Arrived on time, exam started on time. Staff is friendly and well organized. Dr. Chick was professional but friendly, taking time to explain. She anticipated every question before I even asked.I was even able to try a pair of hearing aids in the office. Im sold! Expect to purchase this week.

My hearing test started on time so I didn’t have a long wait like in other offices. The staff is so friendly and professional at this location and they answered all of my questions. My hearing aids were ordered and I look forward to working with them to get them programmed when they come in.

Laurie at the front desk is also super nice and took the time to answer many questions over the phone. First time seeing an audiologist and knew from the moment I walked in that I was in the right place. It is getting harder to find genuine, caring, and professional people, but the team here knocked it out of the park. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Got me exactly what I needed and was looking for. They dont just try to sell you whatever they have in stock. I assumed that since they had to special order my hearing aides, I would have to figure out how to use them. I was completely wrong, the audiologist was comfortable with my requested set and seemed as though she sold no other brand. I super appreciate the hard work and knowledge to go along with being super professional for every appointment so far. You cant go wrong to schedule an appointment with the team here in Montgomery.

I was very pleased with my interaction with this business. When I spoke to the office person, she was very friendly and helpful. They were able to repair my mothers hearing aid in house. It was a great experience and intend on bringing my mother back for a full workup. Thanks to all the staff!

Had a Cochlear implant on the 18th of February and today I received the processor and the necessary equipment to allow the implant to work. The doctor of Audiology who gave us the briefing concerning the use and care of this equipment was very thorough and answered all our questions. This is probably one of the most informative lectures and hands on training exercises I have ever received. She went over each detail about the use and explaining how the different sounds would change as a person becomes use to hearing again. Im actually in awe of how much detail and experience this young lady possessed about the cochlear program. Hearing Solutions definitely knows about hearing and shares it with their customers. I purchased an advanced hearing aid today in an effort to improve my level of hearing. I lost the use of one ear thirty-nine years ago and have been winging it ever since. I was introduced to Hearing Solutions of Alabama recently and decided to learn more about their products. They are most knowledgeable about the products they sell and the various types of hearing impairment present in our culture; in addition, they provide professional instruction of how- to- use- the hearing-aid products they market. Ive only just begun to explore the advantages of the hearing aid I purchased and am pleased with the working relationship I have with the staff of Hearing Solutions of Alabama as I become acquainted with my new hearingaid.

I have no problem with giving five stars, but not all my feedback is positive. So, I agree with other postings that everyone was very friendly. Very nice experience. They knew I had to drive all the way from Ozark and had allotted plenty of time for my appointment. I really appreciate that.I am a cochlear implant recipient going from a 5 to a 7. Dr. Ingram seem to have a good depth and foundation of experience with cochlear implants. And she was very patient.It apparently wasn’t planned just for me, but there was a cochlear tech rep present also. That, overall was really good. Of course, there is a however... there seemed to be some discussions back and forth between Dr. Ingram and the rep that might have indicated a certain lack of familiarity about some aspects of the tuning process. Just a feeling on my part. In addition, as nice and helpful as she was, the cochlear rep seemed to be more focused on texting on her phone than maybe she should have been.But, when it was time for her to go through all the pieces that make up the total package, she was very focused and knowledgeable, and very helpful.So, again, I am glad to give five stars, and when/if necessary to make the long drive again, I’ll definitely do it. And at 70 years, that’s saying something.

We are fortunate to have their hearing services in the River Region. Another audiology office was located in Prattville.
