Kim. In parts ? Found a carburetor part for my Snapper 360Z 52 Inchs -;Briggs & Stratton - Nikki Carburetor.I wont waste any more time, trying to figure out, why the nearest snapper dealer wanted me to travel almost 30 miles - with a trailer and a mower - burning up all that gas - all that time.Kim didnt insult me by asking me to bring the mower.Personally? I think Kim is just smarter. Willing to help out, another person.

I called this morning to see if they had a part, said they were busy they took my number and said theyd call me back. I called back after an hour and 10 minutes later, still busy said they would call me back. Its been over two hours now and never have I gotten a phone call back. I guess they didnt want my business.

Customer service is nonexistent at the Montgomery location I had to deal with buying parts on a few occasions and its like they could careless. Much the same attitude as when at McDonald’s. With this being to only JD dealer in the area it has me looking at other brands no more green for me

Horrible Service Department!After numerous attempts to get the service department on the phone, I finally got through and unfortunately decided to drop off my mower for repair. A week and a couple follow-up calls later, they still dont know what is wrong with my mower. A couple days later, Im told its the auto choke in the carb although there is a choke on the handle. A few days later, they are still waiting on the Honda parts rep to call them back. Next day, Im promised an estimate; I hear nothing. I call the next business day (Monday) when Im told i will have an estimate by the end of the day, but I told them if I didnt hear back that afternoon (2+ weeks later), I was picking my mower and not paying the diagnostic fee. Do you think I got a call? Nope. At least theyre consistent. I picked up the broken mower the next day without paying. I would avoid this place, for service, like the plague.Also of note, they do not use computers to document your equipments problem, part number, or your contact info; they use a small notebook. While Ill appreciate simplicity, I expect a business to be organized--not this service department!If I could give zero stars or even negative, since my mower carburetor gasket was ripped during diagnostics, I would.

So on 11 Aug 18 I bought a JD riding mower (E100) from Lowes. Prior to this I physically visited SunSouth to purchase a mower but was told that I would need to go to a place like Lowes or Home Depot. I used my mower 3 times and noticed that the engine was leaking oil. On 29 Sep (when I noticed the leak), I called Lowes since I also purchased an extended warranty. They said that they would have someone come out to pick it up and that they would call the day before they were supposed to pick it up (scheduled for today 4 Oct) and give me a time. They were also supposed to call the day of pick up to let me know they were on the way.Still havent received a phone call and it it currently 4:21 pm. They close at 5 pm. My wife called Lowes back today at about 3:40 pm and they said they would contact them again and if we didnt hear from them that Lowes would call someone else.Needless to say, I am NOT happy at all. I dont know about all of the other experiences, but so far mine is terrible. I will update if I get a call. Hopefully they can redeem themselves and get more than one star. I would give 0 stars if that were an option right now.
