The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Every time I pick up material there it is a great experience! One of the employees is training his puppy there and that’s the best part of the experience. The puppy brings up the good energy and I always leave feeling happy. Grateful for a great organization with amazing employees that help me in my day!

This is from an end user at the end of the supply chain-- not as an installer who would normally be purchasing from Hughes Western-- but our experience merits a review.We had some flooring installed in a new house (Inhaus Sonos-- keep as far away from that as you can). In a few short months we started to see problems-- nails erupting from the flooring and the floor scratching extremely easily. We started the process of getting a warranty claim on this because it was installed improperly (nails erupting) and was manufactured poorly (floor scratching and dinging like its made of butter).Long story short, the manufacturer and installer were terrible and made our lives a living hell for an entire year. Hughes Western stepped in and made things right. This wasnt really even their problem, but they still took over the problem, making up for the lack of responsibility and pure malice on the part of the manufacturer and the installer, and twisted their arms a bit on our behalf. In todays world, this kind of upstanding stature in businesses small and large is extremely rare, but youll find it in Hughes Western. Next time Im in the market for flooring again, Ill try to find an installer that uses Hughes as a distributor based on this single experience.

Great place to pick up flooring another products the warehouse staff is working like crazy to get you out the door downside I could say to this place its the only have two doors to load people would be nice if they have more to more effectively get people out to their jobs. But everybody in the warehouse is completely busting their butts working fast and effective is a can the only thing that holds him back is the design of the building they need another bay doorJesus and RJ are awesome they are the backbone of the compainy and should both get raises for all the hard work they do
