This is my favorite boutique!! I love the owner and the people who work there! They are so sweet and so extremely helpful!! Ive never had an issue there and if I ever do I have no doubt they would handle it professionally, effectively, and timely. You definitely need to make this your main boutique to shop at. I love supporting my local businesses!

Always a pleasure to go in there rather im shopping or delivering a package to them they always treat me and the others that walk in with the best respect you have ever seen. They also have a great selection of women clothes and fragrance and jewelry thats affordable and very nice looking. I always recommend a visit.

I am not a big shopper. When I do need or feel like getting something new this is my place. The staff is great. The selection is always super cute and the prices are good!

I love PPOB! All of the employees are very sweet and so helpful. I love that I am able to walk in there into a judge free environment. Where everyone is so sweet. Any of the employees at anytime are so willing to help. I love that immediately when you walk through the doors, they are always asking “Are you looking for anything?” “Do you need any help?” and that is true costumer service!

I absolutely LOVE shopping here!!! As a “curvy” woman it’s so hard to find cute, affordable, and comfy clothes. And to make the shopping experience even better they love on my kid. The girls always help me entertain her so I can actually take time to focus on what I’m doing! The only downfall is my bank account and husband don’t allow me to shop there everyday! I’m so thankful for PPOB and all the incredible ladies who help me look cute and feel confident!!!

While at work a co-worker sent me a fb link to this boutique. I visited the page and saw there was a sale on these dresses but you had to call in and pay to hold your purchase. Which was sketchy, but I thought it was a steal so I called in, gave my card information, and made a purchase. When I got off I went in to pick up. The cashier went into the back and came out with a small brown gift bag. I thought to myself, theres no way 2 dresses could fit in there. I peeped into the bag and there was only 1 dress. I asked for a refund. The cashier says they do not give refunds but she can call the owner to ask. I hadnt even left the store. I hadnt tried the dress on or anything. I didnt see the problem. She goes in the back to call the owner. She tells her the situation and answers a few questions. She then comes to bring me the phone. The owner has me explain to her what the cashier has already told her. After I explain she starts asking demeaning questions like, did I read anything, did I do the math. She told me they cant give clothes away. Mind you, it was $21 for a plain t-shirt dress. I knew this wasnt going to end well, so to avoid a scene, I ended the call, grabbed my dress and left. I dont want to say this was a racially motivated incident but its hard not to. I was very disappointed, as the boutique is right across the street from my neighborhood and would have been a very convenient place to shop.

Pink Post Office Boutique is the best little shop around! The owner really listens to her customers and tries to stay stocked with the exact pieces that customers have requested. The only bad thing I can say is that sometimes they sell out of something before I’ve had a chance to swing by and shop. That isn’t their fault, though, as I know I need to go ahead and purchase items I’m interested in over the phone. The sales associates there are super friendly and go out of their way to help customers out. As a matter of fact, when you shop at PPOB, you become a member of their extended family! I love going to the “post office!”

Bought a gift did not fit you have to return in 14 days. They will not let you exchange you have to go online get an approval for return, bad customer service.

My favorite boutique 💗 love the selections for curvy and also regular sizes for my daughter. Always love the friendly customer service in store, online or calling Daphne to pay for item to have shipped to Mobile store. That’s probably why we shop so much at this boutique selection of super cute stuff and amazing customer service!!

The best boutique in the area! The owner is just the sweetest and staff are all very helpful. Gives that small town personal shopping feel which I love! Lots of great quality clothes in all sizes! Highly recommend.

I don’t live in Mobile but visit occasionally. I’ve been to both locations and the sweet staff members are super accommodating. I usually order online and I’m always surprised how quickly I receive my (cute) package. They are ON IT. Love PPOB!

They are such great people! This is the only place I will buy mine and my two girls clothes from. They have such a great selection and wonderful prices. I am so thankful they chose to put one in Mobile on Cottage Hill Rd. The manager Mrs Marie is such a precious soul, and you just dont find many people like that especially in retail. JulieAnna (the owner) is THE MOST genuine, kind hearted store owner in Mobile! She truly cares about her customers and her community! This is literally my favorite boutique to shop at!!! Anytime I wear anything I purchase from here, I get asked, “Where did you get that?! I love it!” I have recommend PPOB to all of my family and friends and will continue doing so!! They offer something for everyone!! It’s hard being a plus-sized mama and finding cute stuff in regular stores and other boutiques. A lot of boutiques only offer smaller sizes such as XS-L but PPOB offers up to 3X (mate 4x, I’m not sure) and everything is cute, comfortable, and affordable. The owner is truly amazing and her and her staff treats everyone with respect and like family when they walk in. I truly feel comfortable walking in! Thank you PPOB for you’re store and your associates and everything you do for our community as well!! ♥️

I had never been in a Boutique before because I thought they were real expensive. And I was so wrong about that. I Love shopping there, because of the peaceful environment. And I like that you also have the accessories to go with your outfit all at one stop. I was told to visit this place, I wouldnt regret it. Let me begin by saying this is a nice hidden jewel all ladies should visit. Im so excited because its a boutique that also carries plus size clothes. This makes me soooo happy. The associates were very knowledgeable and professional. I ask about a item, not in store but I learned they have a website you can order from. Yes, I will be returning to Pink Post Office Boutique!
