Bought 4 new tires. Had them installed, balanced, etc. Appointment right on time. Friendly staff and helpful answering my questions regarding the rebate we were entitled to. Good overall experience.

I cant thank Tires Plus enough for getting me in as quick as they did! I was on my way home to Nebraska after my mother passed away in Indiana and realized while on I80 I needed new front tires and an alignment. They got me in right away! Thanks guys!!😊

They work well with either receiving and installing internet bought tires or buying directly from them. Only complaints I have had when it comes to follow up work. They alerted me of an issue while doing an alignment and told me to bring it back at a later date so they can check it again. Not sure why it couldnt have been fixed during my appointment. They failed to tell me it required an hour appointment and needed to come back because they were busy, so I came in for nothing and not sure if there is an issue or not.

Customer Service is great here. Had a brake caliper lock up while on a trip. Not only did they get it fixed for me, they got it done at the last minute and in time for us to make it to your event without missing any. Jamie was great. He made sure everything was complete in time.

They offered a 100 dollar gift card and then didnt tell me how to get it.when I learned how to get it the offer had expired

Had a new set of Firestone LE3 installed. Got to store and they started to install and I noticed 1 of the tires were a different size. Told the tech and he got the correct one. They installed the tires, next morning both passenger side tires were flat.Called them and they told me to drop thevehicleoff and they would get to it when they could cause they were so busy. Dont spend a grand and then theres no customer service.

Tires plus in moline has fallen apart the past few years . Officially done going there . Had an appointment at 3 to plug a tire . Was specifically told it would be 5-10 minutes . I get there and they say an hour ... ? Saying they have other people to tend to .. ok . What is the point of an appointment ?? The professionalism isn’t there . Will be finding a different car shop to go to regularly .

Absolutely ridiculous. I got a tire and an oil change and needed to have the tire on a separate bill. The person (Jaime C.)checking me out threw a fit and said he can’t do it and I said it has to be done. He acted like I ruined his day and made so much work for him. I told Jaime I needed my old tire back and he threw another fit. The repair was fine but the service is terrible

I recently had a unhappy experience with another repair shop.I made an appointment for today to hopefully resolve the issues on my vehicle...I have been rewarded with outstanding completion of the issues and drove away,after 4 hours, in my vehicle that rode like a new vehicle.The employees were outstanding in all respects & I recommend Tires Plus to anyone who needs an honest resolve to their vehicle maintenance

I have been going to Tires Plus for several years. It is one of the few repair shops that I can say I have 100% faith and trust in their honesty and ability. I refuse to take our vehicles to our own dealership because of it so many issues that we have had there. Tires Plus has never let us down and the manager is absolutely phenomenal! I could not recommend them more.

Learned a lot while just buying a couple tires. Asked the mechanic a couple of what I thought was dumb questions and ya the kid def new his stuff, the manager was also super cool too.

Staff acts as if they dont really want to do anything until there is a large price tag. Way over priced compared to other automotive places with similar star ratings. And they seem to have an attitude if you dont want to get the work done right then and there after being quoted an outrageous amount. They also push you to get a credit card with them, even after saying no thanks.

Everyone was super nice. I arrived half an hour early amd they took my car back right away. The cashier had a coupon for my oil change as well. Always a pleasant experience.

Brought tire in for repair were they believed it was corrected.After the technician talked to me about repair he noticed that the air pressure was lower. Reinspected the tire were he was able to find the leak that was very small, hardly able to find. I had to buy a new tire.I was happy that it was found and able to get new one so it would not become a bigger problem,due to the tire was for my camper trailer.

Took my car in to have leaks fixed in both front tires. They fixed passenger side and said there was no leak in the driver side and spent most of their time trying to sell me a new battery. With a name like TIRES plus, you would think they would at least fix the tires before they tried to use their sales pitch. Now they will probably respond to this with some soap opera answer knowing I cant respond, but I strongly recommend NOT going here to get your car worked on. VERY IRRITATING. I would go to Walmart first, and I dont like walmart.

Tires Plus usually does a good job and prices are competitive. However.......BE AWARE of additional SHOP SUPPLY charges. While I know many dealers are doing this, I was charged an additional 7%. I know this is a MONEY GRAB by repair shops to PAD THEIR BOTTOM LINE but this is excessive. Billed an additional charge of $13.30 on a $189.99 Life Time Alignment. REALLY?????? Unfortunately, Tires Plus could not give me a good explanation what shop fees were needed to do an alignment. ALL COSTS SHOULD BE transparent UPFRONT. More disappointed that there are not signs posted for this NEWER MONEY GRAB. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ive taken my vehicles here for many years. Used to walk in and get service right away. Seems a lot busier now. No problem. The online reservation system is a breeze. Another convenient oil change right when I needed it.

I had a valve stem brake on one of my tires today 11/20/19. Tires Plus is the only tire place in this area, that was willing to assist and showed that they actually cared and wanted to help. The employees that work at this location were busy and did not have to squeeze me in their schedule but they did. 5 Stars all the way! These employees deserve a big raise! First time at this location and I will definitely be back.

Ive been going to this Tires Plus for probably 10 years and have always had great experiences, Tim is great to work with. Ive bought several sets of tires, theyve done alignments and oil changes too. Just last month I had an issue with a stuck valve on one of my tires and they squeezed me into their schedule and fixed the issue for free. I definitely recommend this place.

Where to start. Well first with one of the two vehicles they end up doing work anyways on things i told them to hold off on. Been asking about an update on 2nd vehicle and multiple times never got a response. Never go back to this place again.Edit: Dealt with the store manager Tim directly and he took real good care of me. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help.I would definitely trust Tim for any of your questions that you may need answered.Tyler is always great to deal with as well, in fact they all are very nice.Thank goodness they no longer have the rude women working the counter. She told both me and a family member we needed work done that we later found out was not needed. I also asked her to have a rotor checked when I purchased my tires. She neglected to do so, and told me I would have to come back and pay for another visit. I stopped going in when she was there and took my business elsewhere.

Just sketchy. Brought car in for two tires and oil change. Call me and tell me it’s needs a whole bunch of stuff like a battery. It was -10 yesterday and the car started fine. No thanks. Needs an air filter. I replaced it myself 5000 miles ago. No it doesn’t. Pick up my car, and now the engine check light is on. Guy says it was on 5000 miles ago too, but someone cleared it. News for ya Tires Plus, you were the only place I take my car. So that someone would have been you. Tyler at the front desk has an ego, tried telling me the light was on when I brought it in. I argued, told him it wasn’t and to back my car out, I’ll take it somewhere else. Mysteriously, the engine check light has turned itself off again. This is one of those garages that you should take a mechanic with you, because they will try to sell you every little thing they can, and you won’t need 90% of it.

This shop was great. I arrived a half hour early, Tim took my car right in. Everyone was friendly, andIt only took an hour! Prices are good too!

These guys are amazing! We had a flat on our way from Iowa to Ohio on a time crunch and they were totally booked up and after hearing our circumstances ( nobody in town was taking walk in tire repairs that day!) they took us in! They were so fast and got us back on the road before the tow company was even able to pick us up!!! Please support this amazing place so they can continue to support the community!

I dropped my vehicle off at 2 pm with a s scheduled appointment for tire rotation and front end alignment, that I made 2 weeks earlier. The guy told me it should be done by 330pm and they would call when it is done. I ended up calling them at 4 pm to ask the status to see of I should start heading there and the guy told me that they still had to get the truck on the alignment rack. 1 1/2 hours to rotate tires really? Everytime I go there the service gets worse and worse. Very dissatisfied.

These guys are amazing here and I mean it! I had them do my tires and had some problems with them that came from the manufacturer and fixed for free which is what is supposed to happen! But they went above and beyond told me to bring back my car for alignment for free plus store credit for other things! The staff is very knowledgeable and tell you the true things about things! The manger even found a way to get my tires cheaper! I have taken all 3 of our vehicles there and every time gave me great deals and beat all tires places around!!!

If I could post negative stars, I would. Absolutely avoid this place. My girlfriend took her car there to get a tire repaired, and an oil change. Pretty simple, right?They falsely claimed that her vehicle was AWD and therefore they couldnt just simply repair a tire - told her they NEEDED TO REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES!! And then of course realign the vehicle. And dont worry about future tire problems because they baked in the Super Premium Titanium Tire Protection for Life protection plan. Total was around $800.When my girlfriend hesitated they were nice enough to calm her concerns with a convenient financing opportunity.AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Any tires, for any of my vehicles have come from Tires Plus. Any car repair that I need that can be done at Tires Plus, will be done there. Oil changes, alignments, tire repair, all of it. The guys are fantastic, knowledgeable, HONEST and forthcoming.They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt absolutely need, but they explained everything in great detail. Their hours are great and if you walk in, they will finish your job, not leave when their shift is up.I live in the Chicago suburbs and come all the way to Moline, IL (2hrs) to get my car serviced. Best service Ive come across.

Right off the highway and my mom got a flat Tire and they wouldn’t help her do anything... lift the car, Or take it off... and said they didn’t sale her size tire.. claim all the staff was busy and a person that was standing around was headed home. I’m just confused on why I had to rush to her rescue from Davenport and she was at a tire shop on flat! They will never get a dollar from me!

Went there to get a tire changed after mine blew. They said they couldnt change it for 3 days so i said i’d buy the tire and change it myself. They then said they would handle it now and to give them an hour. They called me back saying my car was ready but my donut was still on. They said they only did the balancing, which balancing and me buying the tire to put on myself cost as much as them changing the tore wouldve been. I specifically said if they couldnt change it now i would just get the tire and change it myself to save money, but this cut my money for the week down to only $7 to live off of.

I have been dealing with these guys for over ten years.They are true to their word, Ive never felt taken advantage of as I have by other mechanics, and they stand behind their work.Because of their honor and integrity, I highly recommend them, especially to single women who, like me, dont have a clue when it comes to cars.

They told me it was $760 for a $450 job. Don’t ever EVER go here. I highly recommend A&A Muffler and Brake. They straight told me Tires Plus was trying to rip me off.

Worse service ever, I went in yesterday morning at 8am they said they fixed my tire. My tire would not hold air and they replaced my chrome cap with a cheap black one.So I called yesterday and the guy on the phone said he could not get me back in but be here at 6:30 am they didnt open until 7am. Rude and unfriendedly I will never buy tires there again.

I think her name was Julie she stayed late on a Saturday to help my friend and I replace studs and tires on our race car trailer so we could make it back to NY. Highly recommend good pricing too

My sons were in Moline visiting the zoo (2 hours from our home). They were on their own and they got a flat tire and bent the wheel. The jack to change the tire was busted so they couldnt change the tire. So I called Tires Plus and got Tyler on the phone. Tyler could not have taken better care of us. He got the car towed to Tires Plus, got a new tire and advising us of follow-up steps to take for the bent wheel. He made what could have been a very stressful event into a much less stressful event.

Had my oil changed. They were very professional and accommodating. I will return for my oil changes.

I bought new tires for my 05 Corvette from Tire Rack and had them installed at Tires Plus Moline, IL a recommended installer. They mounted and balanced the new tires on my polished aluminum rims. The tires were installed in less than an hour. When I got home and mounted the tires myself I noticed that every wheel had deep scratches and gouges. I didnt feel that complaining would do anything but get the usual we didnt do it. Now I am going to have the added expense of getting my wheels fixed. If you have nice wheels dont go here to have tires installed!!!

Driving across country brake light came on and started braking hard. Pulled off hiway came here set up appointment first thing next morning. Just needed adjustment on E brake and cleaning. Didnt try to up sell or oversell. Marvin and Tim pointed out things to keep an eye on and things that needed to be adrressed without pressure to do it now. Very honest and helpful. Was not expecting a pleasant experience. I did get few services done, very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Went to this location for new tires and was helped pretty quickly with 4 new tires for my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I was told it would take about an hour and it took almost 2 but hey it happens so not really a big deal. What really upset me is when I went to ask if my car would be done soon I was rudely told that my car was on the alignment rack having that tested and that I needed an alignment which would be another hundred dollars on top of the $700 I just spent. So as I tried to inquire about this as I had never had any problems prior with my alignment I was rudely told that it needed it and do I want it or not ! I said not at this time I will have to wait a week or so for money reasons and also at this point I wasnt real sure I wanted to do it there. So I got in my car and hit my inside tire monitor that showed my tire pressure all over the place on all 4 tires.I went back in and told them this and again rude with the response that they will have someone check it. A tech came out and checked 1 tire and rudely told me it shows 35 for this one and walked off. OK !! So whatever I had a wedding to get to so I left and the next day went to Discount Tire where they informed me that the computer just needed reset and they did it in 4 minutes !!! I wont go back to a place that cant be decent and take 5 extra minutes with a customer who just dropped $700 !! Discount Tires on 53rd was great and will always return there for any future business as apparently Tires Plus doesnt need mine !!

Went down there two separate times to have alignments done on two different vehicles, because they were the only ones close enough for us to take the vehicles in on a Saturday, both times they gave me some excuse as to why they couldnt do them. The second time we went for an alignment, oil change and to grease the front end. They called saying they couldnt do the alignment because the vehicle was lowered, its only lowered a half an inch from factory considering the factory suspension is lowered 1.5 so a total of 2. But they adjusted the toe before they called me so they could try to charge me for a full alignment. Then the advisor whose name I forgot already, talked to me like I was dumb and didnt know what I was talking about even tho Im a certified tech, I just dont have an alignment rack at my house. I get home and lift it back up to look under it and they didnt even grease the front end like we paid them for. I wouldnt go there for anything but tires, and they would still find a way to mess that up.

My girlfriend Brought her honda insight into the shop and they fixed every problem. There were a few issues with one part but she was reimbursed and taken care of the replaced the part and gave her gas money for the inconvience it was just a bad part all in all. We take all of our vehicles here and highly reccomend.

Ive used Tires Plus in Moline several times. After not needing mechanical work done for a while I used them again last week. $100 dollars later I call to let them know nothing was actually fixed and they put me on a 10 minute hold followed by do you still have this guy on hold? Hello? I reply with yes sir. And Im hung up on. They have a very careless attitude and terrible customer service.

Had appointment for 2pm. Got here 15 min early and still had not been waited on till 2:15. Not enough seating for customers and still had to wait 45 min just for an oil change. Will never come back here.

I had called to set up an appointment, and was told that a regular oil change was going to be 25 dollars for my car, I agreed. Go in the next day and suddenly my total was 46 dollars!! This place is a rip off! Almost 50 bucks for a basic oil change.
