Worth noting: T.I.S. no longer sells textbooks as of August 2021. They have great apparel though, friendly staff, and a good selection of other items (school supplies, Ball State drinking glasses, plushies, calendars, and more).

This bookstore has an excellent selection of Ball State University Apparel for adults. (Be warned though, there werent very many options for small children or pets if that is for whom you are shopping.) The staff is very friendly and helpful!

During orientation, they gave away a free shirt to every student and a shirt to each parent. Worth over $60. Very nice selection and very nice people.

Placed an online order for pickup ahead of the Fall semester and was able to pick up my ordered textbooks and a few items with no problem before the start-of-semester rush. All staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, while the prices were slightly lower than the University bookstore.

Taking advantage of the great sales going on, alums can save big on apparel and other BSU swag! In the next couple of weeks, get em while their hot! T.I.S. has always been the solid place to get my college gear.Good quality t-shirts and pants. Ive got some that have lasted for years.

Great place to buy books for Ball State. Jonathan helped me upstairs and got me the last copy of a book I needed for a class. Kennedy is a great employee too! All super helpful and you can get all kinds of BSU spirit wear, supplies, and mainly lots of books to rent or buy!

Great deals during their 12 days of Christmas on most of their Ball State apparel. Wish they would carry more Greek items but maybe they do not sell enough of it to make it worthwhile. Book staff for rentals and returns are great to deal with!

Prices are much cheaper then most book stores and you can save money renting. The prices on shirts and other things are much cheaper in comparison to the schools bookstore.

It has a big variety of merchandise, parking in the rear, and is in a great location. The prices are reasonable as well.

They seemed to have plenty of textbooks and plenty of anything else that you might want. Signage was a bit questionable, conveying information in a bit of a roundabout way. The store was very busy, but they seemed to be making reasonable progress on the very long checkout line, which was at least 30 minutes long. With the number of people in the line, it wouldnt have been realistic for it to take less time without more checkers than would be reasonable for a store of that size. Prices seemed to be, more or less, the same as the campus bookstore.

I wouldnt buy books here, but if you are looking for Ball State gear, they have you covered. A wide selection of jackets, sweatshirts and tshirts. It was buy 1 get 2 free on the day we were there, but it is still normally buy one get one free for $21.98. The staff was pretty friendly and eager to help.

Books were def cheaper here but their clothes is a bit pricy. The staff is nice though! I’d recommend students to come here over the Barnes and Noble inside the atrium if you wanna save money!

The customer service is disappointing, much better off buying books offline without the hassle. If anything go on campus and deal with logical people.
