Great people and great work! They balanced my driveshaft over a year ago and did a great job but thats not why Im leaving this review today. For the past 6 months or so Ive had a vibration neither I nor my mechanic could identify. The good people at General Driveshaft have spent a lot of time on the phone with me trying to figure out the issue. I was ready to change all my Ujoints and they kept telling me it couldnt be my Ujoints and not to spend money changing them. In the end they even took the time to inspect my driveshaft, found the problem(my mechanic had installed the slip yoke incorrectly) and they wouldnt even take money from me. Stand up guys and they stand behind their work. I cant thank them enough for my smooth ride!

I brought in my old beaten up drive shafts and I got them back the very same day looking brand new, absolutely shocked at the work they did. They both run super smooth, extremely happy I took them into their shop. Very reasonable prices, excellent detail. They go above and beyond to make their work the best. Highly recommend

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Duane and Austin knew exactly what was needed for my lifted Jeep YJ. Replaced both the front and rear drive shafts and been problem free. When I screw one up on the rocks I know where to get it fixed!

I just came from getting my driveshaft lengthened 2 inches cause I swapped out my transmission from auto to 5 speed on my 1991 toyota pickup 4wd. Man these guys are precise. The driveshaft fit perfect without any problems. I grew up wrenching on my vehicles, but its now hard to find shops like this one that do good quality work. I highly recommend these guys.

Had a two-piece limousine driveshaft rebuilt here. The guys at General Driveshaft were really knowledgeable about the application, gave good advice, and did a great job at a very reasonable price.

Thanks Duane for all your help, we were doing a Route 66 Tour in my 1930 Chevy 2 Door and had a driveshaft u/j fail late on Wednesday afternoon.Called around to Duanes at 8 oclock on Thursday morning and asked if could help me with the repair and he said if you can get it off I can fix it, 1 hour later I was bolting the driveshaft up and ready to head off and finish our Route 66 adventure.Thanks for your help Duane very much appreciated by us

LS1 swapped my Jeep and needed different driveshaft lengths. Got my front DS shortened and balanced at General Driveshaft for a great price and it was done super fast. Duane is an awesome guy and Ill be recommending General to everyone I know and going back to get my rear shaft lengthened and if I ever need anything else.

Duane, the owner of this family owned business is a consummate professional and they do excellent work.I live in Hawaii where all driveshaft rebuilds for my car must be sent to the US mainland, they dont do those in Hawaii, and my mechanics shop was not large enough to let my car sit in his shop until the rebuild was completed on the US mainland and returned. I had to purchase a driveshaft for my car on the US mainland and have it shipped, sight unseen to General Driveshaft. I thought I could get by with a simple rebalance since the driveshaft came off a low mileage vehicle, boy was I wrong!Duane sent me photos after the driveshaft arrived at his shop and it looked it had been sitting in mud and was rusty as well.I thought I had no options however, Duane informed me that with the core, he could rebuild it with removable u-joints in case there was an issue in the future. It took him a couple of days to complete the job including hi-speed balancing at a very reasonable cost and had it shipped to me FedExp 2 day. The driveshaft looks as new, and you can see the quality and pride he takes in his work.I would highly recommend General Driveshaft to anyone seeking a solution for their driveshaft issues. Great service, customer service, quality and the best thing is he is ethical and stands behind his work. Im turning on all my friends to this guy, he is the real deal!
