They do not update their online systems. They allow you to purchase items and do curbside pickup only to tell you the product is not on shelf but maybe its in the back and not restocked yet so youll have to choose refund which takes 7-10 days to get money back or choose another product. After driving 30 mins out of my way to come directly to this store to pick up the product. Employees were rude, not helpful and didnt seem to care about their customers. I was told it takes 2 weeks for the inventory to be updated after purchase. So therefore you can not trust their website or curbside pickup option. So why even have an online ordering system if you can not manage it in real time or even 24 hours time. Very disappointing

We called on Monday to ask if they had Easter Egger chicks in stock, and we were told they did. We drove into town to get some, only to find that they didnt actually have any. We were told they should be getting some in the next day, and to call and they would hold some for us.Called the next day, and were told that they didnt get their live animal shipments until Wednesday. and to call back then.Called again today (Wednesday), and were once again told that they didnt get any live animal shipments in, and that I could try back tomorrow.Im starting to feel like theyre just giving us the run-around.

Only one star because you cant post 0 stars. No selection, empty shelves, complete waste of time. Ive tried to give them the benefit of doubt a handful of times. Never going back.Tractor supply instead of replying for me to call your customer service line, why dont you visit the store.

Bought a large bag of food because employee said we could return. Opened Dog didnt like and then would not return. Dissapointed didnt honor what we were told or we wouldnt have bought.

Great supplies needed for the farm

Whatever you do do not buy a lawnmower from tractor supply. I purchased a Toro titan 60 inch lawnmower and after 12 1/2 run hours it will not start. Tractor supply does not have the ability to maintenance these machines, and the local dealer refuses to work on ones purchased at tractor supply.

This is my home store and I love stopping in on my way down I-69 to pick up supplies. The order online option has been a big help to get in and out quickly, and the staff here are always so helpful, friendly and ready to swap horse stories.

I love their products but that lady that helped me was VERY grumpy. Didnt even try to understand my question. Didnt care if I bought the $100 item or not. I did, but if I didnt need it, I wouldnt have, not there anyway.

One side of town has TSC... its clean. Lots of things are stacked and displayed. If you are getting tanks filled... you must first pay then meet someone outside... lots of garden items.Resin pots. Metal decor clothing shoes animal feed shots etc

Good place to buy about anything, from pets to gardening, and trailers to log splitters. A great place to walk around and find stuff you didnt know you needed

Well if your Looking to get chicks here make sure you take a picture of the type of chicks and the price on the bin! If not they will try to charge you more! Bought chicks out of a bin that said $1 the poorly trained and uneducated employees tried to charge me full price! Such a hassle! Why mark them down and then try and charge a customer full price? The person getting the chicks should of wrote it right on the box! Nothing should be this hard! Just make sure you get a employee that knows how to do their job. I visited several Tractor Supplies that day and by far this was the worst and they werent even friendly or welcoming when i walked in.

Propane seems to be a major pain to these people. Other than that. Its convenient.

I feed lots of birds so need to mix seed types to afford it. TSC has a nice selection of mixes, plus separate bags of Niger seed, cracked and whole corn. They will price match, plus load the bags into my car for me.

This was the first time that I have been in this store.. loved it and loved the cashier. She was very friendly.

Loaded up propane tanks to get them refilled only to be told they weren’t filling them because of lightning. However, I didn’t see any lightning on my drive there or back home. It was drizzling.

The prices vary widely from store to store. Always check the local ad. At least the cashier at the Muncie store stayed at the register. You usually have to wait for someone to come up to the register to check you out.

Horrible customer service. I called and inquired about an item before driving to the store and every employee I spoke to was rude with replies, didnt not want to ask a department for information let alone transfer me to the department, and was called stupid because I asked if an item from the webpage was at the store. Needless to say they will not be getting my business.
