I came in because of the price for a regular oil change. I had shopped around and called around and thought Firestone was a good deal! They gave me a quote and I came in today and was greeted by Art. I wanted to pay upfront for the services and double rechecked the price and he was quote me about 3xs the price. He said my car only accepted full synthetic oil. I know that was not true and I told him I called around and so did my husband to check for pricing and came here because of the price for a regular oil change. The moment I mentioned my husband all of a sudden he says oh let me check. I have no clue why men mechanics try to take advantage of women who “do not know” their way around the car. I knew and did my research. Never coming here again nor recommending this place. The other lady at the counter was nice I think she could see I was upset because she tried giving me a compliment, i appreciated the sentiment but I wasn’t having it after the fact. Art messed up, I caught him in the lie and he wanted to play it off as he didn’t know. My car is new and now I have no idea and am doubting if they did anything sketchy to it. I lost my trust in this location.

This place carries good brands of tires. Staff are professional and very helpful. They helped other customer in less then 10 min to check tire pressure. My regular mechanic couldnt get us in for a few days so took my sons vehicle in for new brakes. Repair after repair they said was needed totalling $2,400!!! Belts, tires, etc. No way, waited for my guy and left his shop with a $800.00 bill. Belts were brand new and tires were almost new. What a scam. Bummer because I used them regularly 10 years ago and they were awesome back then. What a shame.

First lets start off with Art. He was the most unfriendly customer service person I have met! It didnt look like he liked his job or wanted to be there! He recommended checking on doing an alignment. At first I said no and before I left I told him to go ahead and check and let me know either way. I got the call back from Art saying my car was ready and nothing about the alignment. I have been a customer of Firestone for close to 10 years and I almost feel like I should bring my business elsewhere!!!

I should have read the feedback before I went to this establishment. Art is the rudest individual in a customer service environment I have ever experienced. I actually came back and picked up my tires and wheels after dropping them off because of service and insults I had received from Art. This place doesnt deserved my business. Obviously someone was having a bad day. Art needs to go to back to customer service school. Good luck!

First of all, a gentleman came in to the store and stated that parts for his new Toyota Tundra were missing after the work someone did the previous day. This didn’t sound too good. Then, a woman comes in and let’s the sales clerk have ‘what for’ after she was told that her 2019 vehicle was very low on motor oil and other fluids. She was so upset that she actually teared up in front of us in the store lobby. Things didn’t look any better for it. And after I had told the sales clerk that I had a two-hour window to get two tires installed, I was told that my air cleaner was dirty and needed immediate replacement. Three hours to put on two tires… really? What the heck does an air filter have to do with a set of tires?Really?

Worst customer service!We made an appointment on Tuesday to come in Sunday at 1pm for tire rotations, they needed 3-4 hours according to Anthony, who was extremely rude and blamed the delays on the owners for being understaffed; according to him the team must take their lunch, thus the unreasonable delay!

Less than one star 🌟 because I left worse than I arrived. Bought a full set (5 tires) 33 Bridgestone revo 3s a little over 1 year ago and installed new TPMS. Took my tire here for warranty repair and they said it wasnt repairable, tried pushing selling a new tire, said my aftermarket rim (Toyota OEMs) were missing the TPMS. Picked the tire up to take elsewhere after 2 days and now my TPMS sensor in this tire doesnt work.

I have noticed a serious decline in customer service. today marks the last time I will use this Firestone location. the extremely rude young hispanic man I dealt with today was the final straw. I was quoted $527 out the door on the phone by Jerry while making an appointment.I get there and he tells me the price is $577. I could have misheard but I dont think so.Then they sold the tires I was supposed to get. My 1 hr visit turned into a 3 hr & 45 min wait.Jerry started getting attitude. The cashier sd something about an alignment after new tires. Nobody, Jerry, didnt say anything about new tires needing an alignment.Now I will find someone else to do the alignment.I will get my tires somewhere else, as well.They gave me upgraded tires for my inconvenience, when your very sick - trying to stay out of hospital that extra time is an eternity.Customer service from the lady cashier was awesome, she drove wherever to get my tires while I waited. Otherwise, Jerry was gonna send me away til they could order the tires.I was getting ready to go to Riverbank Tires. Next time I plan to get my tires at Riverbank Tires!!!

This Place deserves zero Stars they saw a girl coming and try to take advantage of it. Firestone was going to charge me $800 for something that didnt need to be done. I ended up taking my car to One Stop Auto in Denair, they did it for $150 cuz it didnt need a new oil pan these guys at Firestone are crooked I would never take nothing there!!!

Five visits for one problem. An employee was fired for saying that he did work on my truck but never did it. Charged me and gave me an invoice for new parts and for the labor but did not do the job and left the old parts on there. After he was fired they reimbursed me for the job and fixed the issue. You would think this is great customer service but then I had to come back again because there was issues with that job let alone my sunglasses which cost me $148.95 were stolen out of my truck from the first visit by the employee who was fired. Then they reimburse me again and say theyre fixing the problem. The problem was again not fixed correctly or completely and they did not find all of the issues I asked for. I took it to a different mechanic and within 2 hours he not only found all the problems but fixed all of them and gave me an invoice and it cost me a couple hundred bucks instead of thousands of dollars. then I took it back to the shop again because my other mechanic would not touch the one part that they had under warranty that way I could get it changed for free, so I bring back the vehicle and tell them my situation and I tell them I fixed everything with someone else. They did not reimburse me for the work I had to have someone else fix but they did reimburse me $600 to try and ease my anger and $600 may sound like a lot but I paid thousands to this place. Now Im here again to have my AC compressor warrantied and replaced and they are willing to reimburse me for a rental car not pay for it up front but reimburse me which is okay I guess not the best but its okay. The store manager shes trying and I give her credit for that I do not blame her The area manager could have offered me a better deal but he didnt but at least he offered me something so I give him credit for that and one other employee there named Robert hes a very great man great customer service very honest upfront and friendly I really liked him. Other than that I have nothing else nice to say about this place because now Im having to come back a fifth time because the rental car companies dont have cars for me at the moment and I know thats not the auto shops fault but technically it really is their fault seeing as Ive had to come back five times to get my vehicle fixed for something that should have been fixed months ago. All in all I was robbed for $150 pair of sunglasses I was robbed for parts and labor on my truck I was reimbursed partially and I re-emphasized and repeat the word PARTIALLY not fully but partially reimbursed and my truck to this day is still not finished hopefully when I bring it tomorrow it will finally get fixed. Side note they have to keep it for 2 days maybe 3 just to fix that on top of all the other time theyve had my vehicle. I have to say worst experience ever when it comes to automotive repair I cannot think of anyone who could possibly have had a worse experience than this. Besides the three people I named above this place gets one star and I would give them negative stars if I could. DO NOT use Firestone complete Auto Care in Modesto California it is a terrible experience and I will never come back.

We brought a tire up with a seized lug from a used tire shop zipping it on with a maxed air gun. Keith immediately walked up and said, “I can get it”. An air chisel, grinding wheel, and another air chisel later.....he flipping got it and saved the wheel in the process. Thank you so much, man!!!

Horrible Service!!!! They pressure you into purchasing tires. Realistically the tire is actually fixable. So I brought in my flat than they took out the rim and the tire to check it out after they checked it out they said I need a new tire after refusing for a new tire they just threw the rim and tire in my trunk. . When I refused the service there attitude changes. So I went to another tire shop and it was a easy fix. All these people want is to sell and make there commissions. Are we coming back nope!!!!! We have been coming in for years but thats it. HORRIBLE Service!!!

I called twice about a front end alignment. First time to ask the cost and second to book an appointment. Today i went in at 2: 36pm for my appointment. I was outside waiting when the service adviser came out at 3:30 pm and said they where no comfortable driving my 1971 VW on the rack. I told him I would drive it up if they wanted. He went to the service manager and said that was not the case that they did not have the shims to adjust my front end. I told the guy it does not take shims to adjust the camber. I told them it does not take shims, that the adjuster are cams and built in. They still did not do the work and wasted my time. The guy was rude at the counter and i will never recommend this place.

I have an F350 with utility body and a fleet account. I have had oil services done there previously. I dropped the truck off at 4:30 on Wednesday for an oil service and front brakes. I was told it would be done by end of business Thursday. I needed the truck for a job on Friday so that was great. Fast forward to Thursday night, no phone calls or updates. I arrive as they were closing up only to be told they got busy and didnt get to it. What? Got busy? With cars that came in after me? The gentleman also said he didnt know if they had a rack that could lift the truck. So now I have to wonder if the past oil services were really done.

Finally Under New Management! Theres a night and day difference in the atmosphere of the business from the last time few times I was here! In my opinion before it was a 2 star establishment but for lifetime alignments I stuck around. After today Im going with 5 stars and Ill be happy to return!

They offer quality products but lack the effort in the service department. I love my tires but I shouldnt have to burn a whole day waiting for my free rotation and oil change. Why make an appointment? Made an appointment 3 days prior... for 1130.... two hours later Im not even being looked at. Normally a non-issue except I asked how realistic the 1:30 ready time would be. Should be ready, dont see why not. I would have arranged for a ride or cab and kept the pressure of them on what apparently was a busy day. They need to be real. If they were running late at 1130 they should have let me know. Its respectful.

This is my last day coming here, they just take too long. As I’m typing this, I have been here for 2 & 1/2 hours, and it looks like I’ll be here longer. I’ve been coming for routine maintenance lately and they always took quite a while, even with an appointment. I guess I kept coming back because it was familiar, but today was the last straw, no one should have to wait this long for an oil change and/or other minor tasks. The guys here get the job done, it just takes way too long.

The mechanic is a good dude. And just good. I had a mishapn which led to my side rear mirror hanging from some wires. Help me Jimmy rig it just like as if I was at home in my own the shop. The place I went to right before that wouldnt let me touch it to land when theres a finger to help. I recommend this place all day.

.Not happy. Went for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and vehicle inspection with an appointment. They forgot to put all that on the order. 3 hours later they say my power steering is low but they dont have any fluid. Fine. Back to Atwater and jiffy lube shows me they didnt latch the air filter. Earlier another customer said they forgot his lugnuts. Sloppy and dangerous. I called and the clerk basically sounded like I was bothering him.

I came in to investigate a very specific noise that has developed in my car. They lifted the car up and complained about rust and age, refusing to even investigate the noise because their only recommendation was that I just throw my car away and buy a new one. Even though it still drives great, it is rusty and has a lot of miles on it, and so they think it is just time to buy a new car. It is apparently not worth even investigating the issue. This isn’t a mechanic shop! My technician was in his early 20s and he claims has never seen a rusty car before. Only go here if you have a new car that just needs basic maintenance.

***This review is for the manager REBECCA and JESUS!!!!!***I came there for an alignment and left my car there while I go shop around and when I got my car back. There were damages that werent there before!! I literally had just gotten my car back from the Auto Body Paint Shop so I know everything is new paint. REBECCA denied that it was them who had damaged my car. She said it was probably already there like I dont know my own car? She said she is willing to refund my alignment...GUILTY. The paint jobs cost more than the alignment. I prefer them to reimburse me for another paint job that I had to pay for. She refuses to show me the video from the cameras.Double check your cars before leaving that place. Everyone loves their cars and work hard for them!This is a warning for people who loves their car and keeps them flawless.This is my honest review. I am truly upset and hopefully the Bureau of Automotive Repairs will be seeing them a visit.

Nice place. You can walk to the mall or stores whiles you wait for your car to be serviced. I came in for a wheel alignment and then left to walk. I came back in an hour and my car was already done. They have restrooms, coffee maker, water jug, a couple of couches and a small corner for small children. A good area with good service.

Modesto, California we recently had our car serviced there, we were scheduled for a 2:00 pm appointment. We were told, that they were ahead of schedule and would be prompt on getting to our vehicle early. We were waiting for over 45 minutes after the time we were told. We noticed that the mechanics who were supposed to be working on our vehicle were not doing their job, but standing around talking most of the time. I will admit last time I came here was almost a year ago and did not have a great experience. Yesterday changed my mind! My tire blew out on 132 so I decided to get 4 new tires (had bad tread on my previous ones) with Firestone because well honestly I still have my Wheel Works credit card. Yesterday I went in, Rebecca took care of me, she went over the tires in every detail and even worked with me which ones were more affordable. My car was there for 4 hours roughly and when I went back in she really explained what was done really well! Thank you Rebecca for that! I will definitely be coming back! Really bad customer service. I dropped off my car for a whole day and they told me that they couldnt change my oil. And at another instance I went in for a flat tire and I had tire protection but they said they can only make me buy a new tire for them to change it even though i already had tire protection. Kinda odd because when I went to a different location they changed it for me no questions asked.

Not please at all. Was told I need new tires despite knowing the amount of tread I have. They said I ran over a staple. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and guess what, they saw no staple. Even had them double and triple check, no staple. Was only a small leak needed fixed and not because of a staple. Way to lie to a customer in order to sell me things I dont even need. Will never ever buy from you again.

I was given an 11:00 am appointment for a brake inspection. I show up ten minutes early and was told the inspection takes an hour-and-a-half.What? 1.5 hours to take off the tires and look at the brakes? Whats the point of having an appointment if I have to wait for the next available technician?The customer service at Firestone Complete Auto Care is completely miserable. Go to americas tire. had me in and out with no b s or lies in 45 min. And no bent rims hmmm. So i bought 3 more tires Firestone needs mechanics that know what they are doing. I trust Firestone because of their Statewide franchises but I was disappointed when I read my report that said that my oil was light which meant I did not need the oil change that I thought I need it. I figured I needed one because I have been driving my car for 2 years but I didnt calculate that I had only put on two thousand miles in the two years so its best to have them check your oil first I use the top of the line synthetic oil which stretches out your oil changes based on your driving use for up to seven thousand miles. All Firestone locations rather all Firestone franchises have nice ambience set up for charging stations laptops you can watch DirecTV thats coffee one time I sat there for 6 hours working because I didnt have a ride home and I was quite comfortable the people were very friendly and this was in Midlothian Virginia that I travel to quite often

We had a bad experince with this shop today, we were in modesto from out of town. had a flat tire and they were close to hotel. we came in to ask for a tire repair.. The service rep (didnt get his name) told us we would have to leave it. I asked him for a tire repair? he said he had 10 people from yesterday and various items. when i asked if there was anyone else he knew of that was open on a sunday and he was flippant and shrugged his shoulders. another customer was there and he recommended us to use Pepboys on Mchenry, he even found us the number. needless to say we got the car over to pepboys on mchenry and they were busy but worked us in and we got a new tire and were out in about an hour.. Les schwab isnt open on sundays or we would have visited one of them.. but pepboys was equal to them on customer service.. something firestone could learn in customer service..

I needed to buy 4 tires for my truck, I stopped in on May 16 around 2:50pm. I walked in and there and a young woman at the front desk on the the phone, she wasnt talking, she was just standing there. No eye contact, she didnt even say ill be right with you she just ignored me. I figured she was listening to important information so after standing there for a moment with no aknowledgement, i decided to sit down and wait patiently.I was there for for a while and then another employee comes out and starts talking to her, not important they were just doing some small talk about another employee named Robert, and how he likes to hide from work. Still none of them even gave me any aknowledgement. My time is as precious to me as it is to a cancer patient on chemo. So its upsetting when other people waste it. After listening to these talk about other lazy employees i realised that technical mechanical labor isnt something you can trust to just anyone, especially something important like a vehicle.If you value your time as much as i do, and want labor done by professional dedicated employees, i suggest you try some place else.

Nice & clean shop, friendly staff, comfortable waiting area, and fair priced. I scheduled a vehicle inspection online to make sure my vehicle was in great running condition to apply with Lyft. Website lacks giving me an estimate time frame for the service I was scheduling for to make any arrangements for transportation. Yet, I was easily able to hangout in their waiting area with tv, plenty of magazibes, and a Kurig coffeemaker avail. Service only took 45 mins to complete and was charged 19.99. Not too bad and they passed my vehicle. Cool! I will come back again.

Not the best experience with the kind of service they have here, they make me wait 8 hours to fix a problem on my truck, and after all that time waiting and 350 dollars the problem still there, I called them and they told me that they were going to give me a free diagnostic.

If you dont want.a empty.wallet when work.is.done stay.away.from this place they.charge 14 dollars for a spark.plug.you.can.buy at.any auto.store for 250 cents all they want.is.to.rip.off each.person tjat come in there they are the highest.place.and.dont do anything free not.even to.inspect your car
