This is how McLaughlins service department says that Subaru wants them to mount all front license plates to Their Brand New $30,000 Crosstreks, with this Hillbilly After Market Holes.And guess what, Its my Problem Now so Live with It. The closest other Dealership is 2& a half hours away so You better Show McLaughlins Total Respect!

Drove 3 hours for the car I wanted. I would have driven 12 just to get this kind of customer service. My salesman Joshua and business dept rep Robert were not only helpful and courteous they were super attentive throughout the entire process. They made sure I was up to speed every step of the way. Even the staff we meet indirectly took the time to say hello and ask how we were doing. The vehicle was clean and ready to go exactly as they said it would be. Now a days it’s hard to find a dealership that not only has the vehicle you want but also the customer service you are looking for aswell. McLaughlin’s and especially Joshua and Robert had all that and more. They certainly left an impression I won’t soon forget! 5 Stars and more.

McLaughlin made buying a car from out of state easy. My salesman, Dan, was easy to communicate with and willing to text me a bunch of extra pictures of the car I was interested in. He even offered to pick me up from the airport! They took a small deposit over the phone and a few days later when I flew in the car was freshly washed and warmed up for my return drive. Paperwork was a breeze and their coffee is good.

I recently found a beautiful ctsv Cadillac here. I live in southern Indiana, so I had to fly up and get it.On the test drive I noticed a knocking sound from one of the tires. The salesman, kris, informed me it had new brakes, and that was probably the source of the knocking. He assured me it passed the shops checklist to sell, and that it had new brakes and tires. He tried to sell me on the fact it was a brake getting “broken in” I explained to him that I had a 6 hour drive home and that I would have it checked out when I arrived home, when it was checked I found that it was a couple hundred dollars worth of repair. Not a huge expense, but aggravating that it was an issue that passed their inspection and now the salesman/dealership won’t claim the issue was there when he sold me the car. I expect a Cadillac dealer to be held to a higher standard...If they respond to this review, and the situation changes, I will let you all know.

There were stickers on the rear window of the vehicle we purchased, and they had been tinted over, which resulted in them being impossible to remove. We did not notice this until we brought the car home (which is entirely our fault). The fact that they did not offer to remove them, and even refused to have them removed after we asked, shows that they will take your money and run. Very shady. Wouldnt recommend. Also the finance manager looks like a game show host, so that should deter the rest of you.

Not a good vibe. They seem a bit shady in the service department and quite rude. I asked politely if they had a bench or any seating outside and he responded by saying “we are not a restaurant.” I thought his comment and tone was very unkind. Seemed to push too hard to upsell services. I’m skeptical. Overall did not meet my Subaru expectations.

I came in looking at a different car, after finding out that wasn’t for me the team here were very understanding and let me test drive an Outback. The test drive and service environment were fantastic, very low pressure and easy to work with. I am walking out a first time Subaru owner, who is very pleased with the quality of service that Kris and Jeff provided. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. Both were helpful and understanding. No tricks, just good cars!

They sold me a piece of junk van & Id give them a zero if I could....I will never go back. lesson learned from this no matter how old a used vehicle is, have it looked at by a professional, preferably the company who manufactured the item so if you buy a Honda have Honda look at it they will probably know the most common problems with these vehicles. But the piece of junk Oldsmobile silhouette van I bought from them was a money pit. It was only 4 years old so I didnt expect it to have any problems with 48,000 miles on it. I thought I had a half decent used vehicle however it was very expensive & turns out it had 4 bad tires on it (but I did not realize it). The tires were so bad, that a tire blew out on the highway 2 weeks after I bought the van......shows you how much they cared.....I was driving to Georgia and the tire blew out on the highway. I could have gotten killed!!! I had to be towed about a half hour to get my car serviced. So I was at the tire service all day so I cancelled my trip to Georgia it was Christmas holiday & I had a job interview in Georgia & was going to get that over with first and go to visit family in Pittsburgh. So at the tire dealership they ended up telling me I needed four new tires. The tires were so bad that the one blew out on the highway because the treads were so bad so I didnt hit anything it just blew out! Another thing at McLaughlin the service manager is super rude to you if you didnt buy your vehicle. A friend went there for a manufacturer warranty & the was super rude to my friend because the vehicle was not purchased there.

Nice dealership with friendly staff. However I do have a recall on my Outback for the passenger side airbag. They are not able to fix it for several months, they say do to staffing. It is very inconvenient considering my husband and I cant drive the car together until this problem is fixed. They did not offer any alternatives.

Im normally apprehensive when it comes to purchasing a new car. However, the staff at McLaughlin was incredible; they were exceptionally courteous and professional. They made the entire experience an enjoyable (and fun) one for my family. Kelly was our salesperson and she took care to answer all of our questions honestly and with great detail. In short, she was wonderful. Another great thing about this dealership is the service department; set up to get you in and out of there quickly and with the confidence knowing you were taken care of fairly - Beth was really great, she will make sure you get the best service!

I was looking for a fun car to drive. We found a cute little Mini Cooper convertible. Dan Mahu (I know its spelled wrong) was our sales associate. He did a wonderful job! He explained the process of how McLaughlin works. I didnt buy a Cadillac, the way I was treated I thought I did! When the battery on my little Mini Cooper started dying McLaughlin was there to help me! Got me into service and a new battery in my Mini Cooper and we were on the road again! I would most definitely buy another car from McLaughlin!

This dealership has the friendliest staff I have come across when it comes to car dealerships!!! Especially the collision department where we had to go for my wifes GMC Acadia to get an estimate from our local State Farm agent!!! Pulled up there and went into the office of the collision department the front desk lady was so nice told me to have a seat and wanted to know if I needed coffee, water or some water!!! Then the adjuster came in spoke to me by my name and told me what he was going to do step by step process!!! Told me I could come watch and wanted me to point out anything he didnt see as well what I didnt see at all!!! He was very thorough and did his job amazingly!!! Highly recommend this place for any car needs!!!

Called on a used vehicle for sale Friday night. Car was still for sale and set appointment for Sat morning 9am to see. I live 3 hours from dealership. Arrived at 9am Sat to see the car only to have another couple test driving the car. After waiting 2 hours inside dealership the other couple bought this car. General Mgr knew he had 2 apts set at 8.45 and 9 am knowing I was driving in from another state. Our salesman had no idea another apt was set. Would not reccomend dealing with this dealer ever.
