Doctor was super nice and image tech was friendly. Clerk at the desk didn’t check my insurance until AFTER we left, even though they said before we came in that they accepted my insurance and I asked her about it while we were there. Now they are saying I owe $65 (on top of the $25 I already paid). I would have cancelled my appointment if she’d have checked my insurance when I got there like she’s suppose to. Terrible bait and switch. I’m beyond angry.

I went to Walmart Vision Center in Murrieta because I needed my glasses quick, and I have no insurance. Needless to say, I was quiet surprised to find fast and courteous service at an affordable price. The eye exam lasted 30 mins and was only $58, the lenses were $110, and the frames start at $9. I was so relieved to find out that they could make my glasses for me the same day, at no additional charge. My glasses where ready for pick up in one hour exactly!

I strongly dislike this store. its been about three times in a row that ive gone in to fill my contact prescription and for some reason they cant give me my contacts. they need to get their staffing together. now i have to go without contacts for a week and i have a sport to do and school. they could at least let you know that they wont be selling contacts on those days but they dont. you waste your time and go in just for them to tell you they cant sell you contacts at the moment. I recommend calling before wasting your time and going in to buy contacts.

Had my eye checked up and i still dont have insurance so I paid $86. Customer service is great 🖒
