Wonderful customer service! Excellent selection of brand name frames, no upselling, and affordable pricing. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

The staff was very helpful but at the same time unobtrusive. I appreciated that they had a COVID prevention system in place to separate frames that have been handled so they can be sanitized. My glasses were done way ahead of the promised delivery date.

The Optical Dr. was very professional and through out the exam, she explained in detail every part of the exam.

Dr. Tracy Thi was very thorough and took her time getting my prescription. I am new to the area and was very happy with my experience. She is very sweet and knowledgeable. I was seen on time and looking forward to going back next year for my routine eye exam.

I worked with Michelle myself, she was very kind generous and very accommodating. She assisted me with finding the right pricing through insurance and out of pocket. Took the information down and knew exactly how to help me. Contacts were shipped directly to my home.Glasses are ready for pickup within 2 weeks. Typical turn around time. Not sure why theres so many negative comments but my experience was great.

Why does it take sooooooooooooooooo long to pick up glasses ? My eye exam was weeks ago... Now I want to fit them to my face and you have one person here.... Come on, this is my last visit. I will find a different doctor, it is a different doctor every time I am here. So in the end your customers service blows !

Bad customer service. Take to long to get eye glasses back, 1 month now still dont have it.. ladie’s name Diana and Michele give’s me wrong information every time I call and they don’t answer phone you have to keep calling before they pick up your call. I don’t recommend this office . This people will stressed you out!👎

Fantastic experience with a very knowledgeable staff.

Came in the first time for an eye exam and had a good experience with Dr. Thi who was very kind and knowledgeable. However, I come in to pick up my glasses right at the 14 day mark and the prescription is completely wrong. The staff misread the prescription the doctor wrote out so now I have to wait wait even longer, when it would have been nice if they would do verifications with the DR to ensure getting it right for their clients the first time. (If you read the reviews, you can see Im not the first one this has happened to.) Of course it being a HUGE inconvenience, considering I need these glasses, no compensation was offered. Extremely disappointed and once my glasses are ready in another up to 14 days I definitely wont be returning for my next eye exam here.

I see walk ins welcome all the signs and when I call. Try and walk in. Lol not gonna happen. Call for appt? Its 10 days out. False advertising.

I was written an incorrect script months ago. Without toric the contact pops out at some point during the day. I finally got the time to reschedule. They did not make my schedule and rarely do follow-ups. I took off time from work to show up for my schedule and it turns out they didnt schedule me. Ill have to reschedule somewhere else and pay for a whole new prescription. Very snarky customer service, for no reason what so ever. Bad experience all around.

I loved this dr. she was honest and very friendly.. I have kaiser and it was cheaper for me to go to her with out insurance than to go to kaiser and i will defiantly use them again

I like the doctor here, pretty thurough and good chair-side manor...and prices arent bad if you dont have insurance.
