They were fantastic! Especially the female cashier knew everything about all products I needed, and detailed consulting was a plus! She was a true professional even if she and her team was extremely busy so that they were running around. Things were organized neat and she was so nice. Made my day :)

The owner is very friendly and she likes talking to the customers. She cares about her business. The merchandise they have is always revenant up-to-date and priced well. It’s black owned and I like spending my money here

The store is pretty clean and organized. The ladies in the wig section were very nice and accommodating. there’s a really good selection of wigs. I would have given all 5 stars had I not had a questionable interaction with the short guy up front over a teenaged girl. i’m a little disgusted.

Ive been going here for 3 years now and I bought a lace front last week and it was one that was on display and they took it off and put in a box to be sold I didnt notice it until I got it home but oh well you win some you lose some Ill still be returning for more next time Ill take the whole lace out of the box I spend a pretty penny on my lace to get one and only wear it for 3 days🤔

They dont have the selection of hair Im usually looking for, but other than that its fine.

It says they closed at 9pm. I walked in at 8:30 . When I pulled up the open sign was on. They greeted me when I walked in . Once I start shopping they said come back tomorrow they are closing now . It’s annoying because they didn’t check me out . They could have told me they were closed before o started looking around . I won’t be returning to give them a chance .

Came to the beauty empire on Cartwright and we was here early.... the little guy in the inside was in such a rush to go home. @655 pm he stated the store was closed and pushed my friend out the door. Yelling saying the manager was outside and then pushed her out.

You can always the same hair here. They keep what you like, you can go back 3 months later and find it again. I love that about this store.

This is an okay mediocre location. The guy who manages it is too lazy to help you with anything. Thats the frustrating part.

This place had everything I needed. Hair, hair products, and accessories alike. The staff was knowledgeable and was able to find exactly what I needed even when I didnt know the exact name for it. Theyre awesome.

The store is huge. Thankfully, what I wanted was right by the register. I can see that they have a large variety of items in stock. My wife usually comes here, but today I picked something up for her. The cashier was glad to help me locate the item that I needed. She was nice enough to actually go get the item while I waited at the register. She got exactly what I needed. She was smiling the entire time. She got me checked out and I was on my way. This was definitely a pleasant experience.

There is a young lady that works here by the name of Passionette and she is very helpful and professional. She had patience with me and help me select quality products and was honest about the look I was looking for. I recommend this place to everyone and ask for Passionette and Sean the owner. 5+ stars in my book

Totally rude and hateful! The entire time we were in his store either he or the other women who works there followed us around. When I asked him for help he did not want to help us. He lied about the store closing in 20 minutes when we walked in with a return. When I told him I had called earlier to ask about an exchange, I was told that I called the wrong store and he did not want to do an exchange. This is one store I will NEVER go back to!!!!!

They are OK. They have a LOT of hair products and supplies! They have an ok selection for synthetic hair from valued pricing to a higher priced selection. You can find a lot of items for a diverse selection of hair types: Natural, permed and so on.

Personally I loved it. I found sum cute wigs half off. Found sum reasonable hair on sale.

I walked around for 7 or 8 minutes and no one offered assistance . The two gentlemen behind the counter were friendly enough when asked for assistance. Shelves were well stocked, and I was able to find all of the products I needed.
