The staff and doctor were not only polite, but knowledgeable. Immediately after I signed in, I was brought back to the exam room to wait for the doctor. Dr. Everett arrived in under a minute and immediately got to work. This was the best, most efficient eye exam Ive ever went through - and as someone with astigmatism, Ive had plenty of eye exams. I can not recommend this optometrist enough.

Dr Marshall and his staff are very professional and provide a much better experience than the larger, more commercial offices in Montgomery. I was so pleased with my visit there, that Im going to bring my 87 year old mother there to get her eyes looked at after struggling with service at I-Tec.

Doesnt use big terminology, just everyday language. Always prompt and you never have to wait - an appointment is exactly what it says - an appointment.

I had a sudden Flash and floater, called Dr Marshall around and 6 p.m. Tuesday night at his emergency number, he called me right back. Worked me in the next day to check and make sure everything was okay, totally confident that he is taking care of my eye health!

I normally am please with this establishment. However, today I called for a trial pair of contacts because my appointment is next month. Clearly I dont need a box of contacts right now. The receptionist proceeds to advise that the manager, Dr. Marshall cant do that. I asked what has changed since Ive been able to obtain a trial pair prior to my appointment in the past. No answer by thats just what he said. I would have to get a 3 month supply. Politely, will switch my eyecare doctor with swiftness.

Dr. Marshall is honestly one of the best doctors Ive ever seen. His bedside manners are impeccable. He walks you through the whole exam and converses throughout as to make it a comfortable environment. He was thorough and personable. Annual eye exam in and out in 30 minutes, cannot beat it! Fantastic customer service from time of booking, to recommendations on contact lenses and glasses, to check-out. Ive recently moved to Montgomery so Im starting from scratch with eye doctors, dentist, etc. I initially booked an appointment with Downtown Eye Care simply because it was the nearest one to my home. My first experience was pleasant and Dr. Marshall is very sweet and personable and its apparent hes somewhat new in the practice (opening in 2013. However, the receptionist leaves something to be desired. Shes very dry and rude! Maybe its just me but I expect good customer service from the time I walk in the door until I walk out, ESPECIALLY if Im paying for a service.My second visit was booked for the wrong time and I sat in the lobby for an hour just to tell them my contacts fit. And once again she was rude! Anywho, Dr. Marshall, and the lady that fits your glasses were sweet. Im contemplating going back.
