We used this service for our last oil change which went without a hitch and wonderfully. We scheduled a service appointment through the website that was set for a Saturday at 7:30am, got an email that confirmed it. My husband arrived to be told they dont open until 8, after showing the staff the confirmation for 7:30, they just shrugged their shoulders and kept the door locked. It would have been a very different situation if professionalism was shown, but now we wont use this location again. There couldve been some kind of apology for the site scheduling being out of date or consideration for the misunderatanding.

I brought my 2013 F150 in for a no start condition. The tech told me he doesnt know how to fix the truck. He also told me that he didnt know how to check for basic functions of the trucks computer. I was told that I need to take the truck to another dealership, maybe someone there would know what to do. Unbelievable....

The people was very nice. As far as the lot i didnt even see it going east its plain but its right where you turn. You need a sign thats way taller and bigger. If i would have seen the sign someone would have hit me if i would have tried to turn then. I didnt know where it was a better sign would be better and draw people in. I always knew it as up town i bought a car from you. Ive never understood why ford didnt get a bigger place anyway you would do better if it was bigger.

Terrible. I brought my 2006 F-250 to get it check. I was and still am having an overboosting issue, and engine codes. Brought to them and the mechanic said on the receipt that the overboosting issue could be cause by the lack of exhaust and cold air intake. REALLY... It was fine until it happened. I feel he didnt do the necessary tests to the truck that should have been done especially by FORD....

To bad I cant give a zero rating. I worked at a Ford dealership all through my highschool years, my dad worked at one for 35 years, alot of my familys close friends work at Ford dealerships. This one is far and away the very worst service I have personally witnessed at a dealership, and it just happens it was to me. The way I was treated would make most people sick to theyre stomach.
