I love the ice cream from the Creamery and this one has a drive thru. Its been super convenient during these uncertain times. When times are tough, youre a bit hesitant to go in anywhere and you need a treat this is your place.I recommend nearly everything here. Seriously you cant go wrong.

Had a beef sandwich taste was definitely like a store bought brand and asked for grilled onions the only have chopped I was informed. So so on this trip. The teenager at the window was friendly which is a plus

The Creamery is great! A huge selection and friendly service make this ice cream spot a real treasure. The Creamery employs local young adults, helping out the community in which they serve delicious food and tasty ice cream delights. On our latest trip, I ordered the Peanut Fudge Parfait: silky vanilla soft serve topped with thick and luscious hot fudge and salted peanuts. We also got a large twist cone: vanilla and chocolate soft serve piled high atop a crispy cake cone. Dont sleep on the hot food here either. Bring your dog for a puppy cone. I recommend The Creamery and I will be back time and time again.

We did not go for ice cream, but for hot dogs. Mmmm! They are delicious 😋. Thick around and fill the bun. Relish, cucumbers, mustard, tomatoes, and if you like pepper and onions. Enjoy

They have a great variety of ice cream desserts and even non-dairy options. It is a great place to meet for a birthday treat or after a game or practice for the kids.

Always love The Creamery! I love that they serve The Original Rainbow Cone and have weekly Dole whip flavors! My 4.5yo LOVES the candyland sundae and still talks about how much she loved the gummy bears in her ice cream!

All the ice cream weve tried so far are good. Food is 50/50. Would go back for ice cream anytime.

This is a far south side suburb staple of an icecream store. One of few places that offers a boston shake- scoop of icecream in a milkshake with whipped cream on top, rainbow cones and...serve sloppy joe sandwiches one day a week that are pretty good. No wonder I cant lose my covid lbs.😁

Very pricey compared to other local creameries and customer service is meh. At 2 other nearby locations can easily order a small hotdogs combo with a small chocolate shake for less than $7 and they come with fries. At THIS location I was charged almost $10 for a plain hot dog, plain bag of chips, and small shake. Wasnt worth it and wont be back

This place has the Best Hot Dogs around ...but this is the second time in the last four months the buns were stale. Are they getting rid of them on Weinie Wednesday ? I will pay the regular price for a fresh bun . I called to let them know, the manager will look into it....Like I said usually the best dogs around but their quality control needs work.

Ive been coming to the Creamery for over 30 years. Great beef sandwich believe it or not and great cold serve ice cream. My favorite is the turtle sundae that has hot fudge and caramel mixed into vanilla ice cream with hot roasted pecans on top. Cant beat it!

It was pretty busy but, still seeming to process the orders fine. Except, after everyone in front of and behind us, as well as, all that came after that (2 dozens or more)received their orders....we had not. 2 items, not several like most of the others. Just 2 items. We had to ask for them twice. The girl said she never received the order. Mind you, she was 8 feet or so from the girl taking orders. We had to explain again what we ordered. 1 was fine. The other was a pile of, well use your imagination. Globs of goo, not looking appetizing AT ALL! I should have gone to Culvers.

Love the Rainbow Cone. Plan to wait a bit in the drive thru due to the pandemic, but moves along good and is worth the wait.

The Creamery is as solid of an ice cream joint as you can get. Their rainbow cones and rainbow cone ice cream cake are to die for, and dont sleep on their soft serve ice cream on a hot day. There are hilarious cow sculptures that kids love, and a pretty spacious patio. We love The Creamery!

Great location thats served the area for decades. I used to go here as a kid and ALWAYS grab a root beer float. Now I normally get a cheesecake blaster. The only problem with the creamery now is the processed taste I recieve from most of their blasters. I assume its the candy companies fault, but it really isnt a good addition to a local ice cream shop

Great place to get some ice cream, especially in the summer. I usually go through the drive thru, and it is always very quick. Their prices are a tad high, but I think thats probably about three Norm for Ive cream anywhere. I usually get one of their directly sundaes or a shake. The Frozen yogurt is also very good. I have never gotten any good here, but they have a pretty decent selection.

Good place but they need to wear hair nets. Tired of getting long nasty hairs in my food. Last thing I want with my hot dog is some long greasy hair. Drove an hour to get there cause I used to live near there and it ended up being a waste of time and money. Great ice cream but other than that its trash. Sorry not sorry

There isnt much seating and it is all outside so going there any time other than a few months of the year isnt really possible . Food is tasty especially the taco bowl . Cant go wrong with a rainbow cone either! Service stinks ..orders are correct but the crew acts like it is a bother to take and make your order.

Visited this place a couple times now and havent regretted it. Fast service and great specials! Both times I brought my bulldog with and got him a little free whipped cream dog treat that he snarfed down and got all over his face, haha. Plan on making regular future trips over the summer. Yummy! Ice cream creations, hot dogs, chili, burgers, polite young people taking your order, very pleasant experience. Limited parking is relieved by a brisk drive through.

Waited a long time for cones, our little one didnt want to eat it after it arrived. My step daughter was almost done with her sundae by the time the cones arrived. Another parties order of sundaes was dispersed while we were waiting as well. Taste is still great but service was not as wonderful as in the past.

Really loved it. I had the rainbow cone and wasnt disappointed. The line was a little long but was steadily moving. Well worth the wait.

I come here for the ice cream, soft serve chocolate, which is the best Ive found in the Mokena area. They have a big menu of sandwiches and other quick prep offerings much better than your typical fast food joint.

I only wish they would listen when I ask for a baby rainbow CUP! My son does not like cones and its easier and cleaner for him to eat. I get its easy to just ask for a cup but for once I wish theyd listen because Ive seen them complete other orders of the same request, so its not about ease for them to make during busy hours.

Tough call between 4 and 5. Blue Goo soft serve is the best (though it adds a bit of cost). I tried nachos from there the other day. The plain chips, without cheese, were way too salty.

Great icecream? Its soft serve! Maybe out of the real icecream? $26 for 2 hotdogs and 3 cones? Said they only had soft serve. Customer service lack luster also. Definitely went downhill.

The ice cream at the Creamery is always top notch, and the specialty items are better here than their counterparts are at other places. The two reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the location we visited, Mokena, has no public restroom, (or if there is at this location it isnt in an obvious location), and because only one person was working when we were in line: He took the orders, took the money, and filled the orders. He did a great job but its ridiculous to put that much stress on a single employee. As we were leaving, 2 other employees arrived. Either that was poor scheduling or the 2 people went on break together, which was rude of them. This location does have handicapped parking, a drive-thru, and outdoor seating.
