Aaron and Terrence were very attentive during the sale. They even were extremely helpful when talking to my old carrier to release my phone number despite my carrier giving them trouble. Highly would recommend services here.

If I can give a zero star,I prefer to give that. I stand in the store for 20 mins, no one is even ask me what do I need. 2 staff are helping people, but the rest of 2 are just chating. Unbelievable!

I walked in and asked if I could get my new sim card for my Sprint phone. The two people working were clueless. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked, what is the problem. The people who were working did not have authorization to complete the process. They were using another persons credentials, THATS SCARY IN ITSELF, trying to finalize my new sim card. They tried calling a manager, but they did not pick up there phone. No manager on duty is a problem with any business. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

I had the best experience here! Im a Sprint customer and let me tell you, not alot of T-Mobiles know what to do when it comes to sprint customers! The manager was GREAT and the team was super helpful. Walked in for a sim card, walked out with a smile and even new devices for the family!! Highly recommend! Ask for Alan or Usman

Came into this location because I was trying to find a new cell phone provider and as soon as I walked in the door I felt like a part of the family. Carlos was able to educate, instruct, & assist me in my purchase. The stores cleanliness was exceptional. Great team. Ask for Carlos to assist.

I had previously gone to multiple stores (Maple street: Mundelein, Vernon hills, and in Schaumburg) but received slow mediocre service. I kept getting the round about that I need to call customer service and etc etc... in other words they didnt know what they were doing. Alan at this store was extra caring and took care of my issue within minutes. I just wish I came here first instead of waiting almost a total of two hours on the phone and visiting 4 stores in 2 weeks!

If I could give this store zero stars I would! I’ve never experienced this type of disrespect from a manager at a store, Carlos the managers costumer service was absolutely awful and malicious. Carlos was no help, was not understanding and instead of reassuring me that he would help me fix the problem all he did was attack me! CARLOS needs to take costumer service classes to learn how to deal with costumers especially because he is the manager of the store! Shawn told me items were for free when they were not! This is false advertising! I would be letting my whole family and friends that live in this area and they are a lot of people!! not to come to this store and send them to a different location. I also experienced a worker quitting because CARLOS was not being a good manager! That has to say something about him too!!! Whoever owns this store should look for a manager with better qualities or give Carlos customer service classes to teach him how to be better! And teach them how to not lie to customers to make a sale! People like honest service!!!

Dan and Carlos were EXCELLENT!! Best managed store in a long time with very knowledgeable sales people! I didnt feel pressured to buy anything from these guys and they really cared about ME. Will be telling everyone I know to come to this location

Always that one store where one person works and the other sits there on his iPad and when you make eye contact they address you. I was told I could come in and walk out with a screen protector and they had it in stock because I have insurance. The guy tells me call customer service and they dont have it in stock.. the guy in the back needs some better communication skills or not show he is having a bad day lol

Too many problems to go into detail.... Didnt activate my new phone, gave me the wrong price for items, ordered the wrong item for me, set me up with the protection plan (that Id have to pay for) when I did not ask for it and still didnt take it off after I called and asked and they said they would, and then wouldnt refund the restocking fee when I had to return the phone due to issues of it not working properly (plus they never mentioned this fee when I specifically asked about returning it since I wasnt sure when I first bought it)... Couldnt pay me to go back there.

I went In there to see about getting new phones for me and my fiancé, I wanted the iPhone 11, and a cheaper phone for my fiancé.Almost IMMEDIATELY the dude shot me down and said that I “couldn’t afford “ the iPhone 11, without knowing what job my fiancé had nor did he run our credit, I will not be dis respected like that; my fiancé makes over 2500 a week, I THINK if we couldn’t afford it I wouldn’t be asking, I took my business elsewhere! Complete BS

Dan at this store took over 4 and a half hours to transfer contacts from old phone to a new phone. Also, he was not willing to stay on the phone until a T Mobile Rep would be contacted to verify the account. I have had T-Mobile for 13 years and it is a corporate account. No manager was on duty to handle the issues. As I write this review my phones are still not completed and they seriously lack the professional training on how to transfer contacts to a new phone. A Samsung rep even came into the store and they still had no way to help due to not having the correct equipment. Carlos was not present nor was he able to be contacted to rectify the situation. This store is poorly trained and managed! I will be speaking to T-Mobile Corporate about this lack of timely service and poor communication skills by Dan the store sales employee. T-Mobile needs to be really on top of the independent stores such as the one in Mundelein IL. They have no professional customer service training and lack any ability of processing a simple issue of transferring old contacts to a new phone.

Excellent service, the employees there were very helpful and made our transfer process painless. At the time of writing this, note that Google maps has this in the wrong location, they just opened recently and are actually located on the intersection of Midlothian and 45/83/60. Right by the Mcdonalds, Edward Jones, and Burger King.
