I recently took my Toyota (with over 225,000 miles on it) to Sienna Auto to have them check it over and get my vehicle ready for a 3,500 mile roundtrip adventure.The trip was would be going through some pretty isolated areas of New Mexico and Arizona (where there was often no cell phone signal), on my way to California, so it was extremely important to get it right.After looking it over, they made a few recommendations: serpentine belt and battery.The shop manager and owner were great. It would have been easy for them to sell me a bunch of repairs, but they didnt try to.My trip was a success and never had any issues. Returned back home a few days ago. I highly recommend this locally owned shop, and will continue to go to them for my automotive needs.

This review is long overdue. I brought my truck here for a simple state inspection. The gent upfront took my truck around back and 20 mins later told me I failed due to my tint being too dark on the front windows. I told him my truck passed with the same tint last year and it’s not even dark...he recommended getting it re-tinted and bringing it back. He also said the tint laws have changed since my last inspection....I took it to a shop down the road and they said there’s nothing wrong with my tint. It’s within the legal limit and the law never changed since my last inspection...Either this place has no idea about the legal tint limits or they’re just in the business of playing games. Regardless, I’m not going back...so if you need your state inspection done, think twice cause this place might fail you for no reason.

I’m sitting here waiting for my oil change and I’m watching and listening to the owner of Sienna Auto. I’m in the hospitality industry so I can’t help notice the owners customer service. Customer after customer he asks relative questions, gives advice to customers that end up not staying to use their service, he makes funny jokes but most importantly what I appreciate is, the honesty. My advice is to show up early on the weekend bc it can get busy w oil changes and inspections throughout the day. They don’t have a mechanic on the weekend that can handle major repairs so plan accordingly.

This is the BEST auto mechanic in Sienna: Honest, trustworthy, fast and treats you like a VIP customer every time. Sienna Auto is “Concierge” Service without the cost: friendly, expert service, reasonable and they even have a coffee bar & kids area in the waiting room, courtesy car to shuttle you in the neighborhood to work/home, this place has it all, folks. I will never go anywhere else for auto mechanic service.I was tired of paying outrageous prices, waiting forever, treated poorly... not anymore. Inspection was done promptly and David was very personable.

Sienna Auto helped me kick off my Saturday with a big smile. I came for a car inspection and was in & out in a half hour. The staff was also helpful in telling me where I could go to get my registration sticker. The information allowed me to have the total process completed and my sticker on the windshield in an hour. So much of my day returned to me :-)

Great service. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They do a good job at a fair price and they are honest. I took my car in for repair and told them what I thought it was they checked it out and it was a lot less for the repair that was needed.

I go and get my inspections done here. I couldnt get a sticker once because of an error message on my truck. They diagnosed it and the repair would have cost 1500. I went home and researched the problem and all I needed to do was remove the battery terminals for a few minutes and put them back on. The error message went away. The problem was since I rarely use my second vehicle I let the battery die. When the battery died it caused the error with the module. I took the truck back the next day was received the inspection sticker. I would not recommend allowing them to service your vehicle if they will not do a through job of diagnosing a problem. They are great on inspections.

Unfortunately this is the first 1-star review I’ve ever written. I took my car in 2 months ago for an issue with shuddering when braking. They replaced all brakes, rotors, and one stuck caliper. After sitting in the waiting area for several hours and no update they assured me my car would be ready that afternoon. At closing time I was told it would be the next morning because I needed a new caliper and they had to get the part. This almost made me late to pick up my son via Uber. The next day I had to call 3+ times to check on when my car would be ready and it finally was in the mid afternoon. As I was leaving the shop I noticed a whirring sound with every rotation of the tire. It didn’t seem normal, but I thought it might just be the new brakes having to get worn in. I also didn’t have another 2+ days to go without my vehicle. Fast forward to this week, I had called a couple of times and explained the issue and they said to bring it in and they would drive it and figure out what the problem was. I dropped my vehicle off Monday right as they were opening at 7am and made it clear I needed it back by 2pm as I had a flight to catch. I call at noon to check on it since I hadn’t heard from the shop. David seems clueless as to if it as been looked at but says he will check in the back and call me back within 15 minutes. An hour later I call back and he informs me no one had looked at it yet but they would soon. Over the next three days I call multiple times to be told many variations of “we have no clue what the problem is, it is narrowed down to something with the suspension,” etc... well they finally settled on it needing new ball joints. I confirm again that they are sure this is what’s causing the sound that I had never had before they worked on my car 2 months ago and David says yes, it must have been a coincidence that these wore out at that exact time. I picked up my car today and am just thankful that there doesn’t seem to be any NEW issues caused by this place. Of course the sound is still happening and I will be asking around for recommendations for a mechanic that actually knows something about cars. You can maybe trust these people to do an inspection, but I would not go here for any kind of car repair.

Don’t hesitate to use Sienna Auto! They are honest and fair in their work. I’ve struggled with finding a reputable and honest auto repair shop in the past. But these guys have gone above and beyond to be fair and transparent with me and I think they will do the same for anyone. I can’t give a higher recommendation.
