I never thought I’d take the time to review an optometrist office but given my experience I want it to serve as a public service announcement. This is by far the worst experience ever - let’s start off with my prescription being wrong and corrected not once but twice! How do you use 8+ machines plus an X-ray and get a prescription wrong? It’s beyond me. Then the contact orders are not placed twice lol. Also they make it difficult to get a hold of your prescription probably because they want to ensure business stays there so I guess make sure you have a fax lmao. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place like if Covid was in there because honestly it probably is given the amount of fingerprints on everything.
Had a great experience with this optometrist. They explained everything clearly and were super friendly. The doctor spent plenty of time with us and answered questions. When it came time to deciding frames the lady named kim was extremely helpful and gave precise detail on what to expect out of pocket using insurance. I was impressed with the detailed exam. They really did a great job, we will be going back.
I started about 2 yrs ago seeing Dr. Scott Lewis. I really love how organized and on time with service. I like the Doctor and his staff.I am a big believer in tidiness and organization and I find it here.Thank you!
They milk your insurance and pocket with many unnecessary appointments. They couldnt just tell me that the peace of lint/hair is out of my eye??!!....
