I went to the store yesterday and it seem like the place is under new management. They had amazing customer service and I recommend going to this location if you need anything.

The Boost Mobile is in a good location the hours of operation are also nice for the location of the store theres only a few people who work here as its not at all bizzy the store is kept extremely clean as it is a new place of business as it should be very nice the few people who do work here are extremely nice and friendly.

Wayted about 40 min. Store was closed. The side says that store is open from 12.00 pm. Called, not who does not respond.

Stood outside for more than a hour, never opened, saw it’s said opened in mundelein from 10-5 yet never opened at time. very rude staff.

Charges extra unnecessary fees, that other store dont. They always along for 4 to 5 extra dollars for b.s fees .

I usually come to this location but we stood outside for 15 minutes according to the opening time and no one was there. I called and no one answered.
