The customer service experience with Billy Boat is always excellent. I have talked to The owner, Billy on several occasions regarding exhaust systems, purchasing, and shipping. What I like about Billy is that he is the real deal, means what he says and does what he says. Original owner C5 2002 Zo6. Installed Billy Boat shorty headers to my factory titanium Exhaust. Simply perfection! Shocking performance increase . I have never been so happy with a performance mod since my 1980 Trans Am nitrous 175 hp shot upgrade in 1982. My 10,000 mile 2002 Zo6 is now perfect. Nothing else is needed, perfection. First time buyer of any B&B product and Ive been waiting for 4 months to receive a x-pipe. I ordered this xpipe for a 2019 Corvette ZR1. Every time I call Ive been told to wait two weeks, and promised my x-pipe would be shipped. They told me their 3 inch bending machine was down, and then I was told they had no parts for the x-pipe. Their site told me when I ordered the part it would take 3 to 4 weeks to ship. Its just been a constant call and waiting game. Ive also been guaranteed shipment by the ower(Bill) twice that my x-pipe will be shipped soon. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMANY AGAIN. Im trying to cancel my order now, and they are telling me only the owner can cancel orders. The owner is on vacation at this time. Looking into legal actions now. I thought this was a legit exhaust company.

I absolutely love these exhaust systems, there is just something about the sound they produce and that pop on deceleration!!!! My C6 coupe and C6 Grand Sport both had the Bullets installed, and my fathers C6 Z06 had the Fusion system (we had tried other setups but weren’t satisfied…too raspy, too much drone, or just loud but not a good tone if that makes sense). When I bought my SS Sedan, BBE wasn’t an option so I went with a couple different companies trying to recreate that sound, since it was an LS3 engine and all, but never found it. Finally got back into a Corvette with a 2016 C7 Z06…and back to BBE! Unlike the previous BBE setups, this time I added the catless x-pipe to the mix. And just…wow! When buying a vehicle of this magnitude, THIS is how the car should have sounded from the factory in the first place!The systems speak for themselves. But the customer service was outstanding. Both Bill and Brooke were a huge help! While things were a little behind due to some mechanical and computer software issues and just the world in general at this time, they promptly replied to my emails and never brushed me off. Well worth the wait, that’s for sure!!!!

I received the cat back exhaust for my Porsche 968 Clubsport in well packaged box. It was made very well, and since it came in 2 pieces, it was very easy to install. It fit well and sounds very good. Not too loud, just a nice low pitch sound. The finish was excellent, and i would recommend this very well made product.Thanks

Billy Boat Exhaust has an incredible customer service team. I had reached out to see if they still produced an exhaust for my car. They unfortunately did not. But they stayed in constant communication with me even during the week of Christmas and tried to accommodate everything they could just for me. Their efforts and communication were greatly appreciated.

EDIT: So the exhaust did finally arrive, 9 weeks after placing the order. After leaving this review BBE reached out to me and offered a discount off my order If I kept it and waited. The exhaust is here, and while the fit may need some adjusting, it seems to be really nice quality. The most important thing though is that it SOUNDS AWESOME!!! The shipping situation was not really ok (set correct expectations!) but they did offer fair compensation for the hassle and I’m happy with the product.Very disappointed with the extended lead on my BMW 530i catback exhaust. Original estimate was 4-6 weeks, at week 7 after hearing nothing I called in and was told they need two more weeks. After asking that they cancel the order, I was assured they would get the item out by the following Monday. It is now Friday of that week, I have no shipping notification, and my car is about to go into winter storage. It feels like Billy Boat has been dishonest throughout.

He sent me new gaskets for an exhaust system I didn’t even buy on my CTS V!It was already installed on a used vehicle I bought, and he sent them to me and didn’t even make me pay for shipping! It took a month to get them as they had to be custom made, because they didn’t even make that application anymore.If you want a vehicle with that mean American V8 rumble, Billy Boat Exhaust is your only option!As someone who’s worked in customer service for many years, Billy Boat really went above and beyond for me, and technically. This afternoon Professional Muffler installed my Billy Boat PRT axle back exhaust on my stock 2007 base Corvette.I took it for a test drive and Im very satisfied! It now sounds like a sports car should sound! Over the stock exhaust.My muffler people said they had no trouble whatsoever fitting the exhaust to my car. They are familiar with Billy Boats products and told me that Billy Boat knows what theyre doing!Thanks for a great product Billy Boat! I cant wait to go put more miles on this nice sounding hot rod!

About 4 years ago I heard the best sounding 1990 Bmw E30, it had a Billy Boat exhaust the next day I purchased one and couldn’t be happier, fast forward today I contacted BB to buy a PRT system for my 2011 Corvette! Not only that they replied instantly but they matched the lowest price that I could find and gave me a discount! Their craftsmanship is at another level, from the welds and material they use to the look to the sound Billy Boat is definitely one of the top of the line in the industry! My friend said that the exhaust system is like a musical instrument that compliments the engine and boy I cannot wait to hear the symphony that my 6.2l will play accompanied by the PRT axle back! I purchased their PRT (Round tips) for my C6 Corvette. They are super easy to install and sound killer, they mount back in the factory location, lighter than stock, amazing craftsmanship. Thank you Mr. Bill for tolerating me as I was very excited to get them and install them.

Just wanted to share my superb experience with BBE. The cat-back exhaust I ordered is absolutely gorgeous, the welding, the stainless steel. Looks great and the sound...just fantastic. Has really breathed new life and new character into the car. It did take a little while to receive but they were very responsive to my requests for updates. Service-wise, BBE was always quick to answer questions and were very accommodating. Great communication. A five-star experience all around!

Do not order from these people. I placed an order in mid-January, where originally the fulfillment time was stated at 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I reached out for an update. This became one of many updates. They repeatedly kicked the can down the road saying they would start manufacture of the parts for my vehicle model in 2 weeks. It is now August. I feel I was very understanding given the many situations in 2020 that impacted businesses, but this is just abysmal service. They do not deserve anyones business. They never once proactively reached out to me to give me an update or their apologies for the delay. As you can see from many other reviews this is not an isolated incident. I am hugely disappointed and have requested a refund. Hopefully I do not have to file a dispute since it has been so long since the initial order.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! - I ordered my exhaust on December of 2019 for my Jeep SRT8 and I never got it. I dealt with them for 5 months, they kept lying about shipping, they kept telling me they will ship it next week and so on. At some point they even told me they forgot about my order and were serving other people. They didnt even bother to call me back or apologize. I wanted to pay extra to add resonators to my setup and they told me I will get them free of charge for inconvenience. This whole thing lasted 5 months and I had problems getting my money back. It took 2 weeks, calling them and my bank to get the money back. Bank was ready to step in with a Fraud department. Now I see they even increased the price of the exhaust about $250 since December 2019. There is another customer with similar review, rewind 2 months back.

I placed an order for long tube headers and a cat back exhaust for my CTS-V on June 22, 2020. The lead time was supposed to be 6-8 weeks, but I have received hardly any communication in regards to my order. On October 13th, I finally received tracking info for my order. The cat back system arrived, but I have yet to receive the headers. The last communication I received on them was that the headers didnt pass inspection and they had to be redone (this was on November 2nd). Given the circumstances of 2020 Ive tried to be patient and understanding, but the service Ive received is unacceptable. Considering what I have paid for the product and have given them 6 months to complete my order, I feel like I have wasted my hard earned money.Update: on January 22nd, I received my headers. B&B did work with me on this order due to all the troubles.

Ordered the 3 inch cat back for my 300zx TT. Fit and finish are top notch. It is a very well built system.

Purchased a Performance Exhaust from them about a year ago for my SRT8 Charger. Not only does it still sound great. It still looks like new under there and it’s a daily driver. I Talked to them today about a custom exhaust for my Trackhawk. Great customer service and friendly personalities here. Looking forward to working with this company soon for what I’m sure will be the best exhaust system that can be had.

Completely ridiculous. Been trying for 3 months to get a straight answer and my exhaust system. And have been very patient. Nothing but lies and passing the buck. If you want it exhaust system try a different company. I would never recommend this company

I bought my first downpipe and center pipe from this company and their warranty on product I give a 10 out of 10. When you buy a exhaust system and people give it a warranty they dont stand by the product. Nice to see billy boat exhaust does I am a very satisfied customer and will buy a exhaust system for my audi s4 from them.Love the company love the craftsmanship and the warranty they stand behind.Thank you very much for taking care of my down pipe and fixing it up.
