Randy and Daniel were helpful. I am a tech dinosaur and they made everything smooth as butter and helped me get a new phone!! Would surely come back to these guys and this location

I’m am very pleased with my experience. I came in looking to get a new phone and randy was excellent as he assisted me with getting an iPhone 11. Ran into a bit of a speed bump, but he was swift in helping me figure out a solution to my problem, and in the end I walked away with a phone. His service was amazing and I would recommend any of my friends who need a phone to go to him.

Randys service was beyond a wild experience, he was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and amazing. Would highly recommend anyone to come to this metro location. Randy is a great mobile expert. Will surely be back

My trip to metro was terrible! Let me tell you about the lie I was told. Customer service tells me Tuesday night that because I have been a customer since 2017 and have never been late on a payment that I automatically qualified for a free phone. So I go to get it and then Im told that is not so. Well I know what I was told and if they really cared about their customers they would have done the right thing instead of saying we apologize but dont you want us to tell you the truth. Yes I do. I wanted the truth on Tuesday night and not when Im in the store to get what they said I would get. And no they did not honor what they said they would and thats not very good business!

The sign says they open at 10 but its 10:40 and Im still out front and theres NO way to contact anyone. I just need my phone switched over and Im late for work. Ahhhh!!!

The snaggled tooth girl that was working today was very nasty when we wouldnt buy the phone case and the screen protector all we wanted was the phone. She said I will not sale u this phone without the case... U could clearly tell that she was high and trying to get money for her next fix... So sad that they have someone working there like that... BEWARE DONT GO THERE
