Yes, they have parts, probably everything youd need.We needed a battery. The guy who sold us one pointed us to the best they had...after he tested the old one for free, and scanned the computer for faults.He also installed the battery for free, and very politely refused a tip, suggesting I put it to better use for someone more in need.Whod a thought an auto parts store could bolster my faith in humanity?Well done, Sir. Thank you. Definitely reccomend!

This has become my go to automotive store. At the age of 44 I have taken on learning mechanics. The staff are always helpful when asking opinions on whether i personally could do the job myself and products like scanners and parts for example. One employee even recommended a YouTube DIYer on YouTube when I told him that was how I was learning. Great Job guys!

Needed parts to fix car. Went online and was informed that as long as order placed by 4pm then get item by 9pm that night.This is not true. After noticing I did not get confirmation email (had screenshot of confirmation number) I called and employee informed me that their store order cutoff time for delivery was hour earlier than website said.They did not care they lied. They did not care about my needs at all. The contract they make at sale does not mean a thing to them. They take the funds immediately so then they have your $$$$ and that means nothing to them.Called corp, apologies (free to them) all around but no solution offered to make right the contract made at sale.Not to be trusted. Not good to their word.

I just received the worst customer service that Ive ever experienced in any advanced auto parts store. I went in to purchase a simple fuse for my car before I leave for a trip to Virginia. It is very important that my phone stay charged while on this trip. They refused to help me put the c fuse in and were bVery rude. I will definitely be taking my business to auto zone from now on

I hate to work on my car. But these folks make it a little bit easier. They even lent me the crazy tool you HAVE to have for free.They charge you for the tool,and give you it back when you return the tool. If you want to keep it, you just do. Cool concept.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this place if you actually need help! They will tell you it’s not in stock but they won’t know the stock number either! They will tell you that you need to look it up and find their part number or stock number on the internet before they can order it. Then they will say they cannot order it!! They are truly IDIOTS!!!!!

Got what I needed and not to long of wait

I love this place!! Always greeted as soon as I walk in. I do a lot of business there, and they always have my orders ready when I arrive. Its a giant store. It must take a LOT of work, behind the scenes, to keep it running so smooth. Hats off to those in-charge of inventory accuracey & replenishment! Well oiled machine!! Keep up the great job!!!

Employee who waited on me had a one layer nylon gaitor with holes punched in the mouth/nose area. It appeared to be manufactured that way for keeping mud or bugs out of the wearers mouth. Totally ineffective as a coronavirus mask.

Went in to pick up packages on several diff days need some improvement on customer service needs. 1 time even had to go in the back of store to help guy find my packages! Another time told that guy will help you....my nightmare is over time to go home!

Was vacationing in the area and van wouldnt start. Called Advance Auto at this address. Paul was very helpful on the phone so I headed over (after getting a jump start). When I arrived, a different Paul installed my battery and tested my charging system. They got me in and out fast and didnt feel like anyone was trying to sell me anything I didnt need. They were great! Van is running great again.

Came in looking to check in engine code on a car I was potentially buying. A young man named Sam was eager to help, and went above and beyond in helping us. He seemed to have good knowledge of the car and others cars we spoke of. Five stars great store.

I went to advance auto parts 3rd south, I bought AC Pro cold air for 65$ . I comeback next day to ask for the price again Becos I knew it that he overcharge me . The real price was 60$ . I don’t understand why he did that . The bolt guy with tatto think he is smart a** . Don’t go there .

Saved $30 on a battery by buying online while standing in the store. It was an online only price. They installed in about 10 minutes.

My husband and I were visiting from Baltimore, Maryland... We needed windshield wipers and the sales associate was kind to install them for us. There are some nice people in this town!

Called to have something delivered to my store. Said he had a driver and would send home right out. My shop is 5 minutes away. Waited for a half hour!

I went to advance auto on 3rd South. I was attempting to do a return with no receipt. The clerk a young man helped me. He asked me for my phone number, then told me I wasnt in the system. I was surprised only that morning had I just purchased a battery and the tool I figured since I didnt need the part. The clerk again told me I wasnt in the system. I said to him this doesnt feel right and I am not getting out of line. I said get your supervisor because I have two accounts (business and personal). Then he found my information but refused to help me.

We were traveling in SC when a check engine light came on. Advance Auto checked it for free!!! Considering that we drove down, it was a great relief to find out what was going on with my SUV without costing me a dime. Absolutely awesome!!!

The sales associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service and they have a great variety of parts. They normally have anything you need in stock. So less calling and ordering, then waiting to get what you need.

I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach and I noticed my battery light came on when just after we had gone for a walk on the boardwalk. Casey diagnosed my problem as a failed alternator. Since it was after business hours and we had to leave the next morning, I fixed the alternator myself in the parking lot with my wife and kids in the van. Before I began, Casey took my battery out and took it in to charge it, to ensure the car would start after it was fixed. The guys were very helpful, especially Casey. They had all the tools I needed to get the job done. I was having trouble getting the alternator out, but Casey directed me to remove the EGR to make room for the alternator removal. They even stayed and waited an hour after closing until I was finished putting the alternator in and ensured that our car started. After all the tools were put away, the other 2 employees left, but Casey even waited until we were all in the van, mentioning that it wasnt the best area. Thanks Casey for going above and beyond, and helping a family in need!

I purchased an item which I had to wait a week for. When I got the item I gave them my receipt to show proof of purchase which they kept. It turns out I didnt need the part so I went back to get a refund and they wouldnt put it back on my card. They gave me a gift card which I in turn gave it to the guy behind me and said to cashier I will never come back here again.
