Have had AAA since I started driving 40 years ago and I wouldnt own a car without it. I have roadside assistance with my insurance and I still use my AAA before I go to it

System is so out of date. It is hard to understand anything and the employees feel the same way.

I called the office today and Mr. Kilburn answered the phone. I told him I needed a letter regarding insurance coverage and it was emailed to me promptly! Ive always had great service with AAA and this is just another example of how they come through!

FRAUD! Shaun Kilburn will not assist you or answer your questions unless you throw your money and agree not to compare his prices with other insurances. Then, if you agree to it, he will hide all the conditions and charge you for what ever he thinks it right. Good luck with AAA, because they dont have a customer care service.[EDIT]- I provided all the details to contact, my CC information, my phone number and signed a form for auto pay. Approx. 1 year later, I was contacted by a debt collector and I still have the email conversation with Shaun Kilburn. Utter nonsense!
