, feb 5th. Picked up truck during blizzard thursday feb 19th.They asked me if I liked it.I gave good review on friday the 20th to quick. Saturday the 21st I went to use the truck and the taillight on passenger side fell out. Under the taillight was overspray and fresh paint and glue where some one was trying to hide the damage with out fixing it properly. Their shotty bondo fell out with the taillight, and they said it was past damage will not fix it and sent me home. The back of taillight was broke just like the truck. when they replaced the wiring on bumper, they did not disconnect the battery. It blew my headlights taillights and some resistors. there answer was they can do nothing wrong.

Although my car was totaled all friendly and professional staff to answer all my questions.
