This is the second time working with Eyemart. After getting my fiances son his exam and glasses, I decided it was time for me to try them for myself. He absolutely loved his glasses. Their service is great from making the eye exam appointment to picking out what spectacles your like. Two pairs within one deal was nice too. Under a 1k, even with my lens particulars. Enjoyed the experience

I came in as a walk in. The staff was very polite and courteous to help me get a new pair of glasses. From the receptionists to the doctor. Everyone made my experience pleasant.

This is a great place in Montgomery to get eyewear. Insurance plans cover great discounts with the store but best part is the customer service. Soon as you come in you are helped by a great staff. My son and I were given full attention to detail with our eye coverage & helped with a large variety of frame selections. The office is very well run with some of the nicest & respectable ppl you will ever meet. I always feel welcomed here. So far I’ve gotten 4 pairs of glasses. 2 for myself & my son. It’s was definitely worth it for the great low deal I got as well. At one point I use to go to Envision on Wale Ferry & Eyemart is light years beyond great customer service willing to go above & beyond for their customers.

Everyone in this office was great to work with! Dr. Trotter made my children and me all feel at ease during our exam. The team out front was patient and friendly as we picked out glasses. Kelsey helped us and got our glasses done and perfect quickly! We picked them up an hour later. We had a great experience!

I was helping my younger brother with his first glasses experience.. we started out at Americas Best and decided to go see if we could get his glasses same day at Eyemart. I am so glad we did.. with both of us being inexperienced, we were about to make some mistakes by just picking out mens frames we liked at the instructions of the staff at Americas best.We got to Verna at Eyemart Express and she picked up on the struggle and kindly took over! We were about to buy frames that were simply not going to fit his face width wise at the other place.. they never had him try them on. I have decided they knew we would end up buying at Eyemart. She knows what compliments a persons face and coloring and gives her honest opinion in that respect and I believe she would have simply not sold a frame that didnt fit!! Thank God for that! We did notice that one pair was a bit looser on his head later last night and not sure which ones are correct fit.. he likes the looser fit better but after a little time he might change his mind.. he was not enjoying the whole glasses process and it will be a simple adjustment to fix tightness if he decides he needs one. She saved us from getting unsuitable frames for his face/ head size.. she also explained that the plastic lenses would be thick.. and let us choose based on that.. we only knew they were cheaper.. but the thicker part was something the other place should have told us. We didnt have to wait two weeks.. a little shy of an hour.. even if we had waited.. at least they look nice and classy.. he is a person of few words but he wore his new glasses all the way home and looked at trees, car tags, and said he liked his glasses. I am assuming he may have not realized how much he needed them. We needed her yesterday and I hope she realizes what a blessing she was. She took a situation that was getting aggravated by confusion and uncertainty and turned it around.. I have some unusual issues with my eyes and have been told glasses wont help but I will go there if I decide to try again. I hope to have Verna help me or a person who cares as much how I look and feel after i leave there! She seemed to realize that eyesight truly affects lives and strives to make the most of the experience for people who come in.. maybe I can get some improvement.. in spite of a botched lasik surgery! Thanks again to Verna at eyemart. You were truly a Godsend!

The girl I felt with was very detailed in helping me. I’m getting old and had to get bifocals and she told me the good and bad. Had do pairs of glasses ready in 55 minutes. They are a great place to deal with.Thanks y’all, Michael

The doctor’s office was absolutely fantastic! In and out quick! The staff up front was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect glasses and sunglasses. Verna sold to me and was a gem. Queen helped me when I picked up and kept me laughing the whole time. Not sure of the other workers names but they all seemed nice as well. 10/10!

Bought glasses here. Told that they usually were back within 2 weeks-they were not and trifold was in wrong place. They reordered and I am currently waiting for new glasses to arrive.

I was in yesterday for a new exam the staff are soo kind and helpful, Dr Trott is was very kind and patient with me I had a great experience with him in my process doing the exam. My store Associate Amanda was soo helpful with my process of picking my glasses and the type of tinted glasses for my need she is great!

The woman helping us was rude and not helpful at all. It was not a good experience. We did not have an eye exam. We were there too purchase glasses.

If I could give no stars I would. Most horrible experience I have ever had. First off paid 351.00 for 2 pairs. First off glasses foggy could not see . Secondly I picked out what I wanted but they gave me what they wanted.didnt eben ask me so how do I know that those cost after I had paid for the ones I picked. Horrible customer service. When I took them back was told I would have to wait 2 weeks to gety money. I didnt pay them 2 weeks so why should I wait for them to pay me? They say no cash in store yeah right. I wouldnt take my dog to this place.

Paid close to 400.00 for one pair glasses, was told they would call when ready, didnt happen, I clearly stated what I wanted but for some reason my order was wrong, name spelled wrong and once I got my prescription glasses, they were so strong till it gave me a dizzy headache, so they reset the online bifocals and added the progressive lenses as it was ordered but again no call from them, I called and they were ready the next day, again Ive tried wearing them to give it sometime to adjust be in cant see out of them, I cant even watch TV comfortable wearing them, nor can I see or read will with them. The staff were not very polite after disagree with my order, but somehow the young lady tried to made this mistake my fault, well Ive wore glasses over 20yrs, never have I had such a run around and problems with wearing progessive, no linexpensive bifocals like this, yet I was the one paying for it, which means I know what I ordered, any way, they end up refunding 18.00, took away my military dicount because I refused to get a pair sun glasses and when questions about my bill came up, it couldnt be explained. I picky up my glasses on Wednesday, wore then all day, nothing improved, so Thursday morning I called requesting a refund only to be told I gotta wait till Saturday to speak with the manager about getting a refund, yet they didnt wait days of taking my money. Ive decided to just use my tri-care insurance and go back to my doctor to get my eyes reexamine, and to get a pair glasses I can see with for the next 2 years. I have never had such a bad experience like this, and I dont believe this is my prescription anyway, even after correcting my name, showing my ID, my name was spelled wrong. Never again, its just not worth the cost, disrespect and lies

I went for my 10 yr old. I bought to pair of glasses, they was ready less than a hour. The workers were very professional and nice.

I do understand that we are in a time that we have not before had with regards to Covid 19. However, there has to be compassion for others and at the very least “bedside manners” from those in any aspect of the medical profession. I scheduled my husband, my sons, and my appointments over a month ago. We were to be seen in 15 minute intervals because those were the only slots available. I drove 60 miles to get to this place to be treated so poorly. There were about 3 people in that office waiting when we came. and we were on time because we all have extremely busy schedules and had to pause other things to be sure that we were not late. A few customers came in after us. Whether they had appointments is not my concern. The optometrist walked out to escort a young lady out whom I took to be his friend because he was extremely nice to her. He walked to the back and then came back to the front to tell us that we had to leave and come back an hour later. He then continued to say it is 2020 and that common sense should tell me that we can figure out where to go. I tried to explain that we four were together and I was not sending my sons some place else when we all drove up together. He continued to insult and try to belittle me. I tried to ask the receptionist why were we asked to leave when we had appointments. He didn’t give her a chance to respond. He continued to make his insults and put his rationale on it being 2020.I realize that everyone is on edge because of a virus that we don’t have any control over. However, as I previously stated, there has to be some ounce of compassion for individuals. He called later to apologize because we were the ones with the appointments. The others were walk-ins. However, our entire day was wasted because he decided that today would be the day that we were not serviced and our appointments not honored.I don’t like writing bad reviews, because I know everyone has bad days from time to time. However, when you are working in a public setting, you have to conduct yourself differently and at least check to see who were walk-ins and who had appointments before you start ranting and leave the rudeness where it belongs, in the garbage.

I have tried to go to this location twice now to get a pair of glasses. Both times I was told to wait in my car and someone would call me when I could come in. The first time, I was the next on the list, but the people behind me were seen first because “they were getting a fix”. Not sure why that matters. However, I went back to my car and waited another 30 minutes and left. They never called. Today, I tried to go back on my lunch break and I once again was the next one on the list. I asked if it would be long, and that I could come back another time if so. She said no, it wouldn’t take long. After waiting in my car for 15 minutes I left. They just now call back 2 hours later. I have never seen anything like this in my life when the store isn’t even crowded. We used to have great service, however, we won’t be back again after this.

Eyemart Express, Dr. Trott, and his staff, really put the P in Professional! I had a physical for work that included an eye exam. I previously had glasses that I rarely wore and of course because I had to have them to complete my physical and begin work, I couldnt find them anywhere. So I called Eyemart Express and without an appointment they were able to get me worked in that day! And within 36 hours I had both contacts and glasses! Because I have a bad astigmatism, it normally takes several days to get either contacts or glasses. Needles to say, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! Fast, friendly, and affordable are just a few of the many awesome qualities that earned Eyemart Express a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating from me!

Located across from Walmart on Atlanta Hwy. Polite helpful staff, good selection and prices. You can have an eye examination, pick your frames and lenses and have them made on the spot. Mine were ready in 63 minutes. One thing they cant do in house is the anti-glare coating. They send that out 5 -7 days. I have not owned a pair of glasses in 25 years and now I needed trifocals. They did a pretty good job of explaining what that was but did not tell me all of the options. They also did not explain what to expect when I put them on. The glasses are good and I like them but they were definitely not what I expected. Peripheral vision was so narrow and the progression between far, near and reading was nauseating. The manager, Justin told me it will take s few days to get aclamated with the trifocal and there is a digitally made HD lens that allows for a a wider view. Ohh well maybe next time...I will go back. Thank you to everyone for the help and for putting up with me. Bottom line: excellent service and price, just ask questions, everything was made fine in the end.

Ive shopped this store for my glasses for years. For the most part Ive been pleased. It did take two trips to get the expected service this recent visit. But in the end I can say Im very satisfied with both.

Great assistance at the Atlanta Highway store to select the best frame. Also extremely helpful explaining details and assisting with the discount coupon for both pairs that I bought. I was VERY surprised when I received the text advising me that the first pair was ready - in about 1 hour. On-line progressive lens ready in about an hour! Impressed & very appreciativeI have been a customer for about 5 years. I check competitors every time, but always buy at Eyemart Express.

I went hear about a year ago and purchase some glasses. After buying these glasses for 300+ dollars i still couldnt see out of them took them back but the lady was trying to make me think i wasnt using my glasses right. Im thinking you can only wear them one way. I went to walmart and bought a 10 pair of glasses and vision was better than the 300 + dollar glasses. Not only that my husbands card was hack after that and someone made 3 cash transfers from our card. That was the only place i used the card with giving the numbers manually. I wont be shopping here again not even for free glasses. Bad business trumps good customer service and welcomeness.

I have had to call at least 6 times in the past two days asking stupid questions that Im sure I could find online somewhere and every single time the different ladies Ive spoken to have been wonderful, polite, and super helpful. The pricing is the best in the area for same day glasses (trust me, I called around price checking because I broke my glasses and cant function without them since Im blind as a bat). I was told it would be about an hour for my glasses to be ready but they were ready and a text was sent to me in 20 minutes! I could not be happier with the employees or the service. Those ladies up there are awesome!

I love it, the exam was quick n fast.... The doctor made sure he check my eyes correctly in a fast pace. The quickest I have seen. I never been to an eye doctor were I got an exam n glasses the same day. I love the services n the employees were amazing. I got two pair of glasses for the price of one. Then, it took me no time to get my glasses. I was able to see better and clear. The money I spent there was unbelievable, then I didnt even had insurance and they still wasnt expensive. There is a God, I thought I was going to b out at least 400 plus. It was least and I was very much happy. Customer service is great But this the second pair I’ve purchased that I can’t read with. They told me to give it a couple weeks for my eyes to adjust. I’m not going to rush to judgment, I’m going to give them the 2 weeks, but I don’t have a good feeling about it my experience with buying glasses if they’re right I can see perfect the first day.

I had an awesome time at this establishment.the service was very quick and easy I was in and out and had my glasses back within an hour. I usually have to wait two to three weeks to get my frames back but they do everything in house which is overly cool to me.

The staff were courteous and very professional. Service was quick and personal. I took in frames I had purchased. I had been told by my ophthalmologist to ask about whether these would allow my full prescription for reading to be captured. I wear progressives with reading, computer, and distance viewing. I was told that lenses meeting my requirements would work. I chose another frame while there. I received a text that 1st was ready in 45 minutes and 2nd was ready in 55 minutes. My prescription is complex and I was very surprised and happy that they were able to get them done quickly. Wearing now with no problems! Would have given them 5 stars but the costs while comparable to others is a little over $300 per eyeglass.

The eye examination was very thorough and the doctor was courteous and took time to explain processes. Selecting eyeglasses with Vern was fun to say the least. I usually don’t leave reviews but the Situation that occurred while I was there was unbelievable.It started from the time I walked in I was greeted by older lady name Verna.She was so rude her attitude was horrible I simply Was handed a black tray and was told to sit with Chelsy.Now Chelsy was totally different she was very professional she help me with My old glasses that needed adjusting.she help me get new glasses I end up buying like four pair of glasses because she was so helpful and honest she got me exactly what I needed I was very grateful. As Chelsy was ringing me up for my final decisions a customer was sitting waiting for associate to come back from the restroom when the associate came back from the restroom she began to ask him a few questions she then finds out His prescription was expired since 2017 the customer gets mad and leave because he stated he was sitting there at the desk for a while and His prescription was expired and The lady at the front desk could have save him a lot of time. I’m not sure the other associates name I think they call her Danny She started sanitizing the desk and the chair and she asked Verna if you don’t mind next time will you come and get me if someone is sitting at my desk because I step away to use the restroom the customer prescription expired and he was upset. This is when the older lady Verna goes completely crazy she starts going off walking back and forth speaking loudly in her words (you guys do it to me but when I do it it’s a problem)then she screams( y’all take my silence for weakness) I simply look at Chelsy and told her thank you so much for being professional if you don’t mind can I have her name. I was not going to write a review but it been on my heart for a few days. No one should be treated how that sales associate was treat that older lady needs to be terminated her attitude from the time she let me in the store was completely horrible. I will see fit that some resolution is done.

I went on New Years Eve. Had two sets of progressive lens done in 57 mins. I was pleased with the service- staff was really nice. I love my glasses. I highly recommend Eyemart Express.

I had not experienced an eye examination in a year and a half. I’m originally for Tuscaloosa, AL where I would attend the Eyemart there. So I was hoping for great service, but in return received better. Dr. Troutt was friendly, professional, and precise. And choosing frames, was a breeze. I was informed of all the great deals and my insurance and transfer of records was a smooth transition. Everyone is so friendly and are willing to work with you. Great experience. Would recommend to anyone!

Have always used EyeMart Express and have enjoyed excellent customer service until yesterday 9/12/19.I experienced the absolute worst customer experience from Chelsea thanks for Verna stepping in.Chelsea was not only emphatic with my glasses nose pad missing but also displayed extreme none caring.I was basically lectured that it was not their responsibility to stock pads for their air-light frames.In the middle of my horrible experience she the elected to take a customer call and spent in excess of 5 min while I waited patiently to receive my lecture.Chelsea absolutely ruined my opinion of your company never have I been treated so rudely.Chelsea almost suggested that I wanted a new pair of glasses when all I wanted was a rubber nose pad.I advised that my glasses were replaced once due to an error in the lens being centered she asked who did it and said she had no record of it.All this over a probably.10 cent nose pad.Not sure why Gary is no longer there but he did and always put your company in good light with me.Chelsea said I come back on Friday and speak with the manager. I asked if that was Gary she quicker said he dont work here anymore.I asked if I would have to we are them broke until then she said yes. I asked if she could just give me the pad off the display pair until they got a pad in she said absolutely not.Again thanks for Verna.Im sure you have cameras 3pm or so Thursday 9/12/19.I told her she should take customer service lessons from Verna. Oh, one last point Verna told her to put the nose pad on and quiet making a big deal out of it.Chelsea could not put the nose pad in she had to go to the lab then returned handed me my glasses didnt ask me to try them on.Horrible example of customer service.

They were great! There were different options for glasses. The pricing was a tad confusing on add-ons. However, Verna, who worked with me, was patient and knowledgeable about my opitcal needs. She really assisted me in getting what I wanted and needed. I love my glasses. The fit is great. I absolutely love my sunglasses. They were very cognizant and respectful to see that the covid19 rules were followed. I felt very comforted and safe.

I would advise that you schedule an appointment for the eye doctor versus being a walk-in. The doctor is very thorough and the staff at Eyemart Express is great. They offer a wide variety of glasses for every face size and pocket size!!

My 5 year old son needed glasses for the 1st time. We got the exam done by Dr Trott. His office is in the building with Eye Mart. He was excellent with my son. I went in Eye Mart afterwards and received excellent help from one of the associates. I dont remember her name. She was very nice and helpful. My sons glasses were ready in less than an hour. We were very pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Trott and Eye Mart for all your vision needs.

I walked in, they had every rep busy, but about 15 minutes the young lady that help me was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She handled my order great, got 2 pair for less than half of what I pay at home.. Mine required extra items on right eye, had to wait 4 days on account of that, but was quicker than my place. Young lady also called when she shipped them. Great Job.

I had a great experience on my first visit to this establishment. From the doctors appointment, to the rep, Justin, who helped me pick out my glasses, to the lab who made not one, but two pairs of glasses for me (eyeglasses & sunglasses) and I had it all done in 1 day. It took the lab about 1.5hrs to get my glasses done, but I was able to run errands and eat lunch before picking them up. Not to mention I spent less money and got more in this visit than I did two years ago at another establishment. Great experience & great product!

They were so helpful. I had an accident & broke my glasses. They had a new pair made in 56 minutes. Eyemart in Montgomery was a real blessing getting my glasses made quickly after such a bad accident.

This was my first time ordering from Eyemart Express. I had a great experience. The quality of the glasses I purchased was more than I expected (2/$37.97). I even received free tinting on one pair of glass because the lab was down in one lab and I had to go to another. They actually had my glasses done in less than 30 mins.I only wish they had a Eye Express in Jacksonville Florida. I will visit them again the next time I’m in Ga.

What a great experience. I hadn’t had my eyes checked in 25 years. Dr. Trott got me thoroughly checked out while we carried on an enjoyable conversation. Then Tara did a fantastic job getting me set up with my new specs, which I picked up an hour later, including a backup pair for ten bucks. I can see! Highly recommend.

The service here is not only professional but hospitable. I was in and out quickly without any problems. My two pairs of glasses were in my hand in less than one hour. Best of all, they cost less than the ones I had before.

They were extremely nice and did not take but like 30 minutes to get both pairs of my glasses.

Terrible in the eye exam area two dumb employees let five people in front of me whom did not have appointments they both need to be fired.

I love this place! The associates are very nice and informative. I needed glasses very bad for that day. Both pair of my glasses were ready in 30 mins! They were very helpful. Prices are wonderful!!!!!

The experience was like none other. I appreciated the helpfulness of all the staff and their honesty about the frames I was selecting. The frames where ready on the day they quoted and I did not have to wait when I went to pickup my glasses. The atmosphere was warm and friendly and other customers gave me great reviews about the place while I was shopping for my frames. Overall, great experience, I will be going back for my future frame purchases.

Went Saturday for glasses. Got 2 pair and love them! Customer service was great. Sam was a huge help and very kniwlegar of his job.

The guy that helped me was very helpful through the entire experience. Explained all the charges, discounts and options available to me. Got two pair of glasses for the price of one in most eye glass stores I got their insurance on a pair last year and my prescription changed and all I had to do was bring no the frame in and they put a new lens in for nothing. Well worth getting insurance. Will highly recommend!!
