Absolutely outstanding service! This place shows dedication to their customers and getting their job done. Amazing, friendly, and honest customer service experience. Our car had quite a few needs and everything was able to get fixed for half the price than if we had gone somewhere else. Highly recommend! And we will for sure be using Quality Tune Up from now on.

You encouraged me to use High-mileage oil for first time and explained why, helped me with cost, Noticed I needed an air filter which would increase gas mileage and then did an emergency rescue on freeway after I broke down. You are all angels! My pocketbook and my car love you.After reading some negative reviews, I noticed the dates of the reviews. Please note that this Quality location in under new ownership/ management and staff is very courteous and honest!

$100 to trouble shoot was the first warning, way to high compared to many other shops in town. Problem was a busted alternator. They wanted over $600 in total to fix this. Compared online shopped around and found multiple other places who could do this for under $400. Three stars because the people I interacted with were decent and upfront. If you need an oil change or a smog check this is probably an alright place to go. Need major work? Look elsewhere.

Outrageous fees! They advertise a $20 oil change. I just want them to change my car oil using my OWN oil and oil filter. They charged me a flat $25!!! In addition, the assistant manager or whoever was rude and disrespectful. I recommend that you stay away from this place! They overcharge their customers!!!

A we can start on your car in ten minutes turned into a forty minute, excruciating delay. Right before they were almost ready to work on the car to do an oil change, the upselling occurred. They demanded another $9 to add one quart of oil (bearing in mind that 5 quarts plus a filter was quoted, by phone, and in person, at only 21.95). I already told them, at the beginning of going to their shop, I did not need it because I had an engine additive I wanted to put in it. We dont do that, employee #3 retorts. This, in spite of the employee over the phone, and in person, saying yes, we do do that. Avoid, unless you like dealing with companies that are prime candidates for being sued for unfair business practices.
