It took nearly 3 hrs for my car to get an oil change and fuel injector cleaning. There was only 3 cars ahead of me at drop off time. Great prices but prob not going back.

Best battery prices in town ! Also, my cabin & engine air filter were both $20 cheaper than NAPA.

Out of town and needed an oil change. After waiting almost 2 hrs for my car, I drove back to my hotel, 10 mins away to find oil spilling everywhere. Made it back to the Auto Care and I was told all the oil had leaked out of the car. The stores manager Kevin L. attitude was uncooperative and negative for the Auto Centers error. I wouldnt recommend their Auto Center to anyone.

Great service at a reasonable price. I didnt have to wait long this time. you never know how long you are going to have to wait. It all depends on how busy they are.

I was on a family vacation that went from good to bad I caught a flat tire and Walmart was my only option being that it is Sunday so I went to this local Walmart in myrtle beach SC that I had previously called and said they were closing so after I get there mins after they were closed I was greeted by these mechanics and they looked high and low for me a tire and couldn’t find one so I asked to speak to a manager name STAN and he was like my guardian angel because I told him my story about my wife got sick down there on vacation and I had two kids and had to get back to work tomorrow he went the extra mile and looked harder and found me a tire the exact same size that had came in and it got me and my family 300 miles back to Georgia thanks a lot to all you guys that names I didn’t get but especially the manager Stan you helped me and my family out a lot with y’all’s excellent customer service that truly meant a lot to us I can’t thank you enough so you guys get five stars from us-The Taylor’s

Super cheap, fast & convenient. Gotta love an oil change and checkout for 19.99! They even told me about 2 tires needing replacing. Id have never known if not for them. Couldve been quite dangerous. Big thank you! 💕 I was in & out in under 45 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. The blonde lady in the WV hat who took my info and checked me in was SO nice as i fumbled around my new to me car trying to find the mileage and hood release. Its the little things. I WILL be going back and definitely recommend to anyone who asks or will listen lol 10/10!

Went here to get two front tires put on my car that I had ordered online through Walmarts website waited for a half hour after my appointment was scheduled didnt get a call asking if my driver side window goes down but it doesnt its an older car but no matter the means I take care of my car its just my driver side window does not go down well they told me that per their policy now they couldnt put my two front tires on what does my driver side window not going down have to do with putting tires on makes no sense at all its just another way Walmart fs people overso just to let you know even though Walmart has good prices on their stuff for auto care if your driver side window doesnt go down dont schedule an appointment because they wont do anything and then youll sit there for 40 minutes after your appointment and then theyll call you and say oh we cant work on your car nice job Walmart always the best false

Planned get oil change and right front tire looked at because previously bought 4 new tires(which a great deal the right front was not balanced properly. So arrived 7:40 to be one of the first and that worked out, iwas. 2and. Anyway they finally got my car in around 8:15 and waited about half 30 min. and decided to check on the progress. Now mind you I had my son needing to be to work by 10am and at around 8:45-50 they had all 4 tires off doing all 4 balancing and I was told the guy doing it said to the manger, I DIDNT LOOK AT THE WORK ORDER, I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS ALL 4 TIRES NOT JUST ONE. so in ending my son was late for work because of someone not doing their job. Havent had any problems with this place in the past and they usually on the ball (10). But this visit was no the best (2)🤨

New battery needed & they were 33% lower than everyone else with a 5 year warranty!!! Installed very quickly!

Talk about AMAZING customer service in the Automotive department!! Sunday I was headed home (2 hrs away) with my small children when my battery completely stopped working. I called Wal-Mart and they held the last battery for my car until I got there. They were extremely BUSY like hrs wait type of busy but they were able to fit me in!! I am over and beyond thankful for the people in the Automotive department and especially the Assistant manager Chris for helping facilitate all of this!!!!! You all saved our day!!

Bought some tires and needed to have them mounted and balanced. They don’t take appointments and was told it’s normally about an hour to an hour and a half but not today. Was quoted 3 hours so we went to grab lunch. Came back at the 3 hours and still took another hour to get it done. It was cheaper than other places but definitely plan on being there for a while.

Good counter service. Workshop need more staff. One chap in the waiting room told me hed been there for four hours for some tires. A couple of girls waited 2 hrs for a battery. I seemed closer to the end of the line at the end of the day at 1.5 hrs for 2 tires.

Great experience today. Friendly service tech and counter person too. Quick and efficient service to truck.

Had to get four new tires and you cannot beat the price or the service! Make an appointment though, don’t be one of those jerks that just rolls up and expects to be in and out like there aren’t other people with appointments.

Went to purchase tires… the rep who helped me was nice. He provided me with all the information I needed to make sure I had a warranty on my tires. It took over 2 hours to be completed but I was satisfied with the job done. I travel a lot between states and I need reliable tires.

If I could give it a 0 stars rating I would. This place is awful, prices not bad but everything else bad. Desk lady was rude as all get out, I ended up waiting 4 hours to get one new tire. I came in they said it would be an hour max it ended up being 4 hours later before they were done. They claimed it was first come first serve but moved my car over to the finished lot and were taking cars ahead of mine because I got up and walked around. Don’t waste your time.

I went to get a simply tire change. The price was great but the wait was 4 hours. I had no choice but to wait bc I thought my tire would explode. The girl who was at the counter was extremely rude and not to just me. She even waved her fingers at me to hurry up while giving her my phone number. On the up side Chuck was very apologetic for the whole ordeal and did his best to make sure we were happy when we left. Thank you Chuck!

First come, first served, opens at 7 am to line up for service. Always seems to be busy. Had my tires rotated for $10. Good prices on other services as well. Quick and efficient service. Shop while services are performed or get an eye exam, nail spa services, pretzel, pizza, etc. Free onsite parking, handicap parking vand accessibility.

Seriously disappointed that when my husband stopped in with a flat tire at 7pm, he asked if he could get it fixed. The guy behind the counter looked at another service tech, who then looked at a clock and said nope. Apparently they close AT 7pm. They told him to go to Sears which is open until 8.So he did. When he pulled up at Sears at about 7:10, he found they too closed at 7. HOWEVER, the Sears tech said, Sure, Ill fix it. Itll only take a couple of minutes.Now THAT is customer service. Makes the guys at Walmart look like jerks. We will always go to Sears now!

I had no problem with the service or technicians, they had a great attitude! I even had a sound coming from the rear tires that I had never heard until they changed my tires. They took the tire off inspected the issue and even helped the problem. I only had a problem with the time frame and having to wait. They have a lot of customers all the time.

Worst service ever in the AUTO DEPARTMENT today. I went in for a basic oil change. When I came back to pick up my car, the horrible service began. I was over charged. The basic oil change is usually between $25-$35...my bill was $62. No explanation except “It’s not my fault,it’s not my fault”. If there is going to be a drastic change in price, the customer should be contacted. I’ve taken my car to Nissan and IT’S NEVER been that much for an oil change, and if there were changes that would cause the price to change, they’ve always called. I’ve brought my car in to this exact Walmart and AGAIN the price has never been this high. Four associates we’re behind the counter, but the only person working hard was an elderly male. One lady supposedly just came back from lunch because she smacking food and walking back and forth doing nothing at all. Another customer stated to her, “you’ve been walking back and forth for 5 minutes”. There were only 4 of us in line, and I stood in line with my daughter for 20 minutes. The rude associate stated, “If it’s about the $ then we can take the filter out... who says that????” THEN I get to my car, and the oil change light is STILL ON, simple fix, but it’s not a fix that I should have to do. The service in this department is ridiculous.

DO NOT bring your car here. Brian and Brandon, 2 of the most shady managers, I took my car here to get it done, they stripped the drain plug on my oil pan, went to Put a claim on them and sure enough, they tried to cover it up saying it wasn’t their fault, got in an argument with me, said they pulled the films, all B.S, my car has over $600.00 in damages all from mediocre kids being hired there to do cars, they made up some story saying the reason all of my oil is leaking out is because that last person who did my oil change (over a year ago) stripped my oil pan. Which isn’t even realistic.DO NOT bring your car here it is worth a little bit extra to have professionals work on your cars. I will be pressing charges on Walmart auto and tire.

We stop for change oil, weit for 30 min, and my wife decided to ask why no body come and register us, and they say they short stuff, you should come and register you self, I told them every superwalmart, have somebody and register you, then you hear customer complein about day before his Light from come in, and he just change his oil, they say again they short stuff, terrible experience.So cross you fingers when you come and change you oil in you car, they can destroy you vehicle.

Had my tires rotated but they want give you a time frame and they dont call you when the job gets completed. You have to guess, call or just go there.

I read the reviews & at first I was afraid but the service was good to me.

Got there at 6:45 AM (15 minutes before opening) and was 3rd in line behind 2 oil changes. I went there for tires and had to wait over 4 hours for the job to be done. This is unacceptable. Very unsatisfied.

They repaired my tire for me for 10.00. They took about 1.5 hours to get me out and they did an in inside patch that they say will hold for the life of tire.

I went in and they got my oil change done in less than 30mins! I walked around the store and came back with my keys on the counter!
