I have always had a nonstressful time at ToyoMotors. Sure Im bringing my car in for repairs, but I could afford to pay the bill going here. I wish I could have found them 15 years before I did. Could have saved thousands. Would not have been cheated by dealerships showing me that dirty filter they keep on the shelf claiming its mine.Anyway, Im even more happy for their new location. Feels like they got it more for the customers than for themselves. Even with the new place, their prices are just as affordable. ToyoMotors always eased my grief of getting my car fixed.

This place is amazing! The employees are professional, courteous, and most importantly efficient. I work weekdays so it’s nice to find a fast place that open on Saturdays!Look for Samuel at the front desk! Very knowledgeable and patient! He answered all my questions, taught me more about my car and always asked permission before doing anything. Took my truck to have the top of the cab and the hood and 2 window spoilers painted. Wanted my camper painted too. Color didnt match but I could live with that, the spoilers really stuck out and they wont repaint them and they wont return my calls. The painter didnt want to paint the camper so I did that myself. They might have good mechanics but not good painters. Dont have your vehicle painted there.

I just had state inspection done on my truck. Ive been coming here since it was still at its old location in Sugar Land. Im impressed with the new and bigger location. The front office is nice and the waiting area is bright and spotless with plenty of space. Big screen TV and a huge vending machine. Restroom is clean. Plenty of parking space. State inspection went quick! 5 star definitely!

Toyo motors is a dependable place to bring your vehicle for complete auto care. The work is consistently good but futher I have been there when customers come in for a certain job and it turns out that there is a less involved (and lest costly) job that is needed - they will readily explain and let you know this. This works particularly well for single moms who may not have the knowledge about auto repair and sure as hell dont have much time to deal with it. This is a good place for them to feel comfortable with their vehicle. The support staff has been there for years and that translates into consistent work when you have to bring your car in. I called ToyoMotors to provide me an estimate for some repairs on my Toyota. Over the phone, they quoted me a slightly lower estimate than the dealer and some other local repair shops but after reading their online reviews I decided to let them do the repairs. After diagnosing my car, I was informed that some of the parts did not need to be replaced and were in fact in good working order and as a result reduced my overall estimate. I was kept informed of the status throughout the day and my car was ready when promised. One action that stands out is how Mr. Syed himself (shop owner) showed me the old parts and explained what each part does.Thank you and your team for your hard work!

Both my boyfriend and I have been going here for the past year, and initially, all was fine. I had a lot of work done on one of my cars, costing over 3k total, and they did a fine job, along with maintenance on our other 2 cars. But now Im concerned that because theyre aware we dont have a problem spending money to make sure our cars are fine, they are trying to take advantage of us, or me in particular since my bf was not there with me today. I went to get an inspection done, and it failed. One of the tires was low, which is understandable, but the other 2 reasons leave me baffled and frustrated. It failed on one count because my tail light has a small crack on the very top side reflector, which was there when I purchased the car 2 years ago, and Im assuming was sealed by the dealer with a sealant as it has never had any moisture inside of it and is flush. It passed the inspection at this same place last year with no change. It does not in any way prevent the function of the light, which is all they are supposed to look for. My brother is a mechanic in College station, and I brought my concern up with him, and he confirmed that it should in no way affect the inspection. They also told me that my brake pads, or rotor needs to be completely replaced, but to be safe I should just do both. And of course, Im sure I can order all of these parts through them, as this particular car is a model that requires annoying special parts that cost quite a bit more. Issue is, according to the inspection paper, my master cylinder fluid is low. Thats all. And according to my brother, they wouldnt be looking at rotors in an inspection in the first place, just that the lines and fluids are good, along with any grinding sounds when pumping the brakes. Also about a year ago I took it in for a diagnostic that cost me quite a bit of money, just for them to tell me what was wrong. I didnt bring it up to my brother, because they had done good work in the past and I trusted them. It was brought up in our recent conversation and he informed me that there is no way a simple diagnostic should have cost as much as they charged for what I was looking at. So while they might do good, and possibly reliable work, I am probably not going to go here anymore as I am weary of them attempting to charge me for things I certainly dont need.Update: I took my vehicle to another shop, and it passed just fine. The only thing I did was top off my brake fluid. No new tires, no new lights, no new brake pads or rotors.

This is by far the best mechanic shop in the entire Houston metropolitan area. I say this for the following reason - at this shop, the treatment of their customers is on the first place then there is mechanical part to it. When you have issue, Syed, gentleman who is working at the desk explains you in details what is the problem with your car and gives you several options how the issue can be fixed. Been coming to this shop even before its Sugar Land location, while it was in Missouri City. I am its customer for 6 years now.

Like our workplace, I was in crisis mode as one of my headlamp light bulbs required replacement. Mr - the title of Sir would be more apropos - and one of the amazing techs resolved the situation. There is a definite reason Toyo Motors only has 5s. And if anyone from that Firestone next door reads this, change to Toyo Motors IMMEDIATELY!!! I have a lifetime alignment at the Firestone and my car overheated and started leaking. The diagnosis at Firestone was just wrong; none of the parts they wanted to replace addressed leaking (no hoses, not the radiator, or the cap). Thank God for a father and grandfather who raised daughters as boys. And, thank God for Toyo being that close to a fumbling Firestone. Anyway, Toyo is great! My Prius is 12 years old with more than 210,000 miles. If you have an older vehicle with a problem, just go by and ask. Its free. He will give you an estimate. If you want a diagnosis you can get one. This is a true customer service automotive facility for all make and model. And, thank you, thank you, thank you Syed!!!

HonestI took my car in for a state inspection. A Lexus service center told me I had a water pump leak. Toyo was honest. Told me I didn’t have a leak at all. Then I told Toyo I thought I needed new shocks. Toyo looked at my shocks and said the appeared to be fine. They we not leaking. Previously I took my cargo Toyo for a break job. They told me I didn’t need a break job! I have NEVER had a more honest mechanic. Before you have any work done on your car, take it to Toyo to see if it is needed.

Long,long story short, toyo motors saved my car (is300) when nobody else could. Gave great advice when they found shoddy work by the last shop. Basically Syed said - ask for proof of something you paid them to do. Noted, I wish I knew of them first, i would have saved 4 months in the shop! Pay for people proud of their work. Thats all i gota say.

I have been using Toyo Motors for the past 4 years. They have worked on three of my vehicles and always provided me great service. Repair shops are notorious for not being honest but that is not true of Toyo Motors. Every repair I have had done the owner provided me with good, better, best options and then explained the value of those options. This made me feel that he had my car and my safety in mind and not how much can he make off of this car. Toyo Motors replaced several items (e.g.: wheel bearing assemblies, brake pads, etc.) on a 2011 Nissan Quest. We had priced such work with the Nissan dealership, etc., which was very expensive. Toyo Motors provided the entire service for a very reasonable price. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We have not had any problems with their work.
