Joey was amazing! We found the perfect carpet and vinyl plank and installation was excellent! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. I couldn’t recommend them enough and by the way, they were far less expensive than the big box stores we also received quotes from! Support small businesses!

You really cant beat their value when compared to price stacking at the hardware stores. Install pricing is also highly competitive for top-notch work. Overall! great job for me. I have hired Sunwest flooring twice this year for two different installations, tore tore out carpet, Prepped the flooring for engineered vinyl.Super job! The installers are experienced and polite, on time and cleaned up after the job was finished, I will hire them again.

Had a horrible experience!!I needed carpet replaced due to damage from my pet.When they came to replace the carpet, it was very clear that it was from pet damage. The damage went all the way into the sub flooring. They replaced the carpet and the padding and just sprayed Lysol spray on the sub flooring. I know nothing about carpet so I thought the smell and problem would be fixed.Well now months later, the smell returned. We no longer have the pet that did the damage so I knew it had to of been the subflooring. When we lifted up the new carpet, the smell was just as bad as when he originally replaced the carpet. And the new carpet was completely ruined because of stepping on it, and the subflooring not being sealed when they installed the new carpet.I feel they totally took advantage of me not knowing what needed to be done.Been trying to get a hold of the guy that did the job for 4 days now.He left a voicemail saying that it was lack of communication and that if he had known it was pet damage, it would have been an additional charge.It was very clear it was pet damage and I remember talking to him about it when he originally replaced the carpet.So now I have to have someone come out and replace the new carpet I just bought.Very upset and feel like they just wanted my money.
