Andy was so awesome! I learned so much and made a new friend. He was very knowledgeable of all the books in the store and he even took the time to talk with me for a few minutes so he could recommend books that I would be interested in. I am now a books-a-million member and I can’t wait to come back.

Books-A-Million has great deals you won’t be able to find anywhere else. They have clearance books, graphic novels, comics, and fan ware. The employees were incredibly helpful and directed me when I wasn’t able to find the titles I was looking for. I enjoyed how clean and organized the store was. When checking out I asked about a new release the cashier told me about the novel and gave me a magazine featuring all of the new releases with a $10 off coupon. I got three graphic novels for under $15. One of them was only $3 after tax. I could never have bought that graphic novel new for that price anywhere else. I can’t wait to go back :D!

2 stars because I love this place but I cannot with the fact they think it’s okay to work someone for $7.55. Treat your staff better and give them a reasonable, livable wage.

I love books a million! It wasnt crowded, which I s great in these days of social distancing. The store is spacious, bright, clean, plenty of room to move around. The have all kinds of books, magazines, stuffed toys, games, puzzles, and trinkets. They have a coffee stand and lounge area with comfy furniture. I highly recommend Books A Million for all your reading books.

I think its a really cool store, but Im not much into reading, but still a very cool store.

Their organization and point of sale system is pretty underwhelming compared to Barnes and nobles. Their organization is in severe need or a revamp. Very hard to find things and the staff dont know either. Good coffee though

Stopped in to take a quick peak at the selection about 50 minutes before closing time. I had been doing a lot of reading online regarding a particular genre with the hopes of easing some grief I am currently battling. I ran out of time looking for the single most important book on my list, and I was fairly devastated(as juvenile as that sounds). I get my wallet out to pay and a man who I can only assume is the owner, asked if I had found everything okay, true to my nature, I couldnt lie and I said I had not. 5 minutes later he hands me the book and very literally saved the night, and possibly so much more. I wont be book shopping anywhere else from this point on. Nothing but the best wishes and prayers for him and the kind woman who also did her best to help!! I cant thank you enough, your impact will reach farther than I have the vocabulary to explain. Bless you both.

Nice location. Staff are super friendly. Their Funko pop section is one of the best. Always in order and even alphabetized. You don’t find that at many locations. They really do give a damn.

Wide variety, clean, spacious, great staff. I didnt deal with a single rude person on staff and my grandson was not in a good mood. Most places give glares or rude comments about upset 2yr olds but they were awesome!

Imagine Barnes and Nobles and half price books having a love child. It was busy but a great experience...lots of great gifts ideas in addition to books...well organized. Staff was welcoming.

This place is great, but the 3-stars is based solely on its prices. Some titles that have the discounted prices are still entirely too high. However, I was still able to walk out with 3 books for $7.50, and I was quite happy with that. The store is clean, the staff is personable, and it seems to be organized okay.

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Great place with seating to sit back and read a magazine. You can take your time and browse through their enormous selection or if you know what you need easy to just grab and go with their fast checkout.

I love looking and seeing what kind of books they have on sale. Not to mention the pops figures they have its so nerdy in there and I love it.

Weve been getting books here for years, and the staff is always really helpful, whether looking up where a given book is, or making genre recommendations. There is a really great childrens section as well, and the atmosphere is one where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, then browse some books, and just feel the difference of actually holding a book instead of an iPad. Then go grab a half dozen of them and do some binge reading.

My sister loves this place and she and her husband shop here quite often and say they can get anything they are looking for. As for myself, I didnt buy anything. Way too expensive. I found two books, one priced at 28.99 I found on Amazon for 18.88, the other priced 40.00 is on Amazon for 19.99. Thanks but no thanks.

Love browsing and buying here. There is material for such a broad range of interests available in print. I enjoy searching for the perfect magazine and can usually find what I want and more.

Tiffany Cull was really really informative and very friendly to me when I came in the other day. Very helpful and kind, the whole experience was great. I honestly think that she is overqualified for the job she has. Definitely recommend her for a better position she could run the store from open to close and be terrific. She should be considered for an Asst General Manager position, or even a STORE manager from my experience with her. Thank you Tiffany and thank you Books-A-Million!!!!!!

Very clean and well appointed; found what I needed with ease.The staff was also very friendly and helpful.My only real issue was a lack of well defined LGBTQ media, not even in the magazines.That was disappointing, seeing as how my very first gay magazine was purchased at a Books-a-Million many years ago.

I love shopping at Books-A-Million! The staff has always been really helpful and friendly. My kids could spend hours just looking through all the little toys and stuff up by the registers.

The staff is usually great and helpful. I wish they did not change the layout of the store. For me it was hard to find the books that I wanted. After getting use to the layout it seems to work. I wish they would offer more test prep books to become a teacher in Indiana. They offered other test prep books but for other states besides Indiana. I do wish they offer more relaxing chairs. I enjoy coming here to look around. The prices to me seem a little high for what I could pay online.
