I brought my car to East Coast on a Wednesday at the end of March 2019 for an estimate from an accident. I was paying cash and it was a little over $4,000 worth of work. Danny came outside, looked at my car, took some notes of what all was needed and said he would be in touch at the beginning of the next week with an estimate. So the following week rolls around and come Thursday I still hadn’t heard a word back from them. So I called them and Danny didn’t even know what I was talking about at first. I reminded him it was my Toyota Corolla and he had forgotten about it so never did my estimate. He then remembered and said give him just a couple days and he would call me back with the estimate. I never did hear back from them. Not good customer service at all so I would never use them nor recommend them. I’m not chasing down someone multiple times when I’m trying to bring you business and put a pretty substantial amount of money in your hand. I finally ended up taking my business to Evan’s Family Auto & Body Shop on Hwy 707 in Socastee where they did a MAGNIFICENT job!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS. If this place of business can’t even handle a simple budget truck rental, I most definitely would never trust them with my vehicle. After speaking with Amy yesterday (who was extremely rude) said my truck would be available at my scheduled time... well I’VE BEEN WAITING AT THIS PLACE FOR OVER AN HOUR AT MY SCHEDULED TIME... AND NO ONE IS HERE. I will tell everyone I meet to not waste their time, or their money on this worthless, inconsiderate business.

Did a great job on my car

My car was damaged do to being towed by East Body and Towing in Myrtle beach 3 cracked rims 4 flat tires and a damaged suspension also a damaged Fender and driver side view mirror cracked....which wasnt like that now they say they will not pay for it...Also they told me it was towed at 5 am then when I arrive they say it was 3 am....which isnt true because i have proof....also I was arrested before my car was towed wasnt notified of damage to my car and removed from scence before tow company arrived....So I had to car to find out where my vehicle was...
