Having been in the car sales business myself many years ago, I know the games that most dealers try to play. There was none of that at Courtesy. I had heard good things about Courtesy from a few friends, so I decided to give them a shot. They made the process very easy and they informed me with everything I needed. I found their prices to be fair for the car I purchased and gave me a fair trade-in value. Then they shocked me some more in the Finance Office. I didnt get the run-around. Fair prices especially in todays markets. The cars here are surprisingly well built, so we decided to buy another. Definitely would recommend this place for someone wanting to buy a little car that can handle well in an Iowa winter storm.
