Great job on the body damage, looks great. Unfortunately they were unable to complete the work in the time originally estimated…costing me a lot more in rental car fees.

I had the rear hatch on my Ford Explorer repaired. Ken at CDE was fantastic at keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. The team is very transparent on pricing and were great help in coordinating with my auto insurance provider. As much as I do not want to return (fingers crossed I would not need to!), should any of my vehicles need attention, CDE would be my first choice.

I clipped my driver side mirror on my garage, so dumb. I bought a replacement mirror, was going to try and do it myself but was talked out of it by a friend and told to bring it to CDE. What a great move, Tim replaced it in 20 minutes, everything works great, awesome job! Thank you so much CDE, I was dreading changing this mirror, and the dealer said 300 to replace. Tim saved me time and money!

I recently took my pick up truck for body work. They did a great quality job. You couldnt even see where the damage was done. The front desk service was awesome too the lady was so helpful. My truck was well washed and vacuum. Very satisfied with their service.

I brought in my Ferrari 348TS. It had severe front end damage. CDE did an AMAZING job, I could not be happier with how it looks. It also cost far less then I anticipated.

My son had an accident and the entire front of the car was compressed. CDE did an efficient and excellent job of fixing it.A few days later we had a problem with a piece. Although, the gentleman explained that it was not from the previous service, he immediately fixed the problem . When I offered to pay for at lease the labor, he declined. Yea this is a real review by a 20 year old. I got hit from behind with a car I just bought the month before. Within days I got my car into the CDE and was fixed within the perfect amount of time. My daughter was backed into when leaving college in Alabama anto head home. The damage was to the front passenger door. She was able to drive it home to Illinois and I brought it to CDE. We had a tight timetable to get the car back before she needed to head back to college. CDE staff coordinated my rental car and finished the car on time!! Had repair after accident Front end damage

These guys estimated 1 week for extensive repair to my car, they were only 2 days over the estimated time. Their work was better than I expected and their prices were very fair. I would recommend them to everyone. They even called me a week after the job was finished to make sure I was satisfied. A good company.

Premier is amazing. The hood of my car was stuck shut after an accident. I thought the cable had snapped. Actually some of the machinery at the front of the hood had jammed back against the lock. Ron was so friendly. He and the team had my hood open and straightened out in one day. And they did it for FREE!

These guys exceeded my expectations. I bought a certified used vehicle from a certified dealership, yet a few years later I come to find out (after a delayed carfax report) that my car was in an accident, had body work done, and repainted....badly. I had paint peeling up on my doors and I just felt hopeless and I was screwed out of money. The dealership was going to charge me over $3,000 for the repair because it was out of warranty. I just paid off my car and wasnt in the position to throw down all that money. I decided to look at another body shop for a cheaper quote. They were going to charge less than half, but would not guarantee me a warranty because they dont know what the issue is. I just felt hopeless and all of these places were out to screw me over. When I finally came to premier collision, I was spoken to like a human being. Ron (I think thats was his name) was the one who did the initial quote. He was able to look at it for a good 5-10 minutes to know exactly what the problem was, and was very confident in the repair they would do would fix the issue, and thats all there is to it. Because I was dealing with several other places trying to get over on me, I asked probably 100 times if he was confident that is the problem, and if they provide a lifetime warranty for the time I own the vehicle to back up their work. He could talk to me without hesitation and I just felt comfortable having this place do the work. After. I got my car back from the paint repair, they did a spectacular job. Not only that, they gave me the lowest quote of the local competitors, including the warranty. If youre in a stressful situation to where you dont know where to do, or afraid or someone trying to screw you over. Go to premier collision, you will receive top notch work that exceeds expectations, and feel ease that youre dealing with very professional and knowledgable people.

Exceeded my expectations!My car was hit by an object falling off a truck on the highway driving to work on a Monday morning April 30th. Premier Collision was able to get me in for a free estimate that same day on my lunch break. The estimate was lower than I expected compared to body work Ive had done on previously owned cars. The receptionist was very nice and professional on the phone and in person and Ron, the employee that did the estimate was also very nice and professional. I then dropped my car off on Wednesday May 2nd, because it took one day to get the parts in from the factory and then picked up my car Friday May 4th. They did a perfect job on my car and it looks brand new with the new bumper, grill and fog light.They made everything very easy with the Enterprise rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car. I had pretty bad experiences with other repair shops in the past so I was expecting the same experience but Premier collision Center in Mokena changed my opinion and they have my business for life and I will recommend everyone I know to them from now on. One last thing to mention is they cleaned my windows, floor mats and vacuumed my car without even telling me or charging extra. it was a nice surprise to get in my car and find it cleaner than it was when I dropped it off.Probably the best service Ive experienced from a local business in my lifetime. They procrastinated on getting my car fixed. It was in there longer than estimated and expected to be. They changed the date 2-3xs for the car to get done by. I was told they were really busy and this was during the winter season too. After, getting the car back I had to bring it back to them to hook back up a wire that didnt allowed my front driver windows down including the back seat window! Then, a few weeks later, my brother notice that the right speaker on the drivers door didnt work after playing loud music. Also, the cars automatic starter that took my brother 8 hours to installed was disconnected and I thought the remote ran out of batteries because the car wouldnt start when I pushed the button so I went to changed that to find out that whoever worked on the car had disconnected a wire when it was getting repaired! Anyways, I recommended Central Collision in Tinley Park! They are right on time when they tell you the date they will have your car done by! And they clean,vacuum and car wash your car for you to look presentable when you come get your car!
