Peyton is AWESOME I havent had time to review so its been a little while but he was so awesome fixing my a51 even though at first there was mistake they spent more money trying to help me fix my phone asap then I actually spent for the repair he also made sure I was able to get a case that truly fit my phone if I do end up with a damaged phone or even something like a tablet I will definitely be coming here!!!!! ALSO they accept tips !

I wish I could leave negative stars. This is a family business of SHYSTERS. The mother and daughter run the counter and tell you: hes not here. if you have an issue. The Owner sold me the wrong antenna flex cable, and then avoided me. I finally asked his daughter straight up if I was wasting my time trying to return the part for 15.00, she responded yes. I tossed the part on the floor and left.AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

These people were selling iPhone 11 for $125 contacted them and they responded saying it is available when i said i’m on my way to you.. they sent me different prices for different phones and changed the prices on their advertising post. False advertisement to scam people. They’re plenty of honorable business that do better than this place

This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST. After calling around to several different company that were upfront and honest that they couldnt get to us within the same day. I found this company and I called requesting service for my boyfriend iPad 6, I was told they had the part on hand and they could in fact fix it the same day because we were only in town for 3 days. We drop the iPad off around 1pm and returned around 4:30/4:45 and was told they needed they remaining of the work day and it would be ready 9am the following morning (our last day in town). We returned at 12pm and was told it wasnt ready and they were waiting on a guy to come look at it and it would be ready by 6 (their closing time). I told them absolutely not & this was unacceptable we have to get back on the road (all this information was provided when & before we dropped it off). We gave them an additional 3 hours (3pm) we went to Broadway returned at 4:15 and it STILL WASNT READY. After waiting another 45mins we finally got the iPad back but guess what IT STILL WAS NOT WORKING, THE SAME ISSUES WE DROPPED IT OFF TO GET REPAIR IS THE ISSUE WE GOT BACK. A DAY & A HALF WAS WASTED FOR NOTHING.Another lady walked in while we were there and guess what HER PHONE WAS NOT READY EITHER & She had been back 3 time prior to this visit.If I could I would give ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was recently in Myrtle Beach on vacation and my phone wouldn’t keep a charge. So, I took my phone to Dr. Phone. They initially tried to fix the phone by cleaning the charging port and told me that if I had any additional issues, just to call them back. Well, the next day my phone died again. It happened to be on their day of closure. However, they I instead had me come to his home where he replaced the whole charging port and discounted the price!!! Can’t say enough about how professional and courteous he was and genuinely determined to take care of us! Just absolutely amazing!!!Big shout out to this business! If you have phone issues.... Dr. Phone is the ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!

This is the best place in Myrtle Beach to get your electronic devices repaired!!! I brought my nieces phone to get fixed, which had been fixed once before in Georgia about a month ago. Apparently they charged a lot and didnt really fix it. Dr. Phone was very professional and explained everything to me while her phone was being fixed. I didnt have to wait very long for the repair and it was fairly inexpensive. When I handed my niece her working phone, she called me the best aunt ever! Thanks for saving the day, Dr. Phone!!!

If I could give it less than one stars I would I came to this place to get my daughters tablet fixed I paid a $170 for them to fix it for within 24 hours the screen to shift and Break more in the tablet and when I went to go get it replaced I told them that I would pay for the screen but I should not have to pay a $170 but get the lady would not give any money return and now my tablet is more broke them when I brought it there not only do I have to get a new screen for it I also have to get the LED screen
