The sales manager, Theron Maring was also very nice and worked with us to find the right vehicle to meet our needs. We love the plug-in hybrid that gives us the incredible efficiency of an electric vehicle, while still providing the cross-country flexibility of a gasoline engine.

We visited the Curtesy Kia after several dealerships in the area that day. We were impressed with the professionalism. We thought we knew what we were looking for and had a specific car in mind, but our sales associate, Elden Ramos, after getting to know us and what we wanted, directed us to a much better vehicle for our needs/desires. They didnt have what we exactly wanted on the lot, but they were able to get it in a very short time frame.Buying a car is a time consuming pain in the butt. Eldon was able to help streamline the process somewhat compared to other experiences weve had buying new cars in the past.

Friendly, helpful staff. They go out of their way to help you in a pinch or resolve a tough financial issue. Will not demean your questions. Will treat with respect.

Just bought another Nissan Frontier from Courtesy Nissan. I already own a 370Z -- great vehicle! I have bought numerous vehicles from Courtesy over the years and have been extremely pleased with all the people at this dealership. The sales personnel have always been very knowledgeable about all the vehicles they are selling and they have always taken special care to make sure I understand all the paperwork involved. I have had all my Nissan vehicles worked on by their service department and have been highly impressed at the professionalism and positive attitude of all the people working there. So disappointed! Had terrible customer service in the service department. Manager called back to find out what happened and could have cared less. The service advisor was rude and disrespectful. I called and asked who to talk to, left a message. Two days later no call back, so I followed up. Guy said not his department and nothing he could do. NO ONE CARES! Worst customer service I have ever received from a business.

I bought kia sportage 2007 from courtesy kia moline at 2007 as new. i followed oil change and mils check up everything service guy recommended. i want to have this car as long term use. they recommended change new tires this year on February. so spend a lot of money. problem is last week during driving car made banging nose so bad i stop the car. checked with body shops whats going on. 3 place all same answer. dont drive at all very dangerous and frame is soooo rusted as sawdust. how come when they recommended to buy new tires, just next to tires that frame completely rusted dont say anything to me. all the time never heard swrvice man tell me the frame rist not even one.. now i dont have a car. i can even drive to check with your shop. too dangerous to drive. someone can explain..please. under name as Rosing.

Strongly recommend this Agency....door was opened by a pleasant young man named Christian who worked diligently to find a vehicle for me. ( They were also having a cookout so we had lunch while the Finance Officer was doing his job.). I left there with a new car over a used one, and at a lower payment. I was being funny when I said Senior Discount ? Veterans Discount ? To my surprise he said Yes ! We take care of our Veterans here !. And believe me, do they ever !!!
