I waited 2 1/2 weeks to come here because they are always friendly, quick, and upfront with you. I’ve needed my screen replaced twice and even though they offer extra services for an additional fee they do not hound you on it if you say no. Love coming here!

Shattered my phone the night before and they fixed it in 4 hours no problems. Smart guys and decent price

Took my phone in a week ago to have the camera wiped clean because from where the phone was refurbished there was a smudge print over the camera. Well taking the phone apart I guess according to them, the whole camera is faulty (even though it’s a refurbished phone I just purchased from amazon) and that between the camera part and for them to do it, it was gonna cost almost $300. More than I paid for the phone. At this point it’s now been a week and I was told my phone would be done by that Tuesday. Well here it is a week later, I’ve called twice.. kept getting told I’d get a call by ending of the day that they was working on it next. Well never heard from them so called AGAIN today couple min b4 they close down (giving them time to call) then got told what my issue was and said he was about to call me.. yeah I’m sure. Then when I said I wanted to then just pick up my phone and asked what time they’d closed, he smerked back and said in 5 min. They’ve had my phone for a week just to “diagnose” the problem and now I’m still picking my phone up not even fixed. Very unhappy with my experience. Very unprofessional Andy never once kept in contact like I was told I would be.

I made an appointment at this store for 10:00 a.m. in the morning, which is when they open. I told them what was wrong with my phone, and they said it would be about three or four hours to diagnose and repair it. They suggested I return at the end of the day before they close at about 4:00 p.m. that way they would have plenty of time to get it taken care of. When I returned at 4:00 p.m, they not only had failed to repair my phone, they hadnt even looked at it. The man that was working there said they only had one tech, and had 14 repairs that day. He said they had three when I dropped off my phone. I apparently was not the only person who experienced this, as other customers were in there complaining about the same problem.UBreakIFix is obviously too broken to fix.

Im super excited and appreciative of the hard work and dedication they put into reviving my old phone!! I cracked the screen, beyond repair, (so I was told) and couldnt retrieve my important information and photos that werent backed up. I tried repair places around town and even sent it in for repair, but no one was able to fix it. uBREAKiFIX temporarily fixed the screen and successfully transferred all of my information to my new phone!! Im forever grateful and thankful!!

They actually told me the real problem with my phone screen was a damaged protector and not the actual screen itself when a couple other companies told me I would need a new screen and didnt even bother to have me take the case off to inspect it. Also the estimate for a new screen (if I do damage it in the future) would cost $40-$60 cheaper than what I was previously quoted.

I had an appointment made thru assurion for 11:00 on a Friday. It was made more than a week ahead. Drove from Anderson only to find store closed for training. No prior notice. I have called to reschedule but phone is not answered. And voicemail messages are not returned.

Worst experience possible. I dropped my phone off for a same day repair. It took a week for then to finally fox my phone that was covered under warranty. There was no communication during the entire repair process. I had to keep going back to the store just to have them tell me my phone wasnt ready. I will never use them for a repair ever again and I will discourage others as well.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Learn from my mistakes and do not trust anything this staff tells you. I purchased the CellHelmet Liquid Screen protector from them on June 17, 2020 and was told I needed to buy the most expensive one to ensure my phone would be covered for a free screen replacement. After the Associate helped me get everything taken care of they told me that all I needed to do was to keep the box and bring it in if/when my screen broke and they would replace it no questions asked. So all I do is throw this box in my nightstand so I don’t lose it.9 Months later, I finally get a crack in my screen and the upper portion of the touch screen is unresponsive as well. I take my phone and the box into the store and was told that I need to register the product for them to replace it or it will cost me $274.99. I then try to register this product and it is so too late to register. After spending hours on the phone between UBreakIFix and CellHelmet, I found that neither company truly cares about their customers because they are not willing to stand behind the misinformation of the Associate. Also, while on the phone with a Manager had the audacity to tell me that I should have checked the box and read all the information inside and this all could have been prevented. I live in a community where someone’s word means something and they stand behind what they say. Unfortunately that isn’t the world we live in and I will take responsibility for not opening the box, but I shouldn’t have had to worry about it.Unfortunately, I have to have my phone for business and can not get it in anywhere else so they will collect money from me one last time, but I will never do business with either one of these companies again and I would strongly urge you to do the same.Choose a company that has integrity and is willing to stand behind their products and staff no matter the circumstances, those are the companies that care about their customers and deserve your business.The biggest waste of my time and money!!!

I had taken my iphone 8+ here after i dropped it and shattered my screen hoping they could help me out. I dropped it off and it was finished in a timely manner, and the whole experience was very professional and pleasant. I soon however was concerned to find out my front speaker was no longer working, as well as my 3d touch, and my phone was randomly turning off (which it didnt do before). I brought it back in a couple of days and expressed my concern and the guy i spoke to took all of them very seriously, even the seemingly unrelated dying. He looking into a couple of the issues right in front of me, explaining everything along the way. He then told me hed have the technician open it up and see what they could do. When i came back for my phone they had replaced the screen and speaker for free and now everything works perfect! Awesome customer service and excellent work!

I went into UBreakIFix to repair my iPhone that would no longer charge. I spoke to Tyler, and he said the price would be over $100, but first recommended and took my phone back to clean out the charging port. He came back out and it plugged right in with no issues!!! I appreciate Tylers honesty and integrity in getting my phone back in working order!

I guess pixel phones are more difficult to fix! Mine took 5 hours but the guys working in there are super nice and they did a good job

I dropped my phone off at 11 am, understanding there were people ahead of me. After 3:00 I had to head back to Ohio for prior commitments. The employee used his personal SIM card for testing and I recieved my phone back with text messages about getting high from the manager to the employee that fixed my phone. After calling, the store manager, Mr. Mitchell informed me it was all normal and they did nothing wrong. Do not go to this location!

Don was super helpful. My son’s phone wouldn’t charge and after looking at he realized it was just really dirty. Don cleaned it all out and didn’t charge us. He even gave us tips on how to prevent in the future. The store seems closed, it just call the number on the window and they will help you out. They are taking Covid 19 seriously.

These guys are rip offs. Dont go there you will regret it. Asked them for just a quote to fix a screen and it was 250.00. Could send it out and have it fixed for less than a hundred. For the same amount of time.

I called to ask for help about my console and the guy who answered had a pretty bad attitude when answering the phone, in the middle of me telling my issue he let out a big sigh then hung up!

I called ahead to ensure the required parts for my phone would be on hand. During that same call, I scheduled a repair appointment with the employee speaking on the phone at this location. Two days later, I drove sixty miles (this being the closest authorized location) and arrived an hour ahead of store opening to ensure I would be there on time for the agreed appointment. When I entered the store at opening and spoke with the employee working the front desk, I was told that my appointment was not in their system and that no parts were available. The employee only offered to then schedule my appointment for a future date. They offered no other recompense for my inconvenience or cost of travel, save for a disciplinary report for the responsible employee.

A little disappointing there was nowhere to sit I have surgery and back problems but they were very professional in efficient. Have fun at 9 months the night I purchased my phone I told him something was wrong with it from Best Buy thanks just go to Sprint back and forth across the street and hours of phone calls finally Samsung sent me here to diagnose phone they stated I need a new phone we will see what happens with Samsung still under 1 year manufacturer warranty

My phone was having charging issues and it was driving me a little crazy.I went to Target to see the Consumer Cellular people and they sent me toubreakiFix! They were ever so helpful, my phone charges up like it should and I am a much happier camper, but dont expect to see me at the campground!

The manager Tony is AMAZING!! He has revived two of my laptops and is always super fast with service and makes sure he gives me the best price! Do not go anywhere but here to have all your devices fixed!!

I took my phone in for a battery replacement. Long story short, they ended up replacing my screen. I took the phone home and my speakers and mic were muffled. I called them back the next day with this issue and they said the screen replacement couldnt have caused this. They didnt take responsibility for the issue and wouldnt even look at my phone. I took it elsewhere and turns out the ubreakifix technicians left all the film on that protects new screens. There were strips of film over both speaker grills and over the front facing camera lens. Ubreakifix gave me sub-par service and terrible customer service. I will not be going back.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LAPTOP. My laptop had a problem with its fan and Ram. I have an MSI GS65 gaming laptop. I took my laptop there. When the repair was finished I went to the store checked that the fan and ram were working which, they were and took it home.  As I started using the laptop at home I noticed the touchpad wouldnt physically click (the touch itself was still working) which was a problem that didnt exist before. I called them the next day because by the time I got home they were closed. I was told I can come in and get the touchpad fixed. The next day the guy there (Troy S.) called me and told me he looked around the laptop and the touchpad was working fine I asked him you fixed the touchpad without even opening the laptop. He said yeah. Needless to say he was very rude and extremely unprofessional. He stressed that the touchpad was working fine and didnt have any problems so I went to pick it up. When I checked the laptop at the store the touchpad was still not clicking. I showed that to who claimed to be the store manager (Colgan M.). He showed me that the touchpad works by using the touch instead of actually clicking it and pretending he clicked it. THE STORE MANAGER TRIED TO TRICK ME TO MY FACE INTO THINKING THAT THE TOUCHPAD WORKED WHEN IT ACTUALLY DIDNT.  He also claimed that he and Troy both opened the laptop and tried to fix it but was unable to do anything which is the opposite of what the other guy on the phone said. The touchpad ofcourse did not work everytime he clicked it because he wasnt actually clicking it. And claimed this is just how the laptop is engineered. and that I did not understand how touchpads worked. I showed him myself that when I actually click it nothing happens. He also claimed gaming laptops are not made to be opened to get repaired or upgraded so, when it is, there obviously will be problems, which is a blatant lie. His story had so many holes and he made up stuff as he went. Needless to say I had a terrible experience, a manager that lied to me and, a laptop that they broke its touchpad and never fixed. If you want a quality repair for your laptop do not take it to that store.

I was having trouble keeping the charging cord plugged in on my iPhone 7. Walked in and Don fixed it in less than five minutes. No charge! Kudos to Don !

Called ahead said had the parts then had to leave phone for two days. Then got the phone back claim they have warranty 90 days. Go back because now phone isnt working properly. Earbuds cut off constantly... Everything worked great before not now. Dont waste your money. Muncie Indiana store was awful.

My iPhone 7 Plus had a cracked screen as the result of being dropped on a sidewalk. This happened on a Sunday and I went in to Ubreakifix to get an estimate on a Tuesday afternoon. I did not have to wait, I was given an estimate, and I was also offered other suggestions by one of the workers. He wanted to make sure that I paid the lowest amount possible (the prices vary depending on your carrier and phone insurance). I did not get the name of the young man who helped me, but he represented the company very well. My screen was fixed in less than 30 minutes and now looks brand new!!! Five stars!!

Ten days after I had the screen repaired on my iPhone 6 at another repair place, I was unable to use my phone. I had used my phone for a call, then two minutes later tried to use it to return a text and it wouldn’t unlock. It went from dark black to lighter black... Near my home button, a crack was appearing which was no good since I hadn’t dropped it nor had any other damage been caused to create a crack. The previous repair place had not correctly repaired my screen! So long story short, after being referred to uBreakiFix in Muncie I took a leap of faith and went for it.First things first, the customer service was wonderful! I’m a chatterbox (obviously), full of questions, and overshare my previous experiences. Anthony took it all in stride, patiently and answered all of my questions with, what I felt to be, complete honesty. He was able to give me he best estimate on wait time, price (which was very reasonable! $79 isn’t bad at all for screen replace/repair!), opinion of whether they’d be able to help me, and answered questions I had. His answer on whether he could repair the phone would be based on what the previous repair shop had done on the inside. Leading to the repair itself: my phone is now fully functional! Not only was Anthony able to have it repaired quicker than anticipated and at a price less than quoted, but he was able to tell me exactly what the other place had done wrong and why the crack had appeared on my screen near my home button. I was so impressed! The 90 warranty gives me a bit of relief as well, and now I know where I will go or send others for future repairs should they need done.Thanks a ton, Anthony and uBreakiFix ! ☺️

Processed an insurance claim through Asurion on an iPhone 7plus with a cracked screen. UBreakiFix actually called me a day or two after I opened the claim to see when I could make it! First time there on a Saturday they were swamped, so I called ahead on Sunday and got in as soon as got there! Tony was the best, kept me informed all the way and was done very quickly! I asked a lot of questions, and their rates for repair are so good...I may just save the insurance money and use them for repairs if I need it! Glad to have them close by for this type of situation! Incredibly professional service. Note 9 looks brand new after getting my broken screen replaced. They hooked me up with the VERY BEST screen protector for curved glass that I didnt know existed. Showed up over 2 hours before closing time for my S20 Ultra repair. The guy complained the whole time while calling in about me showing up late, and after waiting 20 minutes on the phone, he told me his system was acting up, just so he wouldnt have to fix my phone before closing time.

My laptop repair took almost a month when they told me it would be about a week. First they forgot to order the part, then ordered the wrong part. The quality of this business was NOT worth the price.

After dealing with my NOTE 10 repair... There was a issue with the ID number with samsung. Which I understand.. However.. Previously the day before, they showed me they had the parts in stock.. then came up with an excuse they were bad... Gut feeling tells me they lied to me.. Poor customer service. Had my laptop for 2 weeks and never called with updates like they said they would. When I called they seemed to be bothered by me and hung up on me. Never fixed my computer. I wouldn’t go here ever again or recommend it! I even asked if they would set up my new computer and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.

I feel like they went above and beyond to help me. They were great!!! I love these guys!!!

Came in with a broken charging port, and the guy told me straight up it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to get it repaired there. ($100 to buy a new phone of the same model, $150 to fix the one I had.) Very friendly and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Ill do any future business here when Im in Muncie.
