Went in to have my phone looked at and the first thing the manager said was LG phones were no longer being made due to company going out of business. She went on to say that both my husband and I would need new phones. So I said ok and went to look at the phones so I could buy a new one she pointed in the direction what phones were on what side a customer came in to pay her bill and when she was finished with the customer she just stood behind the counter texting someone never came to help us manager was very rude. We wont be back to this to store as long as she works there as a manager. I realize finding help nowadays is hard and you cant good help but as a business they need to get someone that is at least friendly and helpful to customers.

The people who work at Cricket are extremely helpful and very polite. I have been with them for a few years and really would recommend them highly!!

It is a great place to get new phones, the people working there were very helpful, and got a great deal on my wife a new phone for our anniversary and they were very helpful. Good Phone Service 👍

The Young Man who waited on Us was Awesome! His Name was Terrance. He was Polite, Nice, Helpful,Knowledgeable, and a Good Muti Tasker. He Answered All Our Questions. I would Highly Recommend Cricket especially in Muncie.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a phone company. The employee kept helping people who came in long after me then would come by for about 3 seconds to help me then back to other customers. After waiting for him to actually help me set up a new account for 1hr and 30min he comes up and tells me he wouldnt be able to help me out at all. His reasoning was I couldnt get a free phone because my previous provider. I was prepared to pay cash for two new phones and activate a new account with two lines and direct deposit but obviously the employee wanted the easy work. I believe his name was Cody. I wasnt the only customer he talked down to ether.

The help was rude and very unhelpful very unimpressed with this story

Cricket is the best. Ive been with them for years. Tonight Terrence and Cody were very kind and patient in navigating a very complicated situation on my behalf, and everything is good now.

The associate was very good natured and helpful. Got us back on track. I bought a phone case and John, not only my put it on but also expertly applied a screen protector! But, they wont allow you to use their restroom!

Customer service is an oxymoron here. The company has NO idea what true customer service is supposed to actually be like. Cricket Wireless does NOT actually own their own towers. They piggyback off of AT&T towers instead. Although they are a so-called no contract company their customer service is simply nonexistent.
