I took my phone here because it was the best price option in town ($120 to replace my screen) and I was told that within 30 days if I had any issues it would be covered by warranty. Sounded great, plus it was cheaper than a new phone and Im a broke student so I chose these guys. A few days after the replacement, my screen started jumping. I called and asked if they could fix it, they said it was not under warranty and would cost another $90 to fix. He also tried to tell me that the new issue was my fault. I hadnt dropped or put pressure on it since getting it back, I had even got a heavy duty protective case for it. The jumping stopped within a few days but then my phone developed horrible streaks up and down it. I can see light coming out of the speaker on the front(???), the quality is now overall horrible, and the pixels dont line up like they used to. So I threw over $100 at this guy to do a bad job (that he wouldnt fix) and then ask for more money. Now I have to buy a whole whole new phone anyways. Save yourself the trouble, just pay a few extra bucks and go to literally anyone else in town.

I went here to get my led fix in my iPhone XR and my Face ID worked perfectly fine now after I paid them to fix it it’s not working now

The store is very easy to access what kind of case you want for your phone and is separated evenly depending on what kind of phone you have!! Eli is such a sweetheart there and welcomes me with open arms every time I walk in the store!! I would recommend going to this place out of any other phone repair shop cause they are good with prices and they never lie!!

I had my iPhone 11 repaired here last Saturday and I just had to leave a review a week after the repairs to show how well they handle their job. My phone wouldnt even turn on and within 15-20 minutes Eli had it working like it was a brand new phone. Saved hundreds of dollars with them instead of just getting a new phone like everyone was telling me. While Eli was repairing my phone Manny was very informative about what the issue couldve been and he was well informative on what case I should get and I even bought a screen protector off them. Both very kind young men and this place should be happy they have them.

I went over the weekend to get the glass back replace and we ended up not doing it. He ordered the glass for it and it’s is supposed to be here this week. Last night my phone shut off completely. It was fully charged, wouldn’t turn on or anything. YouTubed it and the guy on youtube said it would be a battery problem. I’ve tried everything and it won’t work. It came on long enough for it to tell me that the battery IS NOT the Apple battery that is originally in it. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND ACT LIKE IT DIDN’T HAPPEN!

This place is AMAZING. My phone was all sorts of messed up and Verizon said it wouldnt work. THIS GUY GOT IT TO WORK. I saved HUNDREDS by unlocking it through him. Please see him even if your phone is from a different carrier. He saved me so much money and was VERY patient with me and my wife. Even months after the initial unlock, he still made it right. He knows the stuff that carriers wont tell you. I will go to him for allnof my phone needs.

My boyfriend took my phone to get fixed they ended up keeping it for 2 weeks after I got it “fixed” my volume button wasn’t even placed into my phone correctly you can tell it was done very quickly and poorly for having my phone for 2 weeks you should not have done it so poorly my boyfriend payed 250$ for my back glass and the camera glass they even made my front camera and back camera stop working and when I addressed the issues they say they can fix it all for 60$ then I go there and they say they can’t do it for that cheap they are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED!!

Update: I went back and told them the issue, he was very understanding and very helpful. He was honest with me in fact he even showed me what was done wrong. I’m very happy with the screen now. It is just like new.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Horrible experience. Dropped my phone off to get the screen replaced and when I picked it up the Face ID no longer worked. Owner of the company said Prove to me it was working to begin with. Learned my lesson on a $900 phone that was a year old.... go to an authorized dealer and avoid the headache! Afterwards I did consult with an Apple technician and he confirmed the ambient light sensor was no longer working and was damaged when the screen was replaced. The phone is permanently damaged. Owner didnt care and said I had no proof it was working when I brought it in. TURN AROUND AND RUN THE OTHER WAY!

I had them replace my cracked Galaxy S5 phone screen. When I got home I realized the LCD was damaged on the new one. It had a faint yellowed image of Facebook burnt into the top of the screen. I went back to see if they would replace it with a different one and he said he couldnt do that. That it was part of the risk of purchasing a refurbished screen. He would not even order another refurbished screen and switch it out. If it was just a little dot I wouldnt have minded but it was across the entire top of the screen which it showed every time it was on a light colored page. He then told me my only options were to just deal with the defective screen or pay him an ADDITIONAL $30 on top of the $180 for him to order a new (not refurbished) screen. I do not recommend going here. They did not tell me they were replacing it with a refurbished screen when I payed for it and then when it was defective he refused to replace it at no charge. Terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

These guys did a great job on my iphone 4s screen. They were quick and service oriented. Later, when I had a problem they were great at providing some troubleshooting and assistance. My phone was fixed up and I felt really good about their work. Trustworthy guys. (I didnt see any ladies working, but Im sure theyre great as well.)

Had 2 phone fixed for cracked screens both broke a week later. But thats not the worst part! I had a 5c with a cracked screen he said he would buy. He replaced the screen and said I need Apple ID or he cannot buy it. I didnt know the ID so he put the busted screen back on. I took it to another place several weeks later to be fixed and the camera and shield were missing. He stole the pieces. Its not as if it was a small piece. It was 2 large pieces. Done intentionally.

Very quick phone repair at a great price!

We brought our iPhone 8 to Cell AXS at the Muncie Mall to have a cracked screen repaired and paid $80. When we got home we realized the phone would not charge so we returned immediately to the store. They said it now needs the battery replaced and for another $80 they could do it, but told us that it may or may not repair the phone. They admitted removing the battery to replace the cracked screen. We still owe on the phone to our carrier and had no other issues/problems with it, just the cracked screen. We are now looking at purchasing another phone because it “may not” be repairable. They broke our phone and want to charge us more to try to fix it. I want my $80 back that they charged me to have them render my phone unusable. They don’t fix iPhones, they break them.

When the glass was placed on my phone there was a small imperfection on the back. looked like a air bubble in the glass. I didnt think anything of it and then it split causing a crack after 6 days! I called to advise and see about getting it fixed and they refused to correct the issue! very unprofessional! I recommend that you find someplace will take pride in their work and that is willing to fix their mistakes! Just sad that Im out the money I paid and still have a Crack on my screen!

Bought a charging cable from them and took it home within 2 days the charging tip broke out, they refused to refund or exchange, saying that they only replace defective cables, I’d say the charging tip falling out would classify as defective. Don’t shop here, spend your money somewhere that will stand behind their products.

Used glue instead of screws to put the screen in screen came off of the base of the phone and they would not replace it they use cheap screens and then charge you another $80 to fix it. Definitely not American made

They did the repair quickly but after about a week I realized that the sound on my phone wasnt working. I have to push on the speaker part to get the sound to work. So they repaired my screen just to mess up the sound on my phone. I dont recommend going here. It is expensive and poor quality because they did not make sure all parts of the phone worked after replacing the screen.

The guy who replaced my screen charged me WAY too much. My phone was fine until the battery ran down and wouldnt charge, at all. Brought it in and another worker changed my battery for free. Turns out it wasnt my battery it was the charging port that wouldnt allow my phone to charge. He didnt replace it for free but charged me an additional $50. His employee even told me he should replace my phone for free. DO NOT GO HERE. Way overpriced and terrible service
