This is one of the only Starbucks locations in the area that doesn’t have crazy wait times in the drive-thru. Lady lady on the intercom was so friendly and cheery! They made my drink perfectly and they gave me my cheese danish to eat while it was warm before my drink came out. The location is pretty small, but you know-great things come in small packages! Definitely will be returning!

I stopped here several times already and people seem to be very good and polite and they take care of you in a timely manner a timely manner.

Great place, I go there quite often. The sausage egg and cheddar sandwich is my favorite. Ive never been dissatisfied with my order or the service. When you frequent a place as much as I do this one, that speaks volumes. Tracy, Sam, Chris and the crew are all very kind and a pleasure to interact with. The only feedback would be for them to keep the doors, patio and trash can, napkin station clean at all times. Im sure its a challenge because they are very busy, especially the drive through. I used to manage a Starbucks so I know the struggles. Its a shame some customers are too lazy to go inside from the patio to dispose of their garbage as opposed to leaving it on the patio tables. Come on people, think about the next person.

Wonderful customer service! When walking in, I was greeted immediately by a team happy to work. My order was made perfectly, and in a timely fashion, especially during breakfast rush. Thanks everyone for the smiles!!

Flies and mosquitoes in the food enclosure, when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they said dont worry about it because you are just ordering drinks.

Went inside as the line was 10 deep. The service was horrible. When you go inside, your order is put in line behind any mobile app orders. Waited 15 minutes and there was no one ahead of me. My coffee was prepared incorrectly and they gave me the wrong egg bites. When I questioned why it was taking so long, the workers just stared at me and casually found my order. Told me my order was in her line. No kindness no appreciation for being a customer. No apology. Will NEVER go back!

Quick and easy pickup when ordering on the app. The drive thru is pretty efficient too.

Good food and drinks but one girl at that works at this Starbucks keeps trying to flirt with my bf and writing heart and weird messages when he goes in.

This is the best starbucks I’ve been to! They are so fast, accurate and NICE! There’s an employee named Jack who goes above and beyond. If you’re lucky, he’ll take your order!

Usually has very long drive thru lines. Once i tried calling and canceling a mobile order and no one would answer so I had to drive way out of the way. Taught me to triple check which starbucks the app selects.

Grande cafe mocha made with soy keep the whip is really good. Unfortunately verrrrrry slow service on this Saturday at 7:30am. Great location just dont be in a rush.

Mobile Wait time for my order was over 25 minutes . Please take that into consideration . The workers were nice however they were not helpfull towards in store customers

Totally messed up my order. I had a friend pick the order while she was there. I ordered a quad espresso macchiato and they only gave me one shot in the worlds smallest cup. Still charged me for the extra shots.

I spent a good 10 minutes waiting for my drink inside. There was a long line in the drive thru so I thought inside would be faster for a single iced coffee with cream. Nope. My order was taken in a timely manner and then I was ignored by the partners for 10 minutes. And they didn’t even put the specified amount of cream in my coffee. I was not acknowledged which was the most irritating part of my visit. How this location is still in business is beyond me.

Probably one of the worst starbucks i been too! I ordered a venti smores frappe and it was only filled like a grande. It was not a busy day either! Just didnt complain because they didnt seem to care as i waited. Never again!

5 times out of 10, your order is wrong and you either wait for it to be remade or you’ve already left and have to just deal with it.

I really only get the chai tea from there. I keep going back because it is close to my work. But every time I get the chai tea they do a slash of chai and the rest is milk. So basically I’m paying $5 for a venti glass of milk. It is really disappointing. It is probably the easiest thing on the menu to make.

Apparently Sunday night is not a good time to visit this establishment. The whole place was in disarray and mess. It wasn’t very busy but it seemed that lot of customers came in about 15 minutes time frame. You could feel the disorganization and Chaos in the air. I ordered two drinks, my money was taken quickly and efficiently but, after waiting for 15-20 minutes had to come back to the counter and remind the barista that our drinks never came out. Obviously they were busy and the staff looked very confused And in panic, and they had to ask me what kind of drinks I ordered because they completely lost track of my order. As someone who spent long time working in hospitality business I know that this can happen, but unfortunately the Staff acted indifferent and no one apologized. Bottom line-Paying $9 for 2 drinks and Waiting 20 minutes to have my beverage is definitely not acceptable.

I usually stop here after work and never have a problem. Today I ordered the new cloud macchiato (caramel) and they made me the cinnamon one? After I gave it back to them, the young male who remade it for me proceed to talk S**T about me! And still made me the wrong drink.

Love the new mobile ordering and inside pickup. Only have had two small hiccups during morning rush hour. The morning drive through line can get long and the parking lot SUCKS but just order on the app and park then walk in and pick it up from the counter. Best idea ever.

Sucks that a PAYING CUSTOMER is unable to find a seat to sit at. Almost everybody at tables had chipotle bags and cups. Made it impossible for an actual customer to sit down and enjoy there in store purchased beverage!

Very long wait in the drive-thru, ordered decaf, get to the window and they say they dont have decaf. Left empty handed, very disappointing.

In my 10 years of going to Starbucks, I have never had to wait so long in the drive thru for my coffee! I always get venti dark roast and I dont mind a couple of minutes for PO.. But 10 minutes?? To top it off when I finally got to the window, he didnt even know what I had ordered!!? Never again!

New location near 191st on LaGrange a short distance from the soon to open Holiday Inn Express. Cheerful employees, free wifi, no cushioning on seats, air conditioning on overdrive so bring a sweater.

Your average Starbucks, when it comes to drinks and service. The interior design is great and has a calming atmosphere among the busyness.

Excellent location.. but a bit noisy. That is honestly a complaint i have with most starbucks. You cant work out of a starbucks coffee shop as the staff itself is extremely noisy and some times they put on very loud music.

Snowy morning, go to get my coffee 1/2 hour after time they are supposed to open, and door is locked. Lights are on, people are inside, look at me, and keep working.. I stand there for a minute, hoping things might change, then a worker actually turns lights off, like they werent supposed to be open and I hadnt seen them. Just poor all the way around.

Their slow, they dont open on time, they dont stir the coffee, and in the a.m. I sit there for at least 10 minutes. The coffee tastes horrible until I get a chance to stir it.
