I was assured multiple times that I would receive my order within 7 days. We’re coming up on 2 weeks still no merchandise. The iPad they use to check customers out is a fluke, & I waited 45 mins JUST to order and pay for my sunglasses on it. I received a discount, but the same exact sunglasses are STILL $20 cheaper on the original company’s website. The employees were very nice, but clearly just eager to make a sale.. will not shop here again.

I would like to start off by saying I have been to at least 4 different sunglass stores. But it was not until I went to the Sunglass Hut in Bel-Air mall, that I finally made my decision, and that is strictly based off of the great customer service all 3 staff members gave me while I was there.
