This is only a review of this location not the MetroPCS company. The people who work here are incredibly rude idiots. I bought a phone and if course it didnt work. So when I took it back the man behind the counter told me that the problem was an app I downloaded. After thirty minutes of trying to explain to him I hadnt had a chance to download an app and the one hed pulled up was one of the hundred that come preinstalled by MetroPCS he tried to force me to buy a new phone. After I managed to get my phone exchanged he then tried telling me I had to buy several hundred dollars of accessories. Awful service, awful products, awful customer service. Absolutely nothing redeeming about this place.
