First bill was almost double what was promised. Told us we had a “credit” for trading in our old phones towards accessories. The accessories showed up on our bill at $25 per month for a year. They also added AT&T next which I did not ask for. They also gave us 4 lines when we only bought 2 phones. Took two hours to get everything wrong and I transferred the phone data myself. Very disappointing experience and I would NOT suggest anyone getting their phones here.

Manny went out of his way to get me set up with my IPhone 11. I am 91 years old and my elevator doesn’t go all the way to the top anymore

So I went to the store to get my new phone activated an info transferred. Edgar the sales employee helped me. He also showed me the excecerise add help install them on my new phone. I am very happy . I think Edgar is great at doing his job at the Mundelein store. Thank you for awesome service.

Was happy, until I got the bill. Somehow I needed up with an extra phone line. Changing review from a one star to a 4 star as the owner did respond to this review and wanted to help resolve the issue to make sure it didnt happen again. I resolved the issue with AT&T before posting this review, but the fact the the owner wanted to help was a deciding factor in changing the review and I will go back to the store for future service for this reason.

Sales Rep Chris Love was awesome. I highly recommend the Mundelein At&T store.

Been to this store quite a few times now and every time Ive been, the staff have been great. Most recently I worked with both Darien and Chris who were excellent and very helpful.

This people are a joke they just care about their sales not the customer horrible experience in AT&T ever

Awesome service! I walked away from 20 years with Sprint yesterday. Edgar helped me get a new phone and new plan in 20 minutes flat. There were other customers and he was helping them at the same time and didnt miss a beat. Im super impressed with AT&T overall and this store in particular, and will definitely be recommending it!

I was trying to upgrade my phone through the myAt&t app and I was having some trouble. I went in to this location to see if I could get some help. A young man named Chris helped me out. He was able to figure out why it wasnt working and was able to make the upgrade happen for me. Thanks!

This store is always super helpful

I was shocked to find this store open after all of this going on. The team were all kind and made sure the whole place was clean and safe. they were all wearing masks and even the managers of the store was even wiping the store down when I walked in. I had a couple questions about my bill and a new phone that i recently purchase .he went over the bill with me and explained the fees and prorated charges that i was getting charge for and that is totally understandable . the name of the person who helped me was the manager of the store with the name of Giovanni, tall dark hair,long beard,Hispanic.2 other workers were helping customers out at that time .it was amazing to know that i got everything taken care of with in 15 min!!! I called 2 days later to set an appointment to come back and add an extra line and i couldnt be more happier. This place is open and taking great care of customers!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

I wish I got the names of the two people helping me but they were both very helpful and kind even though the system wasnt working and it was one technical difficulty after another. They were personable and helped me get what I needed.

I worked with Jeovanni and he completely lied about my charges, there was an insane amount of monthly charges added onto my first bill that I did not sign up for, and they didn’t give me the correct plan I signed up for. He signed me up for insurance on both phones which I never agreed to as well as next up which when asked I specifically said I did not want. On top this he didn’t even close out my account correctly and had to call me for additional information afterwards. I cannot even get ahold of AT&T after waiting over 30 minutes on hold to try and get this fixed. They also lied about waiving an activation fee of $30. Extremely frustrated and I feel I was lied to the entire time I was at the store.

After Vernon Hills, IL, store manager, Jim, did not help me buy a new phone, this store manager, Gio, took great care of me and sold me 2 phones and set them up and transferred my old phone data to my new phone.Thanks Gio!

The entire staff at this location has been excellent! I am unhappy with AT&T as a company. However, knowledgeable and patient staff have kept me with my account. Very grateful!

Our family just really does not like this place. Unfortunately my parents continue to go here because it’s convent. Every time we go in there, they’re always telling us that we’re on an old plan and upgrading us to a new plan. The plan always changes something and one of us has an issue. When you want to change back, the old plan is now “unavailable” and your SOL. They always talk so fast and aren’t through so you don’t completely understand what your getting into. The experience here is never pleasant afterward. I always go to another store whenever possible(Att Vernon Hills near Portillos is great). Very surprised they have good ratings. I’ve been meaning to write this for years and they messed up something again so it reminded me to. On a positive note the employees seem less rude recently. If your fast to think on your feet it’s probably fine to go there. Don’t let them pressure you into anything on the spot when it’s time to upgrade plans, hardware and inevitably accessories. Ask questions.

I had an issue on my phone. The helpful employees at this location were able to troubleshoot my phone and found out my phone was malfunctioning. Luckily my phone was still under warranty. While I was waiting for my device, one of the employees analyzed my account and was able to save me over $200 a month with my TV service and wireless bill combined. Definitely happy that I stopped by. I will be referring business to this location. Thank you guys!!

My 93 year old mother walked in to pay her monthly bill at this 3034 location as she likes the old traditional way of paying . Walked up to service desk an the bill was for $ 68 but the representative ( Miss Dalia with a terrible intimidating attitude ) wanted her to pay $145 . What a scam ! This woman kept a 93year old lady with bad knees standing in front of her desk for 20 minutes and tried to scam her into paying mor $$ before I got involved and asked to return all paperwork and walked out .I called the manager Sammy and notified him of this problem and Dalias attitude . Hope something gets done . ((Be aware ..!! do not get scammed at this location ))) . Be very alert of your transactions ..Jim .I called AT&T and in les than 5 minutes the problem was solved .
